"I have serious safety concerns here"
"This was the absolute worst Trampoline park I have EVER experienced"
"Called to check prices before I arrived and come to find out the prices on the voice machine is different than what's listed"
"This place is ok"
"Nice just wish you guys would keep track of people sitting on the massage chairs not even getting a massage!!! I really wanted a massage but a lady was sitting there and i asked her if she could move so i could get a massage "
I have serious safety concerns here. We paid for my son to do the climbing wall and the staff member got him in the harness and up he went. Thankfully, I was watching, as the harness slipped down his legs and he started grasping for it, all the while the staff member was not paying attention. I had to get her attention and told my son to carefully come back down, as there was no safety rigging in place for him. She then tried several more harnesses before declaring that the belay rigging was broken. I don't know if it was actually broken or if she hadn't been properly trained in its use, but thankfully, my son was not injured. Instead of a refund, he was given an arcade card to play games; I would have preferred a refund. Also, the way everything is set up makes it impossible to see all the areas from a central location. The toddler area and climbing wall are hidden behind the tall center trampolines to the left. The basketball area and other areas to the right are also hidden behind the large trampolines and walls. There were no staff members watching the kids in any of the areas, and as a parent I was constantly having to go from one side to the other to find/see my child. If I would have had multiple children, there is no way I could have kept up with them and there were no staff members watching to ensure safety. The positive: they had lockers available and a reasonably priced concession stand.
This was the absolute worst Trampoline park I have EVER experienced. I was quite embarrassed to even subject my children to such a horrid establishment let alone spend my money. I should have turned around when I pulled into the parking lot and saw the location-but for the sake of me wanting to celebrate my sons birthday I proceeded. Upon entering Jump World the odor was the first thing that hit me-it smelled of complete FUNK. The jumping lanes were filthy-you could actually see the dirt. The water from the water roller was nasty. The entire staff were on the phones instead of doing their jobs. Not to mention my kids had to drink hot Powerades because apparently everything in both coolers had just been restocked. After leaving we felt disgusted and dirty we Immediately went to shower. I wish I could get a FULL refund-but I hope they enjoyed those 40 bucks because they will NEVER get it from me again!! 1000 percent do not recommend for any age group. It was a horrible experience!!

Called to check prices before I arrived and come to find out the prices on the voice machine is different than what's listed. The woman in charge explained that I'm paying the 'summer rate'- which should be explained over the telephone. I paid $20 for my 1 year old daughter to jump for an hour, that is very steep giving that all they have is a trampoline. I wouldn't have minded traveling to Spring for Urban Air as they have many more obstacle courses. The only reason why I stayed (which I mentioned to the cashier is because my daughter was eager to get down and run around) The condition of the place seemed clean but the foam (green area) is falling apart. Its held together with zip ties- in the toddler area. The customer service here, at jumping world is horrible. the children/workers are not attentive when it comes to monitoring the children while they jump. They show more interaction with their coworkers. One worker even fell asleep while monitoring- ridiculous. I will not be returning. First and last time ✌
This place is ok. It was kind of dirty and smelled like a gym. We brought a 7 year old and 1 year old and was surprised to know we had to pay as a companion for our 1 year old. (Other places will let the adult companion jump for free.) The staff doesn't really pay attention so we probably could have just not paid for ourselves. I noticed several parents helping their little ones and the parents didn't have a time sticker. So I feel like we paid $40 extra for nothing. The food Court area had a sign up showing it was closed the whole 3 hours we were there. The games were anywhere from $1 to $3 to play. This is very steep. We gave this place a try because our 7 yr old wanted an arcade and to jump on trampolines. Given how much we paid, we will probably just do a different jump place and Dave n Busters next time.
Nice just wish you guys would keep track of people sitting on the massage chairs not even getting a massage!!! I really wanted a massage but a lady was sitting there and i asked her if she could move so i could get a massage . She swore the chair didnt work... So i whent about my day and started playing games , when she left i whent to see if the chair worked and it did !! Theyre excellent exept it probably isnt making much money right now because the machine gives the money back when you insert new money i just wanted to let you guys know.... Yall should fix the chair asap or no profits will be made and be strict about people sitting on the chairs that arent even using them.

