Jill and John urged me, the homeowner, to sign documents without verification from a relocation company, assuming that they could easily transition the sellers name to the relocation company after the fact. They failed to verify that the homeowner was protected and caused thousands of dollars of relocation benefit losses. Additionally, Jill left our fireplace on for nearly two weeks while we were out of the country. If she doesn’t burn your house down, she and John will do their best to burn your finances into ruin.
