I usually just uber but I wanted to try to tax again . I was very disappointed to realize they haven't changed much and are still untrustworthy. I was 4 minutes from home the gps said go left ... I watched him LOOK at the GPS and time and get into the right lane which was a mall entrance and hit 3 red lights and get stuck in mall traffic. So the 3.minutes turned into 9!!! My 12 minute drive was nearly 40$ No thank you I will stick with uber
Ordered a taxi. After 20 I called back and they still didn't send a taxi. Terrible service.
