We had been debating for about 5yrs whether to sell our house or renovate. I did get an appraisal a few yrs ago now but didn’t go ahead. We did some renovations along the way. I used Johnson Real Estate Forest Lake to sell my home that I have lived in for 15+ years, after Dallas knocked on my door one Saturday explaining that they were in the neighbourhood and leaving me some information without being pushy. Eamonn Edgar came to see me as the consultant and he was so clear with all his explanations of the process, pricing etc. The house went up for sale and on the first open home it was listed for - it was sold by 7pm that night. I don't know what Jodie did at the Open Home but it certainly worked.
