Everything is fine, except the paperless invoice thing. I accompanied the people with disabilities. I ordered the food through the self-service screen. However, I needed the printing receipt for the client. So, after ordering, I asked the staff for the receipt. But I have been told the only chance is the QR code after ordering. If you missed, then you missed. The staff was friendly, just the system is so flawed. Some people with disabilities won't be able to use phones to scan the QR code, and there is no back up solution for self-check machine to be checked by counter. And there is no signs mentioned the order is paperless. I understand the advanced tech in these days, but please let some small group of people knowing as well, and solution for backup.

I recently visited a KFC and was blown away by the level of service and quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and flavor of everything I tried. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, the burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the shakes were thick and creamy. But what really impressed me was the speed at which my order was prepared and served. I was in and out in no time, and everything was hot and ready to go. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this KFC store and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend giving it a try! Five stars!

Service was quite poor and we werent provided with napkins or refresher towels. The restaurant itself was actually Very unclean, with dirt all over the doors and and floor and food that hadnt been cleaned for some time. I imagine they focus more on takeaway or drive through but its food service and it should be clean.

Hard to access the entrance for the parking and if the drive through is busy you cannot access one of the entry ways at all.

KFC in Ormond is a bit hit n miss unfortunately, there's been times that service has been great but there has also been far more bad experiences.. a large majority of staff seem to be young inexperienced and just don't take anything serious.. I have dined in on occasions when inside the restaurant is absolutely filthy, I don't appreciate having to sit at a table with bits n pieces of leftover food scraps scattered around me... this particular store needs to lift its game and be more consistent.

Chips were disgusting, younger staff were a bit off putting when I complained about the chips being gross, brown and tasted yuck but the manager was amazing. Refunded me as I'd asked and was very lovely to deal with. Not their fault but rather the fault of the supplier as Chadstone have disgusting chips as well

The young bloke that served drive thru on 31/9/23 20min before closing time had one of the worst customer service etiquette I’ve encountered. We requested winked wings, and they didn’t have any but instead of apologising he proceeded to rudely shout at us that we shouldn’t be ordering wicked wings this late. He also charged us for a dessert which he didn’t give. Yikes!

I have just arrived from the gold coast Australia and staying not far from KFC ormond it brings back wonderful memories from the 1970s when this outlet opened I was a very young man about 17years old this store was unbelievably busy then it was something new in Australia.

Honestly. The whole place needs to be retrained. Continuously slow service. Incorrect orders (bought a large and was given a small drink). Below par chicken (chicken looks so dark), are you guys replacing the oil? Manager must be changed. The place is supremely bad for such a long time. Ridiculous

Order was ready in a reasonable time. Setting is small but comfortable. Only down size is a pretty common one for a few KFCs where they give you a peice of chicken that is tiny. I guess they think they can sneak them in with the others. But the portions seem to be getting smaller.

As far as KFC’s go, this one is consistently good. Service can be a little slow but might be better through the drive in. Cheap as usual.

Well cooked and tasty food - some pieces were super oily though. Staff helpful and polite however tables need to be attended to and cleaned more regularly. I had to clean a table and get rid of rubbish before enjoying my meal.