It's just okay for the price. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Not overly packed, surprisingly. I used a Groupon and got 2 all access passes for $35+tax. The arcade games are way too pricey. A $20 game card only lasted long enough for half the arcade games to be played just one time each. The snack bar was incredibly limited, some dry pizza and no fountain drinks, only bottles and about 25 different kinds of chips and candies. The place was pretty clean. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. They are a little short staffed, as I noticed the same 3 guys rotating between play areas. My kids didn't like the layout too much because they kept getting knocked over by kids coming down the lanes. Might come back but only with a Groupon since it made it much more affordable.
I have been to other locations and they were great. This location was horrible. I paid 19.99 per person for the Jump and Chill package. However, all arcade games were out of order. All of the different basketball courts and foam pits were closed. I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds and the young girl pointed to the sign. However, she did not inform me that more than half of the attractions were closed when she sold me the package. There was no sign indicating attractions were closed. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer to make things right. My son left highly upset since he did not get to do anything he wanted. For a single mom on a budget, I was super disappointed. DO NOT fall for the false advertisement.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would took my grandchildren to play games and jump couldn't wait to see my granddaughter ride the bull! We was so excited checked the website it made it seem like everything was running it was a 40 min drive I thought that's ok the kids will love it! Absolutely not the worst experience I have had in Houston! We get there find out all the attractions are down due to staff "cleaning" so we jumped for an hr thought we would play games after nope every game in the building was broke! Asked for mgr after waiting 10 min for someone some 19 yr old (Destiny) came to speak to me she was very rude and non apologetic! We will never be back and no one else should waste their time or money!
We aren’t from Houston but decided we wanted to go to an indoor trampoline place and saw this one had arcades and other fun things to do. We got there and it was empty which we were okay with. I purchased 3 stickers to jump for an hour (one of them was for my 1 year old) and purchased 3 stickers to do bull riding and water ball. Went to the arcade to find out that all of the games weren’t working and went to the front desk to ask if we can go on the water ball and bull ride that we already purchased for just to be told it didn’t open till 5 (we only purchased hour jumping from 3-4pm). They don’t do refunds either. Ridiculous and disappointed. 55 dollars down the drain such a waste of time.
Jumping World was nice and very fun if you just want the kids to get out for a change...but it's no refreshments and some of the attractions are disabled which is very disappointing but understandable due to what is currently going on with COVID.....I can understand the refreshments but,the attractions is something different...the staff was nice and very helpful, bathrooms were very clean, and the establishment itself was very clean...I also noticed that the staff periodically cleaned and sanitized the sitting areas. Overall it's just a good time for the kids to get out and not have to be lo ked down...so go have an hour or two of fun at Jumping World.
My youngest son had his 1-year birthday party here on a Saturday early afternoon. We had a blast! Upon entrance, the front desk was very helpful and patient. There was one sweet employee, maybe management, who volunteered to go and purchase some leggings on behalf of some of my party guests, who forgot not to wear denim. She went above and beyond.... Wow! As for my party hostess, Alyssa, she was very engaged and on the spot helpful throughtout the entire time. I really appreciated her when helping us quickly transition from the party table to a public table. This was our first visit but surely not our last.
This place was fun for the kids I just wished it was cleaner. All the trampolines we jumped on were dirty. The mats were very dirty. I had to leave the foam pit because of how bad it smelled. Even though the kids wanted to play in there the most, I couldn’t let them. The foam cubes were deteriorating and getting everywhere and just smelt like the inside of a shoe. The place can definitely use some updating, you can tell it’s super old and just wearing down. They’re not big on enforcing rules since there were a bunch of kids jumping with shoes on. Staff was nice, I just don’t think we’d be back.
So it was super slow when we went but honestly I kinda prefer it that way. The people were very sweet and made sure that everything was taken care of per our get out pass. But the one thing that really stood out the most was the smell. The smell of clean Iean one side to the next. Even with an exterminator that just left(only know cause I noticed the equipment) clean clean clean. (Kinda funky area of town. But honestly I really enjoyed it. Even more than the Pasadena one. :) ...and that one was fine too. But really was surprised if I wanted to judge on just the area. Very pleased over all. :)
We arrived just a little after they opened and the place obviously hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt, candy wrappers and the ubiquitous chunks of foam everywhere. The foam block pits are all full of old disintegrating foam, and smell like a sweaty locker room. The big pit in the back isn’t full enough so kids can’t even climb out of it! Once they get out they’re covered in little bits of foam which they then track all over the facility. This place also doesn’t have as much to offer as similar places - mainly trampolines. All that said, my 4 year old didn’t care and had fun.
We had my nieces 3rd Birthday Party here and it's been updated (for the Better) so much in the last years since it's opened . They've added a small arcade where you can add money to your kids card, and when they collect tickets they collect them on the card as well. There is also lockers now to keep your items safe if you come on any other day than a party. The only thing that I disliked for the party was that the host didn't bring the water or drinks until towards the end , but other than that it was fine . They let us bring our own cake and fruit tray .
This place is absolutely disgusting!!! of course there are signs that once you pay there's no refund and there's absolutely a reason. The trampolines were filthy and had food, trash and even finger nails on them. We prepaid for 2 hours and left after 15 minutes as we could not take it anymore. When my daughter picked up a fake finger naul that was laying on the trampoline I had had enough. We tried to go to the toddler section which had grown kids playing dodgeball and not one employee anywhere to try and enforce their own rules.
This is a horrible place to have a party. They are all young kids who have no customer service skills. Not their fault but the company that does a horrible job training them. My party was from 3:45-5:45 and pizza arrived at 5:30 giving us very few minutes to eat. Then they started cleaning because it was time. They never deducted the deposit I made or at least not visible in the receipt, which is very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all. I wouldn’t even give it a star but have to in order to post this review.
Customer service wasn't helpful they were on their phone the whole time.we ordered 5 pizza one pizza was wrong. The Pepsi was room temperature who in the world preferred hot soda.the lighting could use a major upgrade I was there for Sophia s birthday party.calling people liars isn't the way to go . They were steadily on the phone I was thinking about applying if you can be on your phone the whole time and ignore the customer the ideal job. The pizza had pineapple . This isn't SpongeBob SquarePants
This is a horrible place, we had my daughters birthday here Friday at night and they have to order the pizza from another facility plus no stairs to help you come out of the foam square pit. Also the worst part is as we were walking out this homeless lady approached my kids and teenagers asking them for money, asking kids of all people for money, ridiculous and bad area! Plus they charge way too much, they need more security there but won’t be taking them there again for birthdays! Get more security!
Just left this place after 10 minutes. Realized that their system is allegedly down so you can't get tokens or play games at all. We went to talk to the manager and he got an attitude. Said we paid to jump not play games. Offered no solution at all, and refused to refund anything for the inconvenience. We went to play arcade games and jump, not just jump on some sweaty mats that smelled like feet. Worst customer service, no problem resolution, and a waste of my damn time and money.
August 2023, we were there about 30 minutes when some random homeless man appeared, sat down and started staring at kids with his hand in his pants. When I first saw him he sat at a table that had four bottles of waters. I thought okay maybe he has a kid here. Nope, an attendant asked him to leave. They have no security here, a customer called the police.

