Went for inspection on my car.. If I'm not mistaken, it was the owner himself. Unprofessional, supposedly by the book. He checked the tint on my car(factory tint) drove my car for a minute. Said he had to check my ac.. open the hood and said my car needed brake fluid. For an extra charge. He didn't put no fluid any where. He is shady didn't get off the phone for a minute. By the book, whatever. Didn't even check the window wipers. I wouldn't suggest this shady place to nobody. Can't believe they are state inspection place. Don't take your car for any repairs to this place. Looks more like a front for illegal activity.

They are not the cheapest, but they know what they're doing and will give you an honest assessment of what your car needs. They don't try to sell you work that you don't need, and they do a great job on the work they do. I've taken my car there for problems nobody else could figure out, from rats chewing up my washer fluid line to weird sounds that only happen when you turn a certain way, and Gus always works with me until he can find and fix the issue. I've never had a problem he couldn't fix. I spend more to go to Jerry's because I trust them.

I searched for the best possible repair shop, I read the reviews for Jerry's and decided to give it a try. My vehicle was leaking oil didn't know where it was coming from. This shop was able to find the problem and best of all they worked with my warranty. When I picked up my vehicle, they showed me where the problem was and what was fixed. They're efficient and friendly and would definitely use them again.

Rented a u haul truck returned to them locked key in truck when I returned it left an item in cab told me they didn't have an extra key to open they lied the truck had been moved to the back of the shop already lying don't get u anywhere in life never again will I do business with them

Unprofessional, shady, scamming mechanics, if they say you need a new motor chances are they spliced a wire for it not to start just to get money out of you. Steals from customers vehicles. I'd leave no stars but had to at least give them 1 to write. Avoid this place at all costs.

I left the key in the truck like they told me to. Then they called me saying why did we lock the truck now we have to pay to make a new key. We left a air mattress then I had to clean it because it was dirty but before I return the u haul we had cleaned it up

Came in for AC repair and the job was completed in a timely manner and done VERY affordably. I was even explained what my issue was and how the parts work. Customer service was awesome and I highly recommend this family owned and operated business!

Very Helpful, honest, and straightforward. If you want someone to charge you a ton of money to kiss your ass, go somewhere else. I love Gus and Rosa, they do wonderful work and always keep me in the loop on what is going on with my car.

It's a family run business, and I found a good friend in the owners son. I observed the family, and how they interact with customers. It's no wonder, that most of their customers have been with them for years. Good people, good service.

i called to ask a simple question about my car and some older guy answered the phone and was extremely rude to me and was just downgrading everything i was telling him so i didn’t give them my services and never will in the future

People rating this business 1 star because they comply with the law and ask people to remove obstructions from vehicle lights are ridiculous. Probably same people that don't use their blinker... Keep up the good work Jerry's!

Went to get my inspection the mechanic was very rude . Talking down to people isn't good business . They weren't even busy i was the only car there no reason to be rude to a new customer .

All around great experience. Super friendly folks that care about their customers, do an excellent job, and all for a fair price. Will be my first choice if I ever need work done again.

I've been going there for the past 18 years. They have taken care all the vehicles I have had before and the ones I have now. Never have I had a complaint. You get what you pay for.

i had. inspection. done. was. told sticker was in a place that would implicate. safety. so i moved it away from glass and put it on the gate which gives a better safe. situation .

Car inspection. He wanted to add power steering fluid even thu it was normal and if I did not agree he would charge me with no inspection and fail my inspection for low fluid. Lol

The mechanic with the long beard was very rude and plain out disrespectful. We first responded to his rudeness by being polite and respectful, but he still insisted on being rude.

NEVER rent a u haul from here. They tell you to put the key under the mat. They trick you in to locking the door so later known they can charge you to make another key.

At Jerry's auto service I always get professional work done on my car, jerry has the best prices in town i would recommend Jerry's auto services to anyone .

Disappointing that they became political removing a Trump bumper sticker on a client's auto to get an inspection. It was not a violation as reported. :-(

Very unprofessional place,and might be a separate issue that c.p.s. needs to look into because they have 2 toddlers in a dangerous work shop environment

As a lazy mechanic, needed my oil changed, these guys do questionable, sloppy work, and tried to charge me 45$ for a 20$ fix. Not coming here again.

They weren't able to help me with a radiator repair. But they were very forthcoming and helpful in finding me a shop that would do the repair.

I have been using this shop for a few years now and Gus always provides fast, honest and fairly priced work. I would highly recommend them.
