I have made a booking with this Lady Sylvia for my kids and when they arrived there the place were not ready yet for them just to leave there belongings there and My children have a paralyzed boy of 15 which they discovered at the tome that it will not be suitable for them to stay there for 2 weeks,... I have immediately cancelled and ask her my deposit back R5700.00 Now she has so far from 14 July until now just refunded me R1000.00 after making commitments to pay it back. I find this very very unprofessional not to mention that she is avoiding my calls. What can one do in such a case??

This place is a joke, no respect for privacy from staff. Bad service. The help lady is so chicky. My room has no proper bedding when I asked her she said she is tired there is nothing she can do. She sleeps in the room next door and she is on the phone all the time talking loud with her door open. I can't even sleep as a guest. The room has no lights, the globe is broken, the shower door is broken, the TV is not working, there are no plugs next to the bed.