We booked this place for our grandson birthday. The day off, we showed up and they were not ready for us. Then they gave us a wrong room. With no decoration, decoration took almost one hour for to get it done, drinks were hot. Pizza took another hour to come out. Very disappointed on this place, staff are not attentive with their clients. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. This will be the last time we come here.♂️
Disappointed, My 9 year old was not thrilled at all and lost interest very fast! This place might be a good place for a toddler, also there was a stench in the building. Their snack bar had no one there, I had to ask for assistance at the main counter and pay there, they also had no hot dogs just chips ice cream and drinks. Limited amount of games. Overall Inpaid for 2 hrs and left after 30 mins. To each their own. Just not the place for us.
My son loves Jumping world here and we are always here too . I really appreciate the girl who works in Jumping world her name is Harmony . I was scared to go outside because was little dark and she walked with me and helped me . Thank you again Harmony for your help . I know may be she is not supposed to go outside with me but thanks she helped and I need it someone walk to car. Good team and thanks for your business Jumping world !
This place is huge & exactly what I needed to take my full-of-energy children in. Today was our first (a weekday) time coming & it was very quiet. My kids enjoyed having all that space to jump as much as they wanted. I forgot to take a pic of it but they have a toddler area where the littlest can jump without having to worry about accidents with big kids. They have good options for the kids to have fun. Definitely coming back soon.
I noticed that the employees there did not tent to the game rules kids were waiting to shoot hoops but other kids were not taking turns there were no employees helping there and some were wearing head phones and adults were wearing shoes on the jumping area it was dirty I'm sure this place does not get sanitized you can see how dirty the Matt's are the health department needs to investigate this place we won't go there anymore.
It was OK. Not a lot of staff to supervise and some older kids/teens were playing rough and got hurt. It seemed like it could use come deep cleaning as well. The kids had fun jumping but the arcade games were sooooo expensive!!! Most were $1.50 per play and photos were $5. They also had low selection of prizes and the prices for the toys was pretty high. It's great if all you want to do is jump. ♀️
If I could give a negative -5, I would! If you go for the last hour like 8:57pm just know that you will be kicked out at 9:50pm. They shut off all the games, photo booths power off with out letting you know. Si podria dar estrellas negavias selos daria! Si van alas 8:57pm para que sus ninos juegen una hora nomas ten en cuenta que le van apagar todo los juegos alas 9:50pm sin avisar.

