Quoted 3.5k plus incidentals for basic monitoring and painkiller IV. Half day later, got told that bill is already 12k and they want 27k more for a surgery. The medication given actually worsened the condition and they charged 4 times as much. This is American style healthcare. Patient is just a wallet to be emptied. Adding charges for stuff like gloves, a 10 rupee painkiller is charged at 1000rupee, getting charged for urinating. I mean, urinating, seriously? A simple bodily function is chargeable? And then they want to charge more for a surgery that they say is only 70% probable to help. After the fact that they just charged about 5k for the medication which made the situation worse. These are not doctors, these are snake oil salesmen. I mean, these people are still suggesting "homeopathy" treatment, something that is already proven as snake oil. It is not an hospital, it is a scam. Just taking advantage of people knowing that patients can't do much about it. Frankly, if the cost of stay is higher in your Indian hospital than the cost of going to Singapore and getting treated there, then your hospital is a failure. Shut the damn place down, to be honest. Everyone is just a bunch of hacks. If you have heard of the stories of how bad american healthcare is, you can witness that here. Overpriced, uncaring, every charge "hidden", and zero care for the actual patient, all the while making the problem even worse. If you go there for small pain, they will end up turning it into a heart attack situation. P.S. Isn't hospital a place where noise is not allowed? How is it that doctors are the one having a loud party for hours and causing nuisance for their own patients? I mean, just what is wrong with these so called "doctors". And what about the fact that you have to call reception to get the nurses to respond? 2 hours of wait after calling the reception and telling them that I need a nurse urgently. 2 hours for urgent situation, patient could literally die while waiting for a nurse. ‍♂️

The hospital has inexperienced doctors and nurses. Basic tests were not done. When asked, the director only responded that we can't do unnecessary tests at first visit. But the patient was brought into the Emergency ward and simple tests NECESSARY for the symptoms were not done. Even for the tests which were done, the test results take forever to come (Imagine getting complete blood count results after 8-9 hours! Your next door diagnostic lab will give the same result in 2-3 hours!). So, the treatment is delayed further. The doctors were clueless as to why the patient condition was deteriorating and their treatment was haphazard (you don't need to be a medical personnel to know this). Had to have a discussion with the director. Requested the director to shift the patient to another hospital as the patient condition was deteriorating. I do have a word of appreciation for the hospital. Upon request, the doctors agreed to shift the patient first while one of the caregivers stayed back to settle the bill (this is not a common practice in hospitals). They did not delay the shifting of patient. Although the facility is clean and hygienic, I would not put my trust in this hospital in case of emergency. P.S. After shifting, the patient started showing signs of recovery within few hours in the new hospital. In contrast, the patient spent close to 10 h in Rashtrotthana hospital without any signs of improvement and with further deterioration.

This is a completely commercial hospital ,they do not have a 24Hrs duty doctor here apart from emergency section. Visited here for a pain and post treatment when I got the bill I was surprised to see the breakup, they charge even to give injection apart from consultation. 1. they charge 80Rs/- as Service charge to give injections and mentioned it in the bill as 2. 400Rs/- for consultation I was educated that consultation is for a Doctor to precise the medication and for a nurse to provide service we need to pay extra named as (Injection IM) We are lucky that a Car or bike service Center do not imply this for the experts they have who suggest the issue but charge only for the services they do and not for consulting

Rashtrothana Hospital at RR Nagar is a blessing to the people in this area. Though the hospital visits have been unfortunately for medical emergencies, the way the patients are treated with care gives a relief to both the patients and their care takers. They have the best panel of doctors, staff and the best equipment. Hospital is very clean and maintained very well. Doctors and the nursing staff are very patient and will address all the queries with patience and care. It is very affordable and they don't un-necessarily prescribe anything. It's a very good hospital.

Good Hospital and service.But even after having insurance we had to pay for unnecessary extra amount for equipments like gloves which were not seen using. Food charges are not included in what they call as package. dietician was not asked by us. they forcefully sent and added extra bill. Billing: for cash package was quoted at 21000. when told for insurance packeged increased by 34000. If we ask why it was so much of bill they offered a copoun as if it is shopping mall or some hotel. Totaly it was a dissapointed.

Best multi-speciality hospital in R R Nagar. Very clean, hygiene hospital. Very knowledgeable doctors and they provide good support. My wife delivered baby here and with good doctors support 24/7, it was normal delivery. All doctors and nurses supported us during the whole labour and we really appreciate it. Doctors and nurses are available whenever we have some questions, clarifications and they explained to us clearly what kind of steps they are taking. I recommend definitely this hospital. Thank you

One of the Best Hospital with all High technology features inside the premises. Hospital has a great Ambience inside and outside. They have Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda in one roof. The final breakup to insurance was not good, the diet charges were included seperately which should cover under room charges, un-necessary hand gloves charges mentioned which were not used, better visit sparsh hospital which is very clear in billing details as treatment is same in all hospitals. Even though I was covered under insurance I ended up paying 30% of total bill which is pathetic service. Not recommended to this hospital due to billing and final settlement charges.

Successfully completed my Father Knee replacement surgery by Dr. Sujayendra and Dr. Nikhil. I made a best decision by choosing this hospital for surgery. Hospital was very clean and well maintained and the cost was also affordable. Inexperienced nursing staff. I don't know if general apathy exists in all doctors or we were the unlucky ones. This was meant to be an honorable profession, treat the patient not just the malady sadly today doctors are only in it for the money. Times have changed, not for the better! The only positives were: 1. Clean hospital 2. Fast billing, took about an hour and 3. Not as expensive as the other hospitals. Surely you can do better!

Nice hospital, best thing i like here is other treatment are also consider and respected. One star less as it still needs some process to be setup as its new still inprogress. Cost wise, it little less or you can say charges same but doctor don't push for unnecessary test so overall bill will be lesser than others...
