I went there yesterday 28/22 to buy lunch. The service is received was terrible. There were 3 ladies at the till point but all of them were busy sorting out orders and none of them taking any orders. I was standing for 10 minutes without any service from them. I think it was the area manager that came instore and saw that i was standing, waiting to be helped whilst the all 3 ladies was handing other customers their orders. He asked her why she is not helping people in the queue and she said she's getting the orders for customers. Eventually my order was taken but to my disappointment the chips were cold and very unappetising. I asked why the chips were cold and she just said in a very rude manner that it wasn't cold. Because i was hungry i went to sit and eat , already frustrated of standing in the queue for 10 long minutes. I suggest that the staff should be taught to handle each and every customer with respect and a priority and go learn customer liaison because of their manners in which i was treated i wont visit Kfc AZ Berman again. Thanks to the very unhelpful staff member, KFC AZ Berman has lost another loyal customer.

UPDATE: 11 May 2023...My Anywhoo's...so this time I went into the Franchise. They have the same system as McDonald's, however theres no slection for no Garnish, you can only order as its presented on the menu. So thats a shlep. Well, then you need to proceed to the counter to place your order. Hilarious...nevertheless, the chicken was good, but the fries were urgh. Not sure why, very cardboard like. A dissapoint indeed. So...until next time... My Anywhoo's... UPDATE: 28 Nov 2022 So, I've learned since my last experience regarding the drive through so I went inside. Low and behold, they get it right I'm concerned and confused at the same. So, clearly the headsets are faulty ‍♀️‍♀️.. Food wasn't too bad, not the best but edible. The little kiddiewinkel in the pink made my day though. Too gorgeous for words. So and Until next time... The drive through could use some capacitation. I had to repeat my order 5 times. To top it off, when I collected it at the last window, half my order was not there.

I was there with a voucher they told me at the counter I must go pay at the kiosk I come there by the kiosk when I evens told that girl by the till I don't know how it work she stil insist. One of the staff did assist me eventually put in the voucher the kiosk took the money since I don't have a card nd only cash. Went back to the counter just for them to told me the voucher is already redeem at the kiosk machine. I waited 15 till 20 min before they could decide they Wil pay the difference nd gave my food. Am very disappointed atleast the chicken was nice. unhappy customer

I am going to start with their food. On my way home from work I thought let me get my mom a streetwise two as I know how much she likes kfs.i took the food with out checking the chicken when I got to my mom she was excited .when she opened it I saw this a leg and a piece of the side breast. Then I felt we were robbed. How do you cut a piece of the side breast off and sell it like that to the public. I bet that they cutting it into 3 pieces and making. Triple that amount on the side breast. Other then the chicken staff is friendly and orders go out quickly

After a long wait more than 45 min in drive thru, only to get to the last window and got the wrong order. Had to re-do my whole order and end up with cold chips and only drumsticks. We were told that only drumsticks, wings and centre breast were available to serve, but it looked more like the centre breast were cut into 2 that's how small it was or we had an option to wait another 30 min for fresh chicken, so I had no choice but to cancel coz service wasn't poor it was utterly kak.

Loadshedding schedule was 6 till 8h30 unfortunately I didn't know they were closed, I placed a online order and I called the manager to explain and he happily helped me within 30mins before they were even suppose to open no excuses or complaints. The food was fresh as can be and prepared like on the photos which was good.. good experience I must say.

Placed an order online during loadshedding not knowing that my order won't go through but the money was taken from my card. After being sent into the mall then to the outside kfc I had to call customer service they will refund my money not sure when 2 hours of messing us around I had to order and pay again for food . The chips was disgusting dry and some under cooked and the potatoes looked old!

Bought and all star box and imagine my disgust when I opened the box and there was a fly in the chicken, yes in the chicken under the batter, mind you you the box was inside the package and closed and there were other food items on top so that fly did not go in there after the fact it was there the whole time. At least with this KFC the manager came and apologized. My second incident with a KFC

Since i was undecisive about what i need to order because we were a few people and then the cashier Anathi gave me a very bad attitude by being inpatience and started to press hard on the screen and i could see shes aggitated and grabbed the card out of my hand to continue the order and i asked her whats with her attitude and she then placed the card on the table and asked next customer

The girl said my order thrice but yet she didn’t put my fries in my bag and when I got home there was no fries in my bag and I paid for it and they didn’t answer my call when I called them

Great service and very friendly staff, great customer care, big up. Not sure of the names, there is a short lady that wears glasses that assist with the self service and the other I asked she said her surname is Ngwayi... they are friendly and give good customer care

What a great speedy improvement in drive through. Every window stop was on time. Quick payment and order. Food was ready when i got to the collection window. All the ladies had a beautiful smile and with huge kindness.

Ran in for a quick bite...though the food sufficed the employees looked like they had enough of the to really care...but at least made up for their atmosphere

why would the store not update when its maintance, we drove in the wee hours of the morning because nobody cared to update their working times to temporary closed.

This KFC chicken is always fresh warm n nice brow. Would give them a 5 star but a pity for breakfast time you always have to wait long in the drive-t. More

It's great it opens 24 hours good for that late night snack after a long night.

Disgusting to queue for 40 minutes for meat looking cole. Banned meat at KFC AS Berman at 18h46. What a waste of my time.