honestly if you go here to jump around and have fun I would recommend going here but if u want to go here to have a birthday party don't go here pizza was late, waters aswell. It is run by teenagers for example I went to my friends party and a parent asked if he needed extra help with the bull ride and water thing he rolled his eyes and shook his head "no" he was rude to a couple of the kids aswell.
Very nice place to bring your kids and have fun. They have an arcade, bull riding, dodgeball, basketball, and more fun activities! Reasonably priced and great service. Great for birthdays of all ages including adults. They do have jump guards that watch the jumping areas to make it safe and fun at the same time. If you're reading this, be sure to check their website for rules such as no jeans, etc.
Great pricing. Accommodations are mediocre and supervision is nearly zero! The staff are all young and have little regard for customer service. Great for the price! Meh on the service. The kids had a blast, but we had to watch them like hawks. Older kids were cutting in line, pushing smaller kids, and people just stood and watched. Next time we get the urge to JUMP were going to URBAN AIR!
Really fun to play arcade game and lot of trampoline even have a playground for kids; also a ditch where you can jump in to and a basketball area. Great customer service because when my friend broke his jeans they let my friend keep the short

Nice size facility, however, really dirty. I found more trash was outside the trashcan than inside trash cans and I constantly had to watch my toddler to make sure he didn’t put candy on the ground in his mouth. I also found the prices to be a little bit steep because I had to pay for my toddler as well as myself. They would not allow me to only pay for my toddler.
My kids love this place. It's ok to me. It always smells of feet when I enter but I assume that's expected with it being a giant trampoline park. They also host parties and have a mini arcade area with attractions. No outside food allowed as they have a concession area. If you are jumping no jeans or things that can get caught on trampoline and socks are needed.
Great place to bring the kids. Do not wear jeans if you plan to jump and wear socks. Has a snack bar, arcade and music while you jump. They also do birthday parties. I've been there several times and will continue to take my kids there for fun. On Saturday evenings they turn off the lights for disco jumping or something like that... It's super Awesome
Had my daughters Bday party this weekend. Had a young lady name Alyssa, as our hostess. She was friendly and very professional. She took care of us , was on top of everything. Kids had fun, was there for 3 hours, kids loved it. Managers were very good to help us w our request ,they never said no, they would look into helping us out.
Went on a weekday, not too crowded. The kids enjoyed would have liked if there were jumping obstacle courses for the kids to enjoy. The workers weren't friendly.. but the kids got out their extra energy

