I have been a regular customer at KFC ever since they first launched their service, and while there have been some highs, there have also been some disappointing lows. Overall, my experience with KFC has been a mixed bag, with a particular concern about their drive-thru service. Initially, when KFC first launched their drive-thru, the service was spot on. Orders were accurate, and the staff seemed attentive and efficient. However, in recent visits, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. On three separate occasions, my orders were missing items, despite being clearly mentioned during the ordering process. It was disappointing to find out that the attention to detail had slipped, as these oversights led to inconvenience and frustration. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is crucial for a renowned brand like KFC to consistently deliver a high standard of service. The drive-thru experience should prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction, as it plays a significant role in customer convenience. That being said, it is important to acknowledge that KFC still excels in other areas. The taste and quality of their food have remained consistently good, and their menu offers a wide range of options to suit various preferences. I rarely write reviews even if a place is really bad however this place is an embarassment. When I first ordered here is was okay but all the other 6-7 times I have ordered here, it has been a complete disaster. One time I waited 45 minutes, came home took one bite of the food and threw it straight away. Some other times I tried ordering, they always said there was a problem with the server so I decided not to eat. Sometimes I give it another chance and on all those occasions, they miss something in my simple order and I get lazy to come back. Today, again I gave it another chance as I like KFC and again missing items in my order. This time I went back, they gave the missing items but out of courtesy you would give something extra. Never again.

Waited half an hour for our order, wasn’t very busy at all. People who ordered after us were getting their orders. When speaking to employee said there wasn’t an order in our initials even though we have been watching their order screen the whole time waiting for them to do something about it. They finally saw it and then when we finally received our order they said they prioritise drive thru so basically we not important enough and then he said here’s everything and then I said what about our drink? Forgot the drink too. Never had such bad service! We were gonna dine in but decided to just take it home. Really ruined our night.

I asked if I was able to not have wings (due to family circumstances they can't eat wings) the manager told me that it's not allowed as they have bags of 18 combination but if I brought 2 extra pieces I was able to choose or if I got a smaller combo of chicken I was able to choose what I wanted. I couldn't care what else we got just didn't want the wings.. Doesn't make sense that smaller meals can be changed weather it's a 3 piece feed or 2 piece feed but not able to change it in a 10 piece feed which only has 2 wings apparently. Poor customer service except for the young girl that was at the front counter was amazing.

This is seriously the most worst meal I have ever had I ordered a giant feast it was shocking it was really old and oily and the chicken actually looks like it's been picked at the oil is really dark like a dirty colour but I called up the store and the manager actually said the oil needed changed but wasn't going to change it as I said how can you serve this to people if you know that that's really horrible i personally would never eat here again it's disgusting I spent nearly 100 dollars on dinner for family and it was a waste a disappointment

Ordered and pick up at drive thru paid via card at the first window...at the pick up window was told the payment did not go thru cannot release or find our order have to pay again was advice the first payment will reverse itself after three to five working days. Upon checking my credit card statement i have been charged twice for my order. I wont be accepting store credit in this situation this is highly unacceptable giving store credit for there mistake or whatever they call it

Walked in, started using the self serve board but they weren’t working. nobody at the counter. didn’t see anyone in the shop for 10 minutes. had to download the kfc app to order. there was 2 customers in the shop but it took 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have wings. After all the hassle, the food was horrendous and the tables were dirty

Ordered Food from here through their app. Order got accepted and I was charged half an hour went by driver was ready, then my order was cancelled. If they were going to cancel my order don't wait till the delivery time is up before cancelling. Order again 07/01/2023: food was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting there all day, buns on burgers were stale. Chips were limp and unsalted.

I'm not expecting perfection from a fast food place so the inconsistencies was already expected. Other than that, I never had problems at this KFC brand. Food is great, the folks here are friendly. I always drive through as well so I didn't have to wait for my food, unless it's a very busy day.

Absolutely horrible. Had a delivery and over half the food was missing! The wicked wings were burnt, no salt on the 2 out 6 large chips we recieved. No sauces given. Only half the chicken. 2 small potatoe and gravy to replace a large one! No rolls. The only thing they got right were the drinks. It was an absolute joke.

Must say for being a new store to the area i am extremely disappointed. We thought it would of been easier to order at the kiosk. By the time we finished odering the kiosk would wrk and said there was an error. There goes 9mins. Then i lined up and no joke we waited 11mins and still no one took our order. 20mins wasted with 2kids. Luckily there is a macas next door. 5mins service.

I've done drive thru a few times and each time I leave with a smile - which I feel is pretty rare with such a short interaction!! The team is sweet, fast, and I haven't had any problems with my orders. Thanks especially to the team tonight for ensuring I got fresh hot chips and complimenting my dogs 10/10 service

First time here. Girl taking our order at the drive through seemed like she was over her shift. Not rude but not super friendly either. Service was quick which is always good. However, wicked wings were just warm. Was going to take it back but was too hungry. Chips were nice and hot. Had the wicked wings been served hot, I would have given this place 4 stars.

Got a combo with chips. The chips were hot and crispy however extremely over seasoned, literally caked on salt. It was becoming unpalatable just a few chips in. It’s quite a shame when everything else about it was executed well.

Bought 2 large chips after work, never again. Boxes are now half size, limp, most chips were brown and disgusting. Turned my husband and I off takeaway for good, only use to get kfc twice a week, now scared what it's going to taste like. Better of safe than sorry keep on cooking at home much better.

Multiple times i have ordered from this store through door dash and had the response "order was picked up by someone else" when my dasher gets there. Not happy with the service at all. Now thanks to this, ive worked all day and all I wanted was an easy meal. Poor service. You really need to improve before I consider order with this store again.

Best KFC, I have been to for quite a while. Front staff member was energetic, clear in what she was saying and actually looked like she enjoyed working rather than being bored of it all. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt. Would do again!

The best customer service I’ve had at a fast food place. I go through drive through and have food handled to me carefully & staff were absolutely awesome making sure I had all my drinks and food. I’m short, with short arms so having that drive through experience has just made this food trip awesome!

Went through the drive through and when we parked realised there was a long black hair in one of the items, went inside to show them. They said they’d fix it and came out with a new one (assumed it was a new one), went home and opened the box and it was the exact same one with the hair still in it

Everyone needs to cut some slack! I have been here multiple times.. face to face.. because I’m not lazy like everyone else seems to be and I have found the customer service to be amazing, and the orders have always been correct! Great job guys keep it up!! And ignore the negative feed back!

Used to be the better kfc but gone downhill fast. Really oily chicken that looks like it’s been run over before serving, and either completely flavourless chips or so salty you can’t eat them, no in between. The dog had a good meal tonight, I got a dinner roll and small potato and gravy.

Continue to serve possibly the worst zinger burgers ever. 3 separate times over a couple of months and the zinger chicken fillets are so rubbery it feels like eating gristle. I called to complain and staff basically don't give two hoots. Do NOT recommend. Eat the local clay instead.

Tables are never clean, staff is busy with their gossip. Doesn't matter if someone on the Counter is waiting to order.

This store is always having bloody problems with the KFC app. Anytime I can’t connect to this store I can connect to the other two in Melton without issue. Stuck home with COVID and can’t order delivery. Thanks for nothing.

How do you run out of chicken and have to wait 15 mins at 6:15 on a Wednesday. Manager needs to take a good look at where they are heading if you can’t remember to put chicken on at a chicken shop.

This is not first time having problem with quality of service , many times something missing from order . Today I have 2 Zinger burgers and have no salad , I did call and they said I’m wrong . Lies
