Some classes are nice .. but then we the nightmare begins when you try to cancel your flexible membership .. 1- instead of cancelling it they froze it, even though I never asked for it to be frozen. Therefor to my surprise the billing restarted a month after.. 2- when you try to resolve the matter in amiable way and explain their error - there send you to their lawyer who is also super not clear 3- when you finally asked to freeze this FLEXIBLE membership to limit the financial démange, they refuse because why would they do it since they know you are leaving ! Instead they will tell you that you are not active ... even though you have to pay. So now they are going after me for months of gym membership I have not used once. Judge for yourself, but I would just say it is not worth it. Once you give them your bank direct debit, you are screwed. It is supposed to be for a good health so it is not worth the stress ! Avoid, they are much nicer gyms in Lux !

ratio price/quality quite low, the gym in situated in the underground with no window. the gym itself it's quite small. the good think is that they have box area but I don't understand why they put this area in this Jim that is so small and no in the others one. Moreover the shower are almost all broken and you can't event regulate the temperature of the water. Finally you have the trainer that basically take all the space for free workout for their private session (the take bench, weights etc for their exercise) expecting you to stay away and asking you to move to another part. in general i would not recommend this Jim, but definitely better the other one in kirshberg, more expensive but it worth it

Went down from 4 to 3 stars because they are not able to fix the accessoires of the shower cabins. Claiming this since octobre 2017, the staff admits every time that the problem will be fixed soon, but nothing happens. It starts bothering me seriously because for the rest it‘s a good club and I just don’t understand why it isn‘t possible to handle this quickly! Edit: problem solved

Une super salle, propre, avec des équipements au top et une Box de Crossfit géniale. Un accueil toujours sympa : du boss aux coaches de Crossfit en passant par le front desk ou le personnel de nettoyage. Très flexibles et compréhensifs en cas de modification d'abonnement. N'hésitez pas à y aller, on en ressort toujours avec la pêche, la banane et la patate ! :-)

Been going there for over a year now and I really like it. The place is clean and quite big with plenty of machines. If you know the rush hours, it's rarely too crowded. Plus they seem to invest in their business and care about their customers. Having tried low budget gyms like Basic fit in the oast, I can only recommend Jim's over the competition.

I cancelled my subscription on 2016 due to a change in my residence and it was well received by the staff there. After all these years I received a letter from their lawyer to pay all the month from 2016 to now which wasted my time to prove that I’m right, this didn’t only happened to my but to 4 ppl I know. Definitely I can’t recommend to anyone.

Struttura ottima e ben fornita di classi e attrezzature, tuttavia non si può dire lo stesso della manager, che non è all’altezza del suo ruolo. Ho avuto seri disguidi sull’abbonamento, che a causa di problemi di comunicazione con la manager mi hanno portato a cancellare il mio abbonamento. Peccato.

Need water fountain. Imagine having to drink water from the same sink in the locker rooms and bathrooms of a gym. How unhygienic! Also, I am not interested in the subscription of flavored water. The rest of the facilities are ok. The tubelights make it look very tacky. The staff is top!

Modern gym and equipment is almost always available when you want to use it. Reasonable membership prices. Class timetable isn't that great / wouldn't recommend paying for this as an extra option. Also a little surprising that theres no water fountain/ bubbler available at a gym?!

I absolutely love working out here! It’s clean, not too crowded and I have all the machines I need for a solid workout. The staff is friendly and helpful and the people working out here are nice.

Good price/quality ratio. Better than Basic-Fit, located in front, in terms of people and cleaning of the spaces. Courses for groups could be better. Really kind staff working there.

Reached there and they said class is cancelled with NO notification. Wasted an hour of travelling time. This has happened MULTIPLE times . Please improve your customer service!