This was a great place to have a party! They set up and clean up. You have your own party host. Ours helped the kids with the rock wall and climbing! The kids had so much fun and it was little work on my part. I highly recommend JT (manager) and his crew if you are looking for a great way to throw a kids birthday party.
Both team members I interacted with were both very rude. The guy up front and especially the one at the snack bar. Seating areas aren’t cleaned once people leave even on slow days. The overall cleanliness of this place is disgusting. There was a dead roach in our seating area that looks like it’s been there for a while.
Cool place for adults and kids alike. We went for a birthday part on a Saturday and it wasn't that crowded (although, this was shortly after Hurricane Harvey, so people may have been too busy). Only downfall is the location (off of 290) so you're dealing with construction currently (and maybe not the nicest area).
I took my niece and nephews. They enjoyed the options available, just traveling and jumping, basketball, foam pit (seems gross and germy if you ask me though) air hockey, ski ball and arcade games. Good way to get some energy out and have fun. They also have ok food and drinks. Overall 2 thumbs up.
It was unorganized (we never got socks, and soda late) for a party package and half of the arcade games were out of order. The staff was okay and the pizza they order in was delicious. They have several jump activities and it was packed for a Sunday. I did enjoy the party tables being in the back.
The worst. Most games and rides didn't work the ones that did you swipe your cars n get robbed. Don't know why they were even open period. 1st time ever going might be last.12.99 for a hot dog though?!?!? I paid $50 for a pizza and 3 drinks no refills, lol. I mean a bit pricey but whatever.
The fact that they have no hot food like pizza or even nachos for the kids and you can’t even order anything to the establishment for yourselves is ridiculous. How do you have a no hot food and a no outside food rule. That is utterly ridiculous. Will not be back. Zero stars if I could.
Great price and my daughter has a blast! Highly recommend and to the people saying safety concerns WATCH YOUR OWN KIDS. Be a responsible parent and pay attention. While they do have people watching its ultimately the parents job to look after your own kids (you signed a waiver).
This place needs to be updated and a major deep cleaning the carpet is filthy it stinks in there, the trampolines need to be replaced arcade games are expensive and half of them don’t work. The staff don’t supervise kids, is like a wild jungle in here!! Will not be coming back.
I was here for a birthday party and the guests were poorly serviced. The host did a poor job. A lot of the games in this place were out of order. Most of the posted rules were not being enforced for the safety of the kids. I don't think I'll take my grandkids back at all.
This place is the worst place I’ve been too! They literally had nothing working! They food place was closed I couldn’t get water. The arcade was a waste of money. Everything is missing nothing is working? Like how is this still in business? Never coming back again.
I loved this location, more than the Webster for sure! Staff was so accommodating when it came to everything. From the jumping to arcade ( gave us extra time too ) and we had the whole store to ourselves. Will be returning.. probably in a few days! 8$ for toddlers.
So much fun! I love that it's priced fair and provides an air-conditioned way for my daughter and her friend to have fun when it's too warm outside to be outside. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Definitely will be returning for more fun in the future!
This site requires urgent deep cleaning and updating. The trampolines need to be repaired, the floor is dirty and smells, and most the arcade games are broken. It's like a chaotic forest in here with no supervision from the employees. will not be returning.
My gawd, I think it's the most ghetto playpark in the greater Houston area. It smells, half the video games don't work, and the staff looks like they are miserable. Would not recommend walking around without shoes. Yikes. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.
Over priced not enough yo do. If you go wear sweat pants or short because you can't jump in jeans. Urban Air is way better.

Place runed by teenagers.. that they are more concern for being in their phones than give a service..my daughter wanted to ride the bull and the guy was on the phone.. then only ride for 1 min so he could go back to his phone.. not coming here again
Took my kids here yesterday for the first time and it was not what I expected compared too all the photos the bathrooms were disgusting and there is nothing really for the toddlers to do besides jump and play in a foam pit we will not be back
We attended a birthday party. Let me say my kids are jump pros so the dodge ball was a hit. The little enjoyed themselves on a Sunday evening after 3 for the big kids were out there way. Party wise with such a big group the host surely need
This location is a bit smaller than other trampoline parks. The arcade games are expensive and many don't work. But, the employees are relaxed enough to where they don't intervene much so you can play a while past the limit of time paid for.

Very affordable and long-lasting fun for kids of all ages. Gotta sign a self- responsability waiver but other than that every thing is perfect the arcade is up to date and modernization is key in this place. What I love the most about this
I have been here a few times and was going to have my sons birthday party here. They want 250 and I have to bring a cake. I am going to only have 6 kids so I was going to just pay for them individually and was told I could not bring a cake
so much fun and clean! went two weekends in a row! i loved it because i went late in the evening on a Sunday and it was pretty dead so there were plenty of things and space available! the only reason why it's a four and not five stars is
Had my daughter's birthday party there. From the moment I walked in to book the party I was treated well and profesionally. My party hostess, Melanie, was very sweet. She checked with me before doing anything and explained every thing at
The party was 250, very reasonable, and that was for 2 hours of play and 10 kids. They were fed and the birthday boy got a free shirt. This was the first time I as a mom could actually relax for a birthday party. I'm so grateful.
This place is nice enough but none of the side activities were open. No staff was the answer.

