Joe is fantastic. He is polished in every way. I had hired Joe after previously buying a property through another realtor who had given me bad information on the value of the home. I had a tough time with trusting realtors after this, but Joe came in, showed me comparables, why the house was worth less than I bought it for even though it had just been a couple months, he gave me strategies to recoup as much of the costs as I could despite a very poor situation. He negotiated well with the other realtor when we did get an offer in. He priced the home properly so it sold in a reasonable amount of time, ensuring that we maximized the selling price, but not selling so low it sold in days. It took me at least 2 months of going back and forth with him trying to figure out what to do prior to listing, his patience with me was incredible. In the end, his patience and honesty was what made me go with him. I do not regret it, I think he is a very stand up realtor who has good core values that are aligned with the customer. Joe would rather wait to make sure the customer is happy than sign a quick deal and cash in for his benefit. Very impressed with him and I will be referring him to many others I am sure! Thanks Joe!

I would like to say that Joe Tolvay is the great Realitor on April 26 2021 our family for the first time got possession of a new home . Joe was there every step of the way after hours and even when our schedule is very hard he will change it like Sunday’s are family day he would still meet to show us homes . He also has a lot of contacts from mortgage broker to electrician lawyers you name it he will provide which is great you deal with one person.
