I lodge a complaint that I order a zinger burger meal box for my husband and missing chicken and mashed potato but your manager Charaolet called me around 11.05pm and interrogate me that it is my mistake that I didn't order correctly so she can't offered me my complement meal. She was very rude and she told me she was happy that if I don't visit your store anymore but she can't replace my order as her drive thru girl take my order wrong. As far I know if a drive thru girl took wrong order it is your store responsibility to give me the correct meal ...Anyways I am extremely disappointed and very glad that Mecca's openning in Harpley very soon. Sorry to say but goodbye to your store forever who doesn't bother to rectify your own drive thru girls mistake . I hope next time you will not save papers and give receipt to every customer so that no other customer will have to suffer for your own drive thru girls mistake. Thank you and goodbye forever. I will also tell my friends and neighbours not to visit your store anymore and I will surely pass what you did with me to the Wyndham Community. WORST KFC EVER ! Took 40 minutes for my order while waiting inside! The workers especially the female manager on 2/8/23 between 7-7:40pm where laughing chatting and simply not working there was over 30 people waiting inside and no food was being prepared. when I told the manager that 40 minutes for one meal was ridiculous she rolled her eyes and laughed at me. I also saw her throwing food directly into the bag forcefully. Please speak with the manager here on creating a faster and more efficient location she is holding back the store from growth.

The young caucasian guy with dark hair that was working at the second drive thru window Saturday 19/08/23 was extremely rude. He had a terrible attitude when I tried to explain that there were missing items in my order. He was constantly rolling his eyes at me and mockingly would say 'huh' pretending he couldn't hear what I was saying. Terrible experience and highly suggest that you never give this place a chance. Something needs to be done about the management here as it is obvious I am not the only one that has had a similar experience.

Wow I really should have read the reviews. All the tables were covered with food scraps we had to ask the staff to clean the table before we could dine in, and what a effort used the same dirty cloth to wipe all the food scraps off the table to the floor. I would not like to see the back of this kitchen if the staff can't maintain front of house. All our food came out cold. While we were eating the staff members were texting on their mobiles. Absolutely terrible service, quality of food and hygiene here be mindful. I took photos but couldn't add them.

This is possibly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. The staff always get my order wrong and the food is always cold and hard to swallow. The staff are rude and unfriendly. They are always playing loud offensive music even when there are kids around. Staff seem to be more interested in hanging out the front than serving customers. Will not be going back.

Quite possibly the worst KFC I have ever been to; in the handful of times I've ordered from this KFC, not once have they ever gotten the order right. They charge for everything you order but the order usually comes with multiple items missing, sometimes up to half of the order missing. At this point I can't tell if it is incompetence or blatant theft from customers but either way they're horrible.

I went to the bathroom after one of KFC workers marked "kfc youth" on the jumper went in there. The toilet had a pile of dump tissues soaked in urine next to it, and it wasnt flushed. Soap dispenser had no soap to wash the hands either. This is the most disgusting fast food i've seen in the whole suburb. Never ordering from here again

Most of the time it is not bad but omg i ordered boneless chicken and they were so stiff couldn’t even chew them. If you don’t have fresh stuff just say you don’t have it or order something else but don’t sell something at night when you fried in the morning. Also order two supercharged sauces and there was none in the order

First, i ordered a zinger burger with chilli relish and they gave it to me with bacon. THEN when i proceeded to return the burger to have it replaced she threw it in the bin and then took it out again and took it out again. This is such a big health and safety issue. absolutely disgusted

As always, the food is delicious, but I had to wait 15 minutes for my wicked wings. The toilet was filthy and was rubbish on the floor in the serving area.

Pathetic Experience 03/03/2023 - Poor customer service- It was a take away oder and there were 6 chicken pieces missing in the package. I ranged them and they asked me to come back. I went back and explained what happened and they refilled

Service through drive through is horrible, I ordered something and was given something else, when I came back to the drive-thru window after I realised, I was rejected a refund. So you're literally forced to accept what you're served even