My kids like jumping here and playing. The workers don't look too enthusiastic to be working there not much customer service. It's close to my house though so thats nice. For one hour your kid can jump for 12 bucks.
Some out of order games were unmarked, and will still take your money. However, the staff immediately reloaded my game card with more than what I lost. Love the staff here, they are awesome and so chill More
Very reasonable price for the jumping, but the place smells like feet. Lots of jumping area to play but the arcade area is down. At the food area, there is a no hot food rule. What? But overall, it was good.
Attended birthday party. It was nice. No zipper on jeans or any metals. They will make you pay to rent basketball shorts for 3 dollars. Must have socks. They are strict about policies but the place was nice
Took my granddaughter and great niece, and they played the games and jumped until they were exhausted! It really made my day to see them happy and have so much fun! Definitely will be taking them back....
Staff are rude and don't give a damn there but the place was sooooo fun. It's not to expensive and my daughter had an amazing time playing trampoline basketball as well as bowling and flipping etc....
It was our first time here but it was fun, my only complaint was the video games were played by using a card with points and it seems like the games are shorter and some take too many points to play
We got there right when it opened so we had the place to ourselves. The staff was super nice. It could use a good cleaning that's why I gave it for stars instead of five. It needs a lot of upkeep.
The place is good but the price is a little bit higher than it should be....

This place was ok it is just a little old now. The trampolines need to get renewed to better ones that will make you jump a little higher. They also need to clean the trampolines underneath them.
It was the filthiest place ever. Diaper,. Drinks, food and dirt when we went. The trampolines were disgusting. The place stank. No soap in bathrooms. Never seen a place like this be so so dirty.
This trampoline park is ok with limited attractions, there are a few more for an extra charge. There is an arcade area available, its ok. If visiting the Houston area, go to Urban Air …
Smells funky… the staff is very distracted and doing their own thing. The trampolines are dirty and unkept.

What a lot of fun! Perfect for my grandson's 5 year birthday party! Very clean with a terrific helpful staff! Try this out! Great games and jumping fun! There's even a rock wall, too!!
Karina M was a great host. She decorated my son's birthday party so nicely. Was very informative about everything. Overall great experience. My son had an awesome 4th Birthday party.
Do no come here! No care for anything. No one wearing a mask. Makes me afraid that all the equipment is dirty and probably not sanitized - actually I would Bet it isn’t.

Fun time. $8 for kids under 4 and $12 for kids above 4 year for 1 hour. Suggest taking package which is worth which comes with bull ride, water roller, $5 game card.
Place was clean and fun...my daughter had a good time....only thing is that the clock is not on standard time..its almost 13 min off....other than that it was ok...
Pretty decent. Could definitely be cleaner. Kids like it good variety of trampolines and an area for toddlers my kids like. Where’s the hand sanitizer though!
Great family place with arcade games, dodge ball tournaments, bull ride, water ball walk, snack bar, space to do your birthday parties and a lot of fun!!
Party packages $200 starting out? That's for 10 kids to jump only ONE hour. Come on people get with the program! $8/4yrs and under. $12/5yrs and up!!
Perfect place for toddlers. I took my 3 year old niece and she had a blast! I also loved the variety in the arcade games (very age diversed)

Smells like feet, and they should clean/change the trampolines more often. However it's a good place to entertain kids and some adults.
Was fun kids interacting with each other or not , security ,there and other adults supervised there jumping ability' s so funny .

My daughter and her friends had a blast! This location is big unlike the one at Southwest. They have an arcade and snack bar.
Great for kids who are very active, allot of space. Games are expensive, but enjoyable to say the least. will be back again
My son fav hang out spot...when it's 100° outside. They added on more games to play beside just jumping. Really cool spot
Thank you So much Jordan for hosting us. The kids had a great time. First time here, I will definitely do it again.
It was nice and clean and not crowded we went around 3 pm on Tuesday, the water ball game was closed …
