This company was a pleasure to deal with, a father and son team who were very professional, polite and committed to a good standard. Answered any queries, dealt with any concerns and were most helpful. They took great care in prepping the interior of the common area of our 100 year old 12-unit block including rust and water prevention and used quality products so that our aged building has been renewed. Compliments from tenants/visitors on the finished result and Highly Recommend them.
After a major flooding incident from the apartment above me, Joshua and his father did an excellent job repairing major cracks and flaws of some walls my rental property manager approved them to fix. The damage accumulated 10 months since the flooding and they did a great repair, as well as being really good at communicating their work times with me. Were it my property, I would have had them repair all walls. Great service.
