I have never experienced such appalling service in my life. The drive through line is generally long, but it usually gets sorted out quickly. Not this time, though. This time we waited extremely long, assuming it was customers who didn’t know what to order. It took us a good, long while to get to the ordering intercom. It was smooth until we had completed payment. We stood there, and stood there, and stood there. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES. We stood and waited for 45 minutes. Not an inch further. At this point, everyone is hooting, people are getting out of their cars to see what is going on inside. What part about this is FAST food, again? When I, EVENTUALLY, got my order, I open the bag to find that the box was completely ripped. Everything inside has fallen out into the brown bag. I returned the food and left, a whole hour and a bit later and still hungry. I actually can’t believe this. I’m horrified.

Very bad experience was ordering a double deal. Cashier info that there is no lettuce for the burgers and that he is adding an extra small chips. By collection I received the burgers with a few lettuce on, almost nothing, with no extra small chips. When queried the lady said there is lettuce and exchanged the burgers. With the same effect. Almost no lettuce. The manager was called and brought me other burgers with almost no lettuce on it. She just handed the burgers and walked away from me with no regard to my concerns raised. All staff ignored me after that. I left with a very dissatisfied feeling. With no quality service and felt like not returning to that KFC again.

Not where I will go again after so many times visiting this place, it seems the food is getting less and less, chicken pieces very small and when you ask about it they tell you to say what pieces you'd like in the meal but will be charged extra for the pieces depending on the size, so why are we already paying so much to only get wings and drumsticks in our meals. I went to another KFC got the same meal and actually got the bigger and nicer pieces without having to ask or being charged extra for it. so I won't be supporting this one again. The staff is friendly and welcoming but the food is ridiculous and a joke.

Dont offer a service that you dont know how to manage. Waiting over 20min for my food, it was cold, and tasted horrible. KFC will not be getting any more of my hard earned money. Generally we are quite happy with this KFC. But tonight was different. In the drive-through, as we received our cups with our drinks, one of the cups basically lost it's top integrity and spilled on my wife. The lids on the cup barely even stay on, even for the other cup. We also did not receive the cups of cool drink in any form of a "cup holder" like we usually would (if we did, the issue would have been avoided). Ultimately, this isn't something that should happen.

Ordered a 10 piece family treat, only to find out after paying that no coleslaw was available, excuse, run out of stock but they decide to give me mash without telling me, chicken was so hard fried that my dog did not wanted to eat it, if this is the type of service they offer I will not support them anymore, spend a considerable amount every time. Had to throw it away and stopped at Ocean basket to buy other food. R259.00 wasted. Not me anymore. The sales lady just pulled her shoulders up, but you know when they close and she stand at the robot, I will pull my shoulders up.

At times it's good and when it's bad it's really bad. It's convenient at times when cooking is a no or when you wNt to get some chicken before power goes off. I had my order messed up a few times How you say... Wrong order or missing an item yes I should have checked but I did not. At times the chicken is not fully cooked Or the service seems to imply you getting a favor and should be quit, take your food and leave. A better Service rendered is at the KFC next to checkers opposite the garage the one close to flora. Everything ordered was on point and note it's once in a while I make my order and the service is always the same.

crismus eve. the one system was down. so no one could see their orders on the display also the orders seemed all very mixed up and everything took long n mamy ppls orders were incorrect. i had to wait quite long too. some had been waiting maybe an hour even. i enjoyed my berry milkshake though and my friend enjoyed his nugget box. so thamkx for that i guess . but yeah theres gota be better tech support out to ur stations. the staff were pro n genuinely friendly in my opinion.

Arrived and went to go through the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes and the line didn’t budge at all so we decided to go inside instead. Big mistake - took 40 minutes to get our food - it’s not fast food if you wait the same amount of time to go into a restaurant! Besides that, our order of 3 meals was just sitting around on the counter. We told them that was our order but they said we would be assisted shortly but they took forever. Also messed up our order - got the wrong wrap and there was tomato even after asking for no tomato. Very disappointing - a waste of time, and wouldn’t even bother coming to this KFC again.

Been to this KFC many, many times and it used to be good but lately it’s been slipping, most times I either can’t get something on the menu because it’s either no longer available or the tiller doesn’t know how to ring it up (or rings it up at the wrong price??), and when they do get it right the order is often either slightly wrong or there’s a flat coke or old chips or something like that. I’m not likely to go back.

Friendly staff and they very helpful! They can work on employing more staff as they are short staffed. People in the back is only seeing to drive in customers. The restaurant part is not being seen too and no assistance for the Mr Delivery Service. Waited 35min in the reception area for a large chips, dunked wings and ice cream. Only one lady at the till, packing food.... We love this space otherwise Please employ more staff of different races too. Thank you.

Update: After my horrible experience last year, I gave the store another chance and was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in 15 minutes, the store was clean and staff friendly and organised. Well done! Horrible experience on Christmas day. Staff were not able to keep up with demand... The staff were flustered and zero organisation. Will never see me again. Waited more than an hour for the food I paid for.

Place is clean, the staff was rude, the card machine was not working due to load sheading, there was no sign to inform the people, they only told the people as and when they reached the front. They have a person at the door that does sanitize everyone and that asks everyone nicely to please social distance. there is allot of parking, the food was fresh and they were friendly and helpful
