Yahi kuch hua mere ek friend ke brother ke sath usko bht tez pet me pain hua to wo log use es hospital me le ke gaye wanha doctors ne usse admit ker liya or bola ki iska stone ka operation kerna padega family wale iske liye tyar ho gaye agle din doctors ne uska operation kiya or operation successful nahi hue doctoers ne ye baat kisi family members se discuss nahi ki, ke ye operation succesful nahi ho saka or 18 din usse admit or ventilator pe rakhne ke baad uski mot ho gayi. wo log doctoers se phunchte rahe ki kya huamra beta ab theek hai hum usse ghr le ja sakte hai. isse pe doctoers koi sahi jawab nahi dete the. iss terh se inn uneducated docters ne uski jaan le li jiski 2 saal ki beti hai jo apne papa ki aaj bhi rah dekh rahi hai. meri aap logo se hath jod ke vinti hai ki please iss hospital me kabhi jaan ke bhi na jaye otherwise jo aaj mere friend ke brother ke sath hua kal aap ke sath bhi ho sakta hai. this is a very worst hospital in Delhi and NCR region. please never visit in this hospital if you love your family.

This hospital is for rich people only, they have a lot of excuses to make bills, also they charge 10-20% extra for medicines, they ask for money for each test, each medicine again and again instead of making a final bill, they force patients to go for ICU even if the problem is not so serious just to make bill, really disappointed by the behaviour of staff, go only if you have a lot of money in your pocket or take health insurance before that. Also, if you are paying that much high price, why are you going to this hospital? You can go to Jaypee Hospital, Apollo, Fortis etc at least they will provide you a hygienic surrounding, they always ask you to get admit and then delay everyday like they asked me to pay for my mother's surgery and I paid within 10 mins then they said that i delayed the payment and doctor has gone already and said to wait for next day until doctor come this is just to impose high bill on us. I really regret choosing this hospital as hospitals like GTB are better than this, at least they won't charge you like this.

The only hospital where you will receive the most heartfelt love and care. My daughter was suffering from pneumonia when I admitted her there. And I don’t have enough words to praise the way Dr Mahima Sabberwal handed her case. My daughter fell in love with her and she still continues to be our family pediatrician. On a separate incident I have had my mother treated under the guidance of Dr Vinendra. He is highly experienced and takes away all your stress by handing over the most practical and sensible advice. I have also personally experienced the expertise of other doctors and staff at the hospital and also their diagnostic centre. Super efficient and the staff is always smiling. Extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place for your health care. All the best!

This is one such hospital which has killed one of the family members of my friend. Doctors have killed him because of their negligence. Why do people like us go to hospitals.. To get better, to get our selves treated. My friend had stone in his kidney and he thought the same way and went to get himself treated walking on his own legs.. but Alas!! he lost his life due to the unprofessional doctors who misused the hippocratic oath they take.. Very bad services and staff with zero level of empathy. A person with stucked ring with bad circulation and lots of pain approached for the support. Hospital claimed to be well equipped and their staff didn't even bothered to check or help. ER staff suggested to go to jewellary shop. " yai hmara kaam nahi hai" As if during the late hours we will be able to get any jewellar. Those who doesn't know - bad circulation in any area can lead to medical emergency and permanent damage to the finger but yes the well educated doctor of the hospital doesn't consider it important.

We chose this hospital because it is near to our house and we had received positive review about the hospital. Staff here doesnt have any knowledge about the patient. They don't know what is going on. The breakfast was not sent by 10 am even. At 11pm, the cleaning guy had come to clean the room. The sister/nurses dont know when the tests will be held what ll be duration etc.. they have no clue. They only have one thing to say, you have to pay the amount xxx and doctor will tell you about the test. We would not suggest or recommend this hospital to anyone.

Ent Dr. IC Upreti Very disappointed experienced. Wouldn't recommend to visit this doctor. Visited twice but not even a single test and just prescript some tablets and ear drop. It's a scam wherein the doctor refer the test to clinic near greater Kailash.He have all the address in a receipt basically a connection with them. What's the point of been a doctor without testing the patient and refering to other clinic. They charge 600/- for the first and 500/- for the second and done nothing. Wouldn't recommend any patients to visit this hospital or Doctor.

Pathetic experience.. Since we leave in sunlight colony so we don't have any near hospital & good doctor clinic options in emergency case. I have visited Jeewan Hospital couple of times and evey-time I realised it's much better to visit Safdarjung Hospital at least they have qualified doctors.. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I got fever and headache so I go to the hospital. They said your pulse rate is very high you have to admit. But after admission no one came to check pulse rate, oxyzen and bp. Bed was also discomfortable. I diagonosed with viral which does not require hospitalization When I told them I want to leave. They behave very rudely even take three hours to discharge and write only one day prescription while viral fever medicine is to be take for five days. If available i would like to give -5 rating

We visited this hospital after looking at reviews but we were really disappointed with the behaviour of gynae doctors.They were treating my wife as a kid who is shout at by school teachers for no reason. Not even doctors in government hospital treat their patient in that manner.They also told that they will terminate treatment if patient is found Corona positive at any stage. So i won't suggest this hospital for gynae but doctors in other department like ENT and Ortho are well mannered and knowledgeable.

I am still in the hospital and giving this feedback 1. Hospitality is poor, billing staff is worst (not bcoz of amount). 2. They only know how to cheat people after admitting them 3. It was a nightmare when both our kids came down with dengue in september during covid times. Dr mahima proactively helped us diagnose this on time and helped enormously during the 3-4 days when our son had to get hospitalised. Doctor and nurses r good. But accomodation is not that good according to the money. We have a ac room but their r mosquito in the room every day 4-5 times i appealed for the mosquito spray. Plus lift r not good. Most of time the commom lift were not working. The private room is not look like private n its facilities r also nit good. But treatment is good.

They provided us the details, didn’t sugarcoat anything, and ensured that we were aware of everything that was going on. Hospital covers all types govt panel like cghs, dghs, DJB, etc. All the doctors are experiend but only negative point is that they do not treat (admitted in hospital) panel patients as they treat non panel patients.

Services in govt hospitals in Delhi are far better than the Jewan hospital. Rooms looks tidy/unhygienic, ac doesn't work, washrooms are dirty, girms are visible. Overall horrible!!!
