Had an amazing experience in Santa Margarita (part of the Italian Rivera). We originally wanted to stay in Monterosso (part one of the best part of Cinque Terre). We booked too late to get accommodations at that location. In hindsight, that was the best thing that could have happened. Santa Margarita was a world better! The hotel we were booked in had its own private beast and breakfast was included. While we we there, we did a boat cruise to Monterosso. It was very nice to visit, but the 3 hours we had to explore it was all we needed to experience to entire area.. While we were in Santa Margarita, we took a 12 mile drive to Portofino. That is an absolutely a must sea as well. On our way to Santa Margarita, they suggested we stay over night night in Rome, which really broke up the trip (a great call). From our two weeks in Italy, we went on to Montreal, Quebec to visit family. We stayed in old Montreal. The hotel had a rustic look and had 3 restaurants on the premises. It also had a rooftop bar with a great view. All in all, it was a great trip!

Kristina has been an amazing help to my partner and I planning our honeymoon to Costa Rica. I can't believe how quickly and efficiently she sifted through our wishes and wants to land on the perfect adventure-resort combo. And to top it off, we are getting $hundreds refunded after she called our destination directly to inquire about pricing. Our trip involves a one-way to San Jose, transportation to an 8-day adventure over 4 incredible locations and then transport to a resort for 6-days and then a one-flight back home. It wasn't a simple thing to plan with all our asks, but she pulled it off AND came under budget. We are very happy, surprised at the ease we experienced in the process, and will be using KJH World Travel for all our international travel needs. We are in beautiful Lisbon Portugal at a wonderful art stay hotel with a view of the ocean and right in the middle of walking distance to nightlife and dozens of small cafes. We used KJH World Travel for our Honeymoon plans. Kristina was Great handling all of the honeymoon plans while we did not have the time to do in planning for our wedding. Kristina took the time to get to know us on a personal level, our budget, what we enjoy and gave us three options on on a trip. We chose St. Lucia. She handled the flights, reservations and even found an amazing small villa for us at Calle Blanc resort. We would of never found if it wasn’t for her hard work. Same price as if you would book yourself as well. Thank you Kristina! Would highly recommend!!

First time traveling out of the country also, first timer with a Travel Agent. I had called a couple other agents before choosing Kristina, appreciated on how patient and informative she was, and had excellent guidance and assistance throughout the whole process; even answers your calls at 3am when you need her. Outstanding service once again, even when "stuff" happens. Kristina was amazing in helping me find day excursions, lodging, etc., for a solo extension to a tour. Unfortunately, I became ill 5 days into the tour, was hospitalized for 5 days, and had to cancel the rest of the trip. Kristina jumped right in to cancel my bookings, and persuade "nonrefundable" vendors to issue refunds. She also checked on my health on a regular basis. She's been a lifesaver!

We wanted to take a cruise to Alaska for our honeymoon but didn't know how to get started planning. I reached out to Kristina and within 2 days we were booked on the cruise, our flights were scheduled and we had a nice hotel to stay in the night before the cruise! I was thoroughly impressed!
