We have been sitting in the drive-thru for the past 30mins. The drive-thru is always terrible slow. The other problem is you cannot even leave the drive-thru as there is no slipway to get out. The second time this week that we received not terrible but no service. Management has to seriously step in!! More

Tonight waited well over an hour in the drive through. Got to the pay window waited there for close to 30 minutes to only be told to go to the next window as they have closed the normal pay one. No signage, noticed several employees walking

Customer service at this KFC is shocking, when asking for assistance, if you are not flat out ignored you're given attitude. Staff need training in how to speak to a customer. More
