I rented a granny flat off these people for me and my 2 children after there mum passed away.i losty job at Xmas and fell 3 weeks behind with my rent.they took me to tribuneral and because of vivid it was over the phone.i missed the call and they went ahead without me.i was given 7 days to find a place and move.the place was teeming with mice and cockroaches and I asked for weeks to have pest control take care of it.which they came days before I had to leave and then Ari came 2 days before I had to be out with the handyman asking what I wanted fixed knowing I had to be out in 2 days.which has now left me and my 2 children homeless.very in compassionate people
