This store is absolutely amazing! The customer service was top tier and I got my food quickly. There was this tiny guy who served me with orange hair at the back of his head who helped me and was able to pack my food quickly and accurately. I believe his name his Ryan. There was another tall hot guy in the back whose name tag said zach. He made the chicken very fresh and is gorgeous. I recommend this store promote both of these team members to managers as I believe this will be extremely beneficial to the store.

Ordered 10 tenders, no dipping sauce, went back to ask for the condiments .. girl in front counter with poker face who served me, gives the death stare and says 50cents.. wow for real .. husband goes back up .. girl insisted 0.50 cents .. never mind will eat dry tenders with my chips .. don’t think the girl serving likes people in general .. maybe get a new line of work or go cook the chicken and realize you got the easy part ‍

Stood in line waiting for nearly 10 minutes with one person in front of me, then waited another 5 while the guy at the register prepared the order... I left and got maccas and had my food before the guy that was in front of me - Another time I was told a 5 minute wait on nuggets, and I said as long as they are all fresh no probs. The girl then gave me 6 old cold nuggets and 14 fresh... WORST KFC ON THE PLANET!!!

How is this KFC still running? The staff are incredibly slow and rude... By far worst KFC I've ever been to quite possibly the worst KFC in existence! Prove me wrong.. The staff need to learn the importance of hygiene and respect, how does a KFC even get this bad?

The food is delicious and the customer service is good and listen to your requests. Some of the new workers I suggest Learn how to use the order machine abit better though. And the atmosphere is great just pretty unclean sometimes.

Slow workers, if you ask boxed meal you probably will get burgers and wraps prepared 4-5 hours ago. KFC tables and chairs next to them are always with the rubbish of others [disgusting people, dump them in the bin] and staff doesn't care to clean it.. not sure if the building management has to do it.. if there is a food inspection these guys will definitely shut down..

Customer service/team members is what makes the company! I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the team today for going out of their way for my partner. I’ve been to so many fast food restaurants where they don’t really care about their customers and it shows so thank you for accommodating and delivering exceptional service.

Disgusting, i had a wicked wings and I was eating them when I realised they were raw i took it back and the worker told me it was a chickens mussel and he replaced the chicken for me and it was still raw , i became sick . Do not order from here unless u want raw chicken and salmonella

We got a giant bucket last night to take away........ got home to not one chicken wing or breast NOT ONE ONLY 6 thighs and the rest of the 15 piece was drumsticks…………… would have driven back the 15 minutes but the kids were starving.... Chicken was greasy as wellwe won’t be returning.Very disappointed KFC

Ordered through the KFC app and after an hour I was told the store gave my food to the wrong driver. Re ordered through Uber eats and when it arrived they had stuffed up my order. Not impressed with the service from this KFC store.

I just ordered some KFC to eat during my lunch break. I was extremely disappointed to find most of the zinger burger sauce on the wrapper. The burger itself was left dry as a result. I shouldn't have to pay for food just to not be able to enjoy it. Definitely not recommended.

Whilst most of KFC is as you would expect, they really fail on their gravy. It's often thin and watery. Other KFC stores get it right.

Avoid as much as possible, most uncaring staff ever, saw one worker throw zinger box to the other one and didn't even fold it properly for the customer. my order was all dry like it had been sitting there for ages, gravy was rock hard. most useless KFC avoid them

Ran out of bacon for a bacon burger and told me “we can’t replace or swap your bacon, you’ll have to have it without the bacon.” Until I eventually argued for a refund. The manager just sent out her employee to deal with it and walked away. Lmao, no words.

The chicken is ok. Staff are pretty rude though and don’t seem to want to be there. You’re just serving chicken and burgers ok? It’s not like we’re asking you to go over and above for us, I just want my chicken without the attitude and lack of manners....

The staff use the same gloves to clean the floor and proceed to use same gloves tomake burger and food. Health inspector definetly needs to pay a visit. And the manager prefers to chat away rather then do her job quickly. Definetly not coming back

They keep forgetting the bloody sauce. Honestly, how hard is it to properly read an order and check if it’s complete? Out of three orders they forgot the sauce TWICE!

I visited this kfc for my lunch break. i have to say that this is by far the best kfc experience i have ever had in my 24 years of living. The staff are fast and extremely friendly. The chicken is on point. Not too dry and not too oily.

Freaking slow like a turtle I ordered 3pcs of hot wings it took them 20 mins to serve. Knowing I can see it already prepared from as distance. These kids have no discipline.

Can never get a seat at the actual KFC area however plaza has numerous other tables in eating area. Always seem to see trays and rubbish on KFC tables not removed fast enough hence other customers avoid sitting there

Worst customer service and dry, old chicken probably fried ages ago, served with stale chips and burger that looks and tastes like something that has been drunkenly made last night. What a disappointment

Quite easily the worst kfc around got a twister and chips only to find 2 sad pieces of chicken tenders the size of my thumb. What a ripoff Plus the kids working there have attitude avoid at all costs

KFC is an icon for Australian food.. Always good for a quick, on the go snack, or will certainly suffice for a more substantial dinner.. Great place.. Great staff.. Excellent prices..
