I liked the manager but ine of the hairdressers seemed to be taking to herself but I couldn't be sure I found his rather odd whilst she was doing my hair ad said we've all got problems you know I thought nothing of it as I briefly looked at my phone but I felt she wasn't helpful when she said she would leave my braids half done so I relayed this info to the manager and the hairdresser that was working on me said she was going for her lunch break and when Ishe came back i accidentally touched one of the extensions I bought for my hair she didn't seem to approach I was going to knock her out but I kept my cool she not worth the fight as long as I got what I wanted and left and she said dont mix the braids up in quite an unpleasant tone I politelly said sorry but i wasn't I should have told her i didn't want her working on my hair i felt there was tension between us for no apparent reason but I'm glad it happened because it helped me realise I'm better of at keteishas salon as the customer service in this joint is a shambles I gave the manager a tip for how well the hairdresser had done my hair not the hairdressers lack of customer care I've never went back since and have no intention of doing so.

The customer service is excellent. The braiding and other hair styles done by the team here is brilliant very brilliant. Again can I tell you that hair braiding is brilliant. I would definitely recommend a friend . The team has good customer service and they do listen to the customer's needs. In Josephine Salon the hair braiding is of high standard. I had my hair braided on the 11 th of September and I was so impressed by the outcome. The tension is neat and even. The team treats every customer with respect and DIGNITY. Hygiene standard is excellent. I kept on looking at the shiny floor and shiny table tops. One thing I liked about JOSEPHINE' s hair salon is that once you call you get an appointment as soon as possible. The team speak good English-language. Remember evey individual has an accent which makes everyone unique. But to be honest the team speak very Good English . Every customer wore a face masks. Well done girls. Thumbs up for a job well done and good customer care. Proud of you.

Although they may have can braid, they lack knowledge of black hair. They don't know how to braid in a way that is protective. I've had cane-rows in the past where extensions have been added, however never before have my edges fallen out at the rate at which it is now. Their technique is very poor as instead of starting the cane-row with your own hair, they start it with the extensions which adds weight and tension to your edges causing them to fall out. I have visible hair follicles that have come out due to their poor technique. I'm not one to leave reviews, but PLEASE AVOID THEM.

The girls work was overall nice however the lack of customer service is unreal. I may not have been able to fluently speak French but I definitely could understand some of the rude comments the girls were making about me and my hair especially considering my hair had fallen out due to a medical condition. I have neve in my life sat in a salon and silently cried over things people were saying about me. The owner was as lovely as you'd expect but a couple of the girls were incredible rude and they really need a lesson on good customer service because they clearly had none

The owner of the market stall is very rude and condescending. Not only does she not even know how to braid hair , she has zero customer service skills. If you tell her you are not happy with the job very badly done, she will tell you it's your hair that's faulty not her. I've never known such a filthy mouth, rude, illiterate and clueless business owner such as that woman. As for the rest of the salon staff, they are just like her, rude but at least they know their job.

never gping again had my hair in french platts with extensions i had to sort the extensions out my self n she was rushin me i couldnt seperate them has i couldnt see has she was ragging my head about then she did one side went off somewere trying on sun glasses very rude also herd her say french plats aint for white people never been so offended never have i had someone rag my head n push it so hard realy wasnt impressed at all

AVOID!! Hair looks completely different to what I asked for. They cut my natural hair in the process of braiding because she can’t tuck hair in properly. She had two YOUNG girls (around 13 years old) helping her which I will be reporting. She was rude to another customer for bringing in “wrong hair” for crochet braids because they’d rather charge you extra for their own hair

Attitude was ridiculous and they are not very welcoming. Very loud talkers and it’s irritating when you’re getting your hair done. Once they took the money they didn’t bother dusting off the hair like other salons do and just said ‘were finished you can go’. The hair was decently done.

I’ve been going to Josephine for a few years now. And I can truly say I'm pleased with the service. And my braids look amazing very satisfied
