Thank goodness for Journeys! I can’t remember the name of the wonderful lady who helped me but she was so sweet and so so helpful! After a long day of walking in not the best shoes, she helped me find some great and super comfortable replacements! She was also able to sell me a shirt that matched my new shoes so I wouldn’t feel weird walking around mix-matched! This is truly the best Journeys I’ve been to, thank you for a great and welcoming experience!

It feels good to walk into a store and know that you will be taken care of--which is so not the case with most retail these days. I really appreciated how attentive the staff at this store was; every other Journeys I've been to had bored-looking teens working who wouldn't even make eye contact with me or offer to help out. Loved the range of styles and colors and will definitely come back if I need to fill a shoe need they can cater to here!

You get a good idea of the customer service when you’re shopping, you get a great idea of the customer service when you have to return something. The staff is so friendly and helpful - it’s refreshing. They made me feel good about my purchase and when I had to make a return they were quick and efficient. Really nice staff overall and exceptional service.

I had such a fun experience buying shoes here. Linnea, the store manager, was so helpful, friendly, and well-versed on brands, styles and sizing. I will definitely be back. It feels nice to buy shoes from someone who actually cares about their customers. Thanks for my fresh kicks, girl!

Had a great time. Service was GREAT & they asked what type of shoes we were looking FOR Heads up... we had just gone to the Vans store, where my daughter asked about a high top black shoe & the were pushing a low white Keds? Really??? …

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small and so i called and talked to Adrian who was very helpful. went in and he ordered a new size for me and they got here within 2 days! Everyone is always so nice when I've gone in. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. Adrian brought out at least a dozen different boots for my kids. Wonderful young man. Very conscious of the social distancing and masks. Will definitely return.

Two younger ladies that were working on 6/20/22 around 4 PM were so so helpful, kind, and sweet! Customer Service was A+. Helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for.
