I have lived between the U.S and Australia for the last 15 years and travel back and forth frequently. Janine has been my incredible travel agent this entire time and has been the most professional, patient, available, and solutions-focused guide I could have ever asked for. Whether it be finding me the cheapest (I work in the arts!) flight, re-booking a missed flight, changing dates last minute, advising on visas when I traveled to China and Canada, and taking calls across very inconvenient time zones, Janine has always been at the end of the phone or sending me a fast response email telling me to take a deep breath! She is personally invested in making your trip the easiest and most straightforward it can be, and you’d be very hard-pressed to find an agent with Janine’s vast experience and knowledge across all facets of the travel industry.

Our daughter in law recently had to travel from Melbourne to Belfast to be with her mother in her last days. It was in the middle of the covid crisis where we thought this would not be possible. Janine, however, found a way and Lynsey was on a flight the next day. She stayed in contact with Lynsey throughout and organised her trip back to Melbourne too. After the initial booking she goes above and beyond all others to monitor and support her clients from take off to return, constantly monitoring flights and potential travel delays and regularly checking in to make sure all is going as it should.
