Restaurant got good sitting arrangements for family but their menu is very misleading plus their staff is not very much familiar with the offered dishes. I was planning to order a BBQ plater (4 persons serving) but got distracted with one of their menu dish named as “Afghan Daeg”. Under the impression of some sort of unique recipe and cooking process, inquired about it from the serving person, who recommended it over another dish named as “Turkish Daeg”. So decided to go for “Afghan Daag” along with “Chicken Lasagna” and “Mutka Biryani”. Interestingly this so called Afghan Daag turns out to be lamb/goat (mutton) handi. Whereas, mutka biryani turned out to be some sort of ordinary biryani with couple of chicken pieces at the bottom of this mutka. I was very disappointed with this so called Afghan Daeg dish, which was something in between mutton karahi or mutton qurma with a very ordinary taste. Upon mentioning to restaurant’s supervisor, he extended his apology for my disappointment from the experience and offered a complimentary tea for two, which was good. Anyway highly recommended to probe any dish from staff or supervisor before ordering otherwise will be disappointed like me. A good learning experience for me though it came with four grand price tag.

I visited it a few months ago. I heard a lot about the place, when I visited I really found it near to good experience of people. The taste of food is too much good, I tried their smoked handi, white hot and sour soup, and roll. Everything is yummy, and I enjoyed every bite and sip. Unfortunately, the place is not clean &tidy, which is why the probability of enjoying food decreases. Moreover, crocrey they used is of plastic, which no doubt economical but at the same time we can't overlook fact that it get stained easily which not only gives ugly look but somehow communicate dirtiness. Once again, I'm claiming that the Quetta is lacking in the area of service. I am also dissatisfied with the hygiene and training of staff.

It's a safe and free of cost parking and their staff is too much good to help in parking.

The food is worst and overpriced,ordered bbq platter which was Rs4639and portion was very little just some rice with very little portion of bbq on top wrost ever platter ever,also charged Rs900 for just a jug of lassi.food quality is not good along with quantity. Got an overall bill of Rs11455 and when we asked for remaining food to be parcelled they took away our food and upon getting that they said we have misplaced it given it someone else and couldn't get our remaining food. what type of restaurant is this very disappointed by the food and services, overrated and overpriced. They are looting people not recommended to anyone don't waste your hard earned money there.

It is a very good restaurant specially for families having small kids. Their outdoor area is very good, as it has a free swing, Slide, and even electronic rides for kids. My kids loved being there and enjoyed the meal as well. I didn't have to get a screen or any other form of activity to engage my kids. They were busy playing there. A very good place overall

ZVR restaurant has a beautiful, charming and clean atmosphere. This restaurant is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Quetta. This restaurant offers a variety of delicious food such as American food and more. This restaurant has clean couches and full wetter staff and apart from this a separate comfortable and relaxing arrangement is provided for the family and the food here is available at very reasonable rates. In terms of parking, this restaurant has a very wide front. Among the top restaurants, I have heartily liked this ZVR restaurant, which has a very modern system.

Great Place to eat but it's little bit costly as compared to it's competitors also food quantity is less than other restaurants. Overall good restaurant to try.

I have visited this place 4 times since this place has been inaugurated. There are a few things I would like to bring it to your notice. Your order takes 80 to 90 minutes on Sundays and Fridays. You need to read your invoice/bill carefully because sometimes when you order half of a dish but they charge you for full dish Last thing the prices on the menu are something else but when you receive the bill the prices are much higher than what is written on the menu. As far as food is concerned, it is as normal as all the other restaurants of Airport road.

The Taste of Food was Normal not bad...... but the attitude of waiter’s was not good really disappointing..... really slow service when you order something they took at least half hour to 40 minutes minimum even when you order naan they took at least 10 minutes minimum..... ZVR management please improve your service and the rates are too much high ..... ZVR I was sitting in a family hall..... please improve your service..... I have visited too much restaurants around the Pakistan.... that’s why I’m suggesting the good advice....

Very very poor service.. we waited for more than 45 min to be seated..nobody cared..and the staff was a true example of"looking busy doing nothing"..then we had to ask 3 times for our order to be taken..and in the end the ice cream was served when it was melted..it was given by the ice cream man but wasnt being served to us after even we had asked so many times

I have visited this place twice. The food is good. The environment is very nice for small gathering either family or friends. Most seating is outdoor but there seemed no preparedness for coming winters as the indoor seating had a small space. The waiters are not well trained which is considered to be the weak point for this restaurant. Though I spent a good time. Seeing is believing. There is always a room for improvement. Here goes a 5 Star

A friend recommended me of this restaurant and i loved the food and the place all i wish there was heater as well for those who love to sit outdoor as it was cold night. But the food was delicious

I went there many times, it's such a nice place and staff is so good. They are running to bring all fresh and tasty food. The best part their General Manager is so Good and comes at once once incase of any complain. Really it's a family place and I saw pwoplw sitting there for hours N hours enjoying the Environment, taking pictures selphies. 100000000 stars keep it up..

Though this place has a really good atmosphere, I and many others in my family who accompanied me to this place came down with a severe case of acute food poisoning. The rice were stale and had a weird smell to them. The BBQ weren't any better. Only the Turkish Matka is worth eating. I'll give it one star just for the atmosphere but this place gets no stars for the food

Pathetic food, poor service, total waste of money and time, im in shock people praising the food quality either these aren't locals or fake reviews. 1: No mutton in supposedly called Kabuli pulao 2: Steak was literally ukkkk .. 3: Kabab&Rice was nothing but boiled rice loaded with onions, kababs were just shown to rice. 4: Reshami kababs were okay not good.

It was a very dissapointing experience. The so called "ZVR" special steak was outstandingly bad with tasteless vegtables. The remaining ethinic dishes were a slap to the amazing variety of flavors that our cultures represent. The bad food was made worse by the fact that I had the displeasure of sitting on a conjusted coffee table and damaged furnitures.

They have some extra ordinary tea, coffee etc, i do visit daily in the evening with my friends

this place is not good for pashton families , so I went my children's but my children's and family members didn't like this food, so I am strongly not recommend to you , if you go then you waste your money. everything in full extra spicy like they think we came from punjab even my children's said papa we don't come back to this place again.

ZVR is an enjoyable restaurant for family ,friends and also birthday party's . Beautiful arrangements for birthday party very nice sitting arrangements, fine services, great and taste foods .The place was neat, clean and the presentation was great. Kids are very happy and enjoy in ZVR restaurant. My all family very like this restaurant .

Ok so there are so many things but I will point out only few and major points. First of all they say that 30-45 minutes is order making and serving time but you have to wait 1to 2 hours. Then the food is cold and I think is dirty food. My stomach got worse after eating. And there service is very slow.

Very bad experience. It took them 40 mins to bring a BBQ platter which costed 4500 and it had boiled white rice. Ribs where hard and dry. Red and white Soup had no flavor and they placed a bend spoon in it. Chinese rice had too much salt. Overall really bad experience.

ZVR started their business with great tasty food but as soon as the business take a boom, the quality of food just declined to the level of normal local food, after one bad experience I couldn't find enough courage to visit the hotel again.
