Their prices are comaparatively low and personally i love the Wings with sauce, hot and tasty. Their xtreme duo box is very economival. Service is the worst. People used to wait in lines for a longer period of time. Their staff is strange, sometime they take order and meanwhile they move over the serving counter and without purpose. I have experience in several times they have poor skills to mange order and people. No doubt area where people stand to give and receive order is small but they do not pay attention and their screen displaying the orders to be served on the basis of numbers is turned off which in turn creates chaos. Their staff shouts on each other, most of the time they find some of the staff members are missing and they try to call them and in the time of rush manager used to take orders and their system hangs frequently. I think they should train their staff and use technology to manage orders and means to serve them. There could be thousands of ways to streamline daily functions and get rid of everyday chaos.

Highly inappropriate place to visit. Poor service and dealing by staff. Unlike many KFC this place is not worth going. Highly non cooperative staff with pathetic service. Even manager does not know about deals. I met Shamal Khan (the manager), who spoiled my day. I told him that at Union Pay Visa Card there are 2 golootlo deals but he was shamelessly adamant that there is only one. Burgers are always cold and not fresh. Staff is always seen having gupshup with no interest in customers. This outlet does not have mobile or Internet signals. There is KFC Internet but staff dont provide password for golootlo scan. I think this branch should be closed so that it stops doing bad to KFC. I have given one star for service but this staff under Shamal Khan (ho kept saying that mujy meri rozi aziz ha) don't even deserve 1.

KFC in Quetta is a total waste of time, money & effort. It used to be so good in the beginning but has consistently dropped their standards to a point where it's meaningless to visit it anymore. The place is crowded, the staff members are uncooperative, rude, impolite, busy in their personal chats plus the burgers etc taste horrible now. I ordered a zinger burger & the whole bun had been burnt and it was black. They had added chillies to the burgers which didn't taste like KFC anymore. You generally have to wait for 30-45 minutes to get your order. There is no staff to clean your table. Overall, it's a bad experience & people should avoid it.

Pathetic experience..long ques and waiting is very usual but something which is not acceptable is an uneducated manager.. he does not even know how to read a msg for order. I sent my helper with the msg 4xburgers 4xchicken piece, 1 fries 1 coke and the staff sent 4 boxes of extreme duo(8 burgers, 16 chicken pieces, 2 colddrinks ). Didn't accept the mistake neither returned the money.. highly misbehaving uneducated person.. disappointing customer services..will never dine in again from KFC Quetta. At its maiden branch at Quetta, capital of the restive western province of Balochistan, KFC has made a 'Soft Launch'... Some of the items of already shrinked KFC Pakistan Menue were still unavailable as of Dec 24, 2016. Located in a only Shopping Mall of the city, the KFC Quetta is gettig a frentic crowd even surpassing the one receiving by the neoghboring McDonald. This scribe along woth his friends had to wait for good twenty minutes before securing the table. Staff members were friendly, cooperative and efficient. The order took about 10 minutes to come at counter. The food was good and as per its standards.

Ordered the duo pack for two but the quantity has decreased alot. The quantity of French Fries decreased The quantity of Chicken in burger decreased Tissues decreased I had to ask thrice for sachets of ketchup. Can you imagine that for a pack of 2 only 3 sachets of ketchup was provided. They really need improvement. PS: I gave them my debit card and they had to swipe it twice but their device was not working, finally they had to tell me to go downstairs, withdraw cash from ATM and come back to them again. So if you are planning to visit this place you have to take cash with you.

Today had the worst experience at KFC Quetta branch. First they don't have sufficient staff to cater their customers. second I ordered two rice and spice and fries. After waiting for half hr I recieved uncooked hard rice. I returned and asked for the proper one. they returned me the same rice again and were cold. Please always ask for freshly cooked food. Only then you can enjoy the food. If the food is served cold, call the manager and return it. Moreover, if you want to eat fried chicken or zinger burger, no one cooks them better than KFC. The price may seems more in comparison to other fried chicken outlets. However if you believe in quality over quantity and money, always opt for KFC. In addition, you can always take advantage of various deals offered by 3rd parties such as easy paisa, jazz cash etc.

Good place to order some finger lickin' good food. There you can find everything listed on the website. Although you can find yourself in a bit of trouble if you are alone or not with your family, the security guard at the entrance of millineum mall would not allow you to proceed to KFC. I'm not sure of family days. If you order online be sure to place your order before 09:30pm or 10:00pm. After that online orders will not be delivered to you but you can visit the place and eat there.

KFC literally is the best option to satisfy your cravings. From their burgers to their chicken pieces and wings everything just tastes amazing.

Pathetic Service for online orders. I ordered and waited for 1 hour but they didn't bother themselves to call or sms me about my meal's cancellation. It was such an embarrassing act when i called they regret for cancellation due to "customer Number was switched off" and it was not first time they are lazy and dont want to entertain every order. Long queues because of inexperienced staff, minimal sauce and lettuce in the burgers and imagine a Kentucky without a pepperoni yes its possible in KFC Quetta in addition you could also expect a fried chicken being hard as a rock. Being regular customer, I expected KFC quetta to be the same as in other cities but I had worst experience of quetta branch. Once I got stale food and thrice my order was canceled as the rider said that he was unable to contact. Like always, KFC kept their name in Quetta as well, where normally people like traditional food and goes to the places offering local food. People in Quetta go often to the places like KFC, so you will not find freshly cooked food, but on KFC Quetta they always deliver freshly cooked and standard food. Highly recommended in Quetta over the other fast food restaurants.

They serve best food but they don't allow males inside mall to kfc. This issue should be solved bcuz this is the only kfc franchise in quetta.

KFC is my favourite chicken place no matter where I'm in Pakistan or abroad. Experience with KFC Quetta isn't good though. Delays in orders, full menu is not displayed. Taste isn't up to quality. Sometimes they make more spicy, other time more salty. During recent visit they added too much salt in chicken.

It used to be delicious and fresh, but recently our experience is bad. They served cold food the last two times we went there. The management should take care of that. They might lose customers otherwise. Staff is very friendly and cooperative though.

The food is good but the service is awful i mean you don't know when your food will be ready and even if it does you don't know if its ready or not because there are no screens that indicate which order number is ready to be picked.
