Met these sharks yesterday at an auction. Surely they're not winning business on their demeanour. Pro tip, guys: if I'm looking at buying a $3 million house through you, I'm not your "mate". And a note for buyers: these boys yesterday set the "passed in" value on their unsuccessful auction at $250,000 (!) ABOVE the ONLY buyer's bid. Now, perhaps this is legal in Queensland. Perhaps they call this a "vendor's bid". But when they tell you the last "passed in" value on that property you're interested in, know that this is how it's done. And ask to see the video footage of the auction, recorded on the fancy gimbal. I note that the reviews here are only 5-star and 1-star. And the 5-stars all gush. The real world doesn't work this way. Approval lies on a spectrum. On the basis of my brief experience, I'd suggest familiarising yourself with the 1-star reviews.

We listed our acreage home with Jason in Feb 2020. He presented us with an excellent value marketing campaign and had interest in the property the same day we decided to list using his social media profile. Jason sold our house within 30 days. We moved to him after our house had been with another agent for months without movement; and noticed immediately the difference in style and panache. Would never think of using him as an Agent - rude, belligerant and condescending - rang him about an Open Home - was very dismissive and whilst we loved the home, we didn't go because of his attitude. Interestingly, someone else yesterday, said they met with him recently, and had the same experience. Agents like him give the Industry a bad name. - HILARIOUS how Jason accuses the post as fake without investigating it - speaks of his ego without doing research - we enquired about a property he was listing in Fig Tree Pocket - if he read the review properly, he would realise we didn't meet because of his attitude over the phone, we didn't go - we told three of our friends who live in Fig Tree Pocket not to use him either.

I had very bad experience with communicating with jason, he looks very easily lose patience and getting exhausted when the buyers ask some questions, eg: appliances issue, construction issue and building/pest inspection report concerns… Personally, I have no interest to point out someone are lack of manners. I also know that jason was not nice to some people are not good in English. Compare to other sales agents, I reckon jason should improve his attitude. Eventually, buyers pay for the money to buy properties, the sales agent get commission from that, so agents really should respect your buyers.
