This could have been an easy 5 star, but why.. ✅️ Delicious potato and gravy, perfect depth in gravy and creamy moist potato mash ✅️ Fresh, light, crispy and well salted chips ✅️ This was the juiciest chicken I've ever had at a KFC, heaven of heaven... ❌️ Where is the batter?! I had pretty much a naked chicken. The best part of KFC chicken is the crispy batter shell. Just like a flake from the fish and chip shop, that batter case around the flake is everything! I can guess either the chicken wasn't rolled in flour before being dipped in batter, so there was nothing to bind too. OR the batter was tooo thin nothing stuck to the chicken to create a batter shell. OR all the skin was taken off and nothing left to stick to. Please, tweak this part and you'll have amazing chicken!!

Ordered 2 of their 3 piece box meals through Uber. I substituted the 3 pieces of regular chicken for 3 zinger fillets that cost extra and my reciept reflected this. When my order arrived my order had no zinger fillets but regular chicken pieces. The regular pieces were that small they looked like they came off a parrot rather than a chicken and they looked absolutely disgusting, I ended up throwing them out, pity I don't own a dog or cat. I tried to ring them but as normal I couldn't get through. This is the second time this has happened but I can honestly say there won't be a third. I now consider this store off limits and rate it as the worst I've experienced. I give warning to anyone considering ordering from this store as it's gone from real good to bad and now the worst.

I ordered a variety feast and when I got home, I found out the popcorn and some tenders plus the dip aiolis are missing. This is the second time this issue happened to me on the same shop. The next day I went back and complained to the store manager and he seems skeptic about the missing items and advised me to call he number on the receipt in order for them to log the issue. I an a paying customer and expecting that I have my food everything in the bag. I am not going to this shop anymore and felt like I am begging for my missing food to be provided. I suggest the service crew and the store manager should be trained properly in terms of customer service. At the end of the day, my missing items were provided but the amount of time I consumed and the body language I was given is not worth coming back to this store.

I was in quite a happy mood with the beginning of the drive through line, then I was greeted with quite bland voices and faces, no smiles no atmosphere and no happy greeting! I experienced nothing else like this in my life, I receive my meal with a smile, I say “thank you so much” and with my smile being removed instantly as the worker doesn’t reply at all, I know they are on $15 dollars an hour but as a customer we should be greeted and experience good customer service! Dissatisfaction and disappointment at its highest, you can do better Taylor’s hill kfc. You can. + no napkin but upset !

Me and my four kids went to go get a burger feast, at first while I was talking one of the guys left me and served someone else then when alisa came to serve us, the other workers started singing and laughing and tried ripping me off. When they boy brought the box, he pushed it towards me really hard and when I told him not to the girl started shouting at me and telling me to not push the box at them and was telling me to stop shouting when she was the one shouting. I tried to swap the popcorn chicken with wicked wings but they were being rude and didn’t let.

I have been ordering for all My Birthday parties through KFC catering and we get there they are running a little late which is ok but this time We got there no order had been done they said they never received the order so they had to be shown the email I had received that day still confirming the order for that evening so then they got the order ready and apologized for it happening but then when we got it home to a house full of people to find a large chips short KFC you really need to pull your socks up really don't know if I will be using you again

I’m giving this location 3 stars because of how fresh the chicken is usually. This is the home of inaccurate orders. You will end up with the wrong order more often than not. Expect to receive something that you didn’t order, and you will have no way to know what you paid for or didn’t. It is almost impossible to receive any receipt, and then it’s from the customer before or after you. I have never had an accurate receipt upon request. It’s always a guessing game and you’ll be surprised at what you’re eating tonight... but it will be fresh!

I was very disappointed with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I ordered a serving of hot chicken wings, and upon receiving my order, I noticed that there were disposable wipes on top of the chicken wings in the box. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to have non-food items mixed in with my food. I expect that food safety and hygiene are top priorities for your restaurant, and incidents like this should not be happening. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I went into the Taylors hill store New Year’s Eve to get my 4 year old some nuggets and strips now when I got home with them lucky I cut them up for her as they were RAW on the inside I tried contacting them all night and they weren’t answering so I contacted them this morning and spoke to Chris who it only did not care about the RAW chicken that could have killed my child but also gave me attitude about the situation... Good job KFC You really know how to pick your employees

No customer service or communication skills needed to work here just be a zombi to work at this store. When a customer is waiting to be service because their order was mucked up just turn your back pretend they are not there. When you get their attention and explain the issue they still don’t speak or say sorry we will fix this other than hand you a replacement with zombi empty look. Food is generally really good, but for some reason they horde salt like it's ancient Roman times. There's a 60% chance that if you ask for extra salt on chips you'll get no extra and a 35% chance you'll get zero salt. Seriously KFC, I'll pay the extra 10 cents, just give me the salt! Aside from that the food is always hot, fresh and the staff are really friendly.

Have consistently had bad experiences with the food here, if your gonna dine in, I'd recommend it I guess, but if your online ordering from here, I'd recommend finding a different place to eat, food is either incorrect or just makes you feel sick

Bad customer service. Staff member Helen have horrible customer service. She couldn't fill the freeze drink properly, half of the drink was spilled on the cup. Waited for 10mins to get some tomato sauce when there were no other customers waiting. Very slow service On top of that, she forgot to provide serviettes and wet wipe. Very inattentive.

My chicken drumstics were cold the burger was somewhat warm chips were cold and the girls taking my order have very bad english and didnt understand my order when i asked for 2 600ml drinks she charged me for 2 1.25lt drinks then when i said it was wrong another girl came up and said ohh dont worry about its the same thing which was very wrong

Ordered to eat in, had to ask for my order to be fixed up. Chips cold but told we had them for to long to warrant getting fresh ones. No salt on chips. No napkins. Store filthy, no customers being served but rubbish everywhere on tables and frozen drinks spilt everywhere. Outside rubbish everywhere. Most disappointing KFC in Melbourne.

Love the quality of foods and the service. It's safe to assume that the ingredients are always new. We always order extra bread rolls whenever we get the boxed meals and the bread rolls in this branch is always soft and new. The place overall is clean and so far, based on the time of my visits, no 'undesirable' people lurking around.

It depends when you go, I have had really bad quality food come out. Which looks like the bread rolls have been eaten, squashed and then served to me. Food missing and food that almost looked like it was reheated. But I have also picked up good food with good service.

Avoid this store if you drive a vehicle that is not fitted through their drive-through as the front counter is closed for whatever reasons. The drive-through sign states maximum heigh of 2.7M, my van ia 2.55M heigh and the sign hit the top of my Van. The store should have the measurement re-measured..

Just got home and knew I should have checked the bag. Only got 10 nuggets when I order 20 and no dinner rolls. So at least $10 out of pocket. Every time I go here they forget something. I also got no receipt, but when she read the order back both of the missing things were mentioned and it was $43.

This is one of the best KFC. Owner is a really nice person. I had small incident for chicken and addressed the issue very gracefully. Not only he was very nice is listening to the complain but also gave us free family meal. I asked him that no i dnt need but still gave us a free family meal.

I bought Chicken last night. Very dry and over cooked. Not fresh at all. Disappointing as I am a local and it is my go to for take out. Happened last 2 times but no more.

Placed an order on the KFC app, waited for delivery and then the store cancels the order an hour later but they've still taken my money. Now I'm told by the store that I have to apply for a refund. Do not order delivery from here.

Since opening has been the best I travel past three that are so bad not worth trying due to rudeness and running out. but Taylors Hillhas switched me back to KFC.
