John did an excellent job helping Kelsey (my girlfriend) and I through the home selling and buying process. He was able to get Kelseys townhome condo sold in a very challenging condo market. He provided excellent market information and had calls with us to review the market as well as showings. John also set up a group chat with the three of us. This sounds like nothing, but I can assure you, having an open, single line of communication was very helpful. Additionally, on the buy side, John ensured that we stayed on budget, and when we adjusted he pivoted and found homes that met our requirements.
