Bought a car from them as I was in need of of a car to drive it for a month to find out it wasn't road worthy at all now I'm stuck with a car I don't need or want with a red label defect purchased the car and didn't change a thing tried contacting them on the number provided and it doesn't even work so I sent messages through a car they have advertised to be ignored I only know this because I used my partners account to ask about a car and low and behold answered straight away I'm taking the matter to fair trading and ncat this place shouldn't even exist and to top things off I was told he'd email me all the paperwork which I didn't get and the car is still not in my name vile people who prey on the unsuspecting to make a buck see you guys in court and trust me ill win I was forced to buy another car and go further into debt atleast I got a mechanically sound car from a private seller these guys should be ashamed of themselves for the way they conduct business

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Bought a car from them just under 3 months ago. It stopped working, lights flash on the dashboard, car loses power. I took it to an electrical engineer near my area who could not find the problem. He suggested taking it back to the car dealer. I contacted him on the number on google, number is invalid. I found a mobile number on an ad he put out on gumtree, finally got a hold of the salesman, he said he will send me a number of an electrical engineer, I advised him that I already took it to one, it might be something else, he'll need to take it in to look at it or organise for a mechanic from his end to look at the car and advise what the problem is. He aggressively said the 3 month warranty ONLY covers engine and Gearbox and then hung up. I haven't been able to get through to him and he hasn't replied back to any of my text messages! Do not buy from him, so very dodgy. I'm contacting the the dept of Fair Trading

South West Motors traded from 136 Elizabeth Drive up to around 2020? ASIC search shows business name cancelled and company deregistered. K & D Autos traded at 136 Elizabeth Drive up until early? 2023. ASIC search shows company is still registered but the business name cancelled. Liverpool Auto Group signs appeared at 136 Elizabeth Drive in early? 2023. In late July 2023 a person in a business very close to 136 Elizabeth Drive said the 'faces' at 136 had been the same for the last five years. Bought a car from K & D Autos in 2022. It was an absolute horror. Thousands to fix and dealer refused to fix. 'Faces' at 136 should be banned from all business?

We regretfully bought a car from K&D Autos in Liverpool early last month. Pictures provided didn't show that there were two massive scratches on the drivers side, the door and wheel bearing. We also noticed the passenger door wasnt latching as well as the bonnet. We have attempted to contact them to discuss our concerns and have not heard from them SINCE. Also lied about the car being road worthy as it's been making some clanking noises. It was probably our fault for trusting but we were so desperate for a car having had our car stolen the week before and this is the kind of dealership that makes life worse. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

They are not seeling the car they are selling totally scrab car . When i took Honda accord . After 2 hours it starts showing the engine light vsa and everything as i went to their shop on the same day i purchased they refused to fixed it and say to me to fix it tomorrow but when i check the whole car with my mechanic i found that the car will cost me 2 grands to make it run properly on the road . Its so shameful. Please guys dont buys car from this dealership. Its totally loss.

Had to purchase a car ASAP Got a car from these guys Car seemed good in pics Seemed mechanically sound Got to look at vehicle 2 massive dents that weren’t in the photos Rear bumper hanging off again not in photos Car was absolutely filthy stench of cigarettes and moss and algae all over the outside So obviously been sitting for a long period of time Took car to a mechanic after purchasing going into limp mode and loss of power Found holes in exhaust and muffler

Went to go view a car, wouldn't let us take it for a test drive because it was "too hard", was rude, didn't even greet us when we went to look around, called us arrogant and disrespectful and started touching to get violent and basically kicked out paying prospective customers and insulted my father in front of my mother saying things like "I feel sorry for you for your husband". This was within 1 minute of talking to the guy asking for a test drive.

We went to see these guys last month and they were super nice. Test drove two cars but didn't end up buying. Decided to see another car they had in stock today but the tone was decidedly different. Super rude, told us we weren't serious, wouldn't talk to us about the car and in the end we left after driving 50 mins one way, only to have to drive 50 mins back. Pretty disappointing sales technique. I'd avoid if possible.

The Dealer was very aggressive and hostile towards getting me to buy a car. He was also very evasive about details claiming falsely that he had a mechanics report but refusing to show it. I had a pre purchase inspection done and showed a huge amount of issues amounting to the car being not worth anything. Also lied about it being roadworthy certified.

Don’t buy anything from this people, I bought a car from them between 24 hours the car stop working, their number is not working have on the app in not going through I have to go get a Ute to toe the car, he’s telling me That I have to pay for toe and buy new engine change the car and he’s refused to give me back my money

Bought car in march this year car has been locked in garage we have been away since April, came home driven the car last 4 weeks now the motor has blown now I don't have a car can't afford to buy another plus know we have a bill for the mechanics thanks have tried to ring and no luck if anyone can help will be thankful

Don't buy anything from kd auto as they ate so dodgy I put a holding deposit on a ute I went to Sydney to have a look and the ute was crape it had dents and scratches all over which the photos on line did not show and now he won't give me my deposit back Im tacking this matter to fair trading

Rubbish cars don't buy anything from this fraudulent place. Big rip off and the cars are disgusting, they don't know how to clean the inside of the cars. They're only good at giving the engine a good clean. This place is a joke like the owners!! Filthy...
