I just wanted to say that the service technician (Charlie) was remarkable. He called ahead and gave an arrival time. By the way, no one else does this. I usually wait around most of the day not knowing when to expect a technician. He was very polite, told me what was wrong and how best to resolve my problem. The job estimate was clearly stated and accurate. I was also impressed that he asked if he could be of any future assistance with other issues. This was a callout to a church and the second time Charlie promptly solved our problems. I will be continuing to use John the Plumber for all future calls as well as home concerns. Thank you for your outstanding service and timely repairs.

This is my 3rd job I have used John the Plumber in 3 years from a general leak to house renovation projects. Charlie continues to provide a high quality service with customer satisfaction a key outcome for consideration on top delivering a great product. The recent job required installing a shower, and relocating a pipe with concrete renovation which was also re-cemented afterwards to keep it looking very smart and clean!

My shower and toilet were plugged up and overflowing. Cameron arrived promptly and after some investigation, located and removed the sources of the clogs. He also noticed that my basement toilet wasn't sealed correctly, so he replaced the wax ring. Rick showed up the next day to locate the source of a leak that caused water damage to my main floor ceiling the day before. After some inspection and some trial and error, he located the cause of the leak. This meant he had to work late but he was polite and professional the entire time and answered any questions I had. 100 percent recommend.

cold water was coming out of the faucet when I turned on hot water. Something was obviously wrong with the water heater. Called John The Plumber. Friendly phone dispatcher. She squeezed me in quick. Rob showed up fast, he texted me before he came. Got the hot water tank fixed in no time. I thought it was very reasonably priced, I worried it would be more. He suggested adding a water heater booster to get more hot water out of the same hot water tank. I never heard of it before but I'm thinking about it. Excellent service both on the phone and in person. Very satisfied. Will use again."

Bad business ethics: I called asking for an idea of how much it would cost to unblock a toilet. The person on the phone told me that I had to get the plumber to assess the job and accept a $40 fee if I decline the service. When the plumber shows up he tells me that there is a flat fee to unclog a toilet! A flat fee! Why did the person on the phone say that I needed the plumber on site if it was a flat rate job? Despite this the plumber was great and did the job well. For anyone wondering the flat fee to unclog a toilet was $250+tax

I called John the Plumber on Wednesday morning around 9:45am and they were quick to respond and sent out one of their plumbers, Cameron. He was great, called ahead to say when we could expect him and arrived within 30 minutes. We were very pleased with his work. He was called out to clear a kitchen drain we've had some issues with. He was able to resolve the issue and left the worksite in clean condition. We are very pleased with the service and job Cameron did. We would definitely recommend to others who have plumbing issues!

When you'll call them they'll tell you they can't give you a quote until they're on-site. If you weren't born yesterday, your first instinct will be "that sounds like a scheme to charge an unreasonable amount of money, yet not so outrageous that I'll tell them to leave now that I'm emotionally invested in having the problem solved." Your second instinct will be "eh, their reviews are pretty good, maybe they just honestly can't give me a quote until they see my situation in person." Your first instinct was right.

This repair went really well from booking to completion. When I called the appointment time frame was given. At the start of the time frame I was given Riccardo knocked on my door. He did a quick evaluation of what I needed and quoted a price. I agreed to the work and it was done quickly and professionally. Ricardo was really good about not making a mess and cleaning up after himself. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with his work. Ricardo arrived on time, and called ahead to give me a precise arrival time within the scheduled window. He rerouted my kitchen sink drain and added a water supply line for my new dishwasher. The pipe joinery he did is excellent. He double checked with me about several details of the work to ensure I would be happy with the results. He was polite, professional, and communicated clearly. I'll definitely ask for Ricardo if we need any further plumbing repairs on our house.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The service provider made sure to explain the concerns, what steps he took to fix the issue and also offered to check anything else because he was faster then expected and their was time remaining within his service time slot. We recently had Rick in to install a new kitchen faucet, if needed, and to repair or replace a toilet. Rick was very professional and took the time to explain the options. He was able to give us an exact quote, go to the supplier and pick up a new toilet and install. This was done quickly and we're very pleased. He also left everything clean.
