Since I was the victim of an accident I have been using Westway quite regularly as they have quite a few wheelchair accessible vans. I use them both personally and through the insurance company who contracts to them. They are on time a majority of the time, but when they aren't you get the same excuse every time, there was a problem with the system. If they have that many problems with their computers they should be replacing them. It is no fun to get stranded out in the cold for an hour when you are in a wheelchair. I have to say that a majority of the drivers are nice and personable, but there are some that are not. i have recently had a driver twice within a week and he was the most useless driver I have ever encountered. At the beginning of the week he picked me up to take me to Physio and he wouldn't help me get to the van, my disabled wife had to come out and push me to the van. Once i was at the van he didn't even want to push me up the ramp into his taxi. After I finally made ot into the van all he did was complain about the snow that made it into his van, it is the middle of winter and there is snow out there so this should be expected. As soon as we got on our way for this $40 trip he bounced the cab off of a number of snowbanks and curbs causing me to bounce around in the back of the van, at on point we were even up on a sidewalk, and all he did was laugh every time it happened with no regard for the person in the back. I called again near the end of the week and again got this driver. This time he pushed me up into the back of the van, but again with no caring he pushed me so far in he jammed my broken leg into the seat. This was a shorter trip but again it was a rough one. He did not slow down for speed bumps or the train tracks causing me to bounce around yet again. This time when we got to the destination he pulled me out of the van and left me there to try and get over a snowbank and up to the door by myself, he did not even have the courtesy of backing into the driveway so I would be closer to the door. I have found that complaining to Westway is basically like talking to a wall they don't really seem to care. I have spoken to the insurance company and my rides will now be booked through Capital and I will also be using them for any of my personal trips which means that Westway is now going to lose about $1400 a month because of one driver and the fact that they do not seem to care. I do not suggest that you ever get into Westway cab #3042.

HORRIBLE experience, called to pre-book a pickup for a trip to the airport in June for 4am the following day (this process is now automated). But to be extra sure we called back to double check it was correctly booked and made a point of telling them we needed a vehicle to fit 4 adults plus luggage. They confirmed and reassured us it was booked. At 3:45am on the morning of the pickup we called to confirm again and were told the taxi would be there at 4am and to call back if it didn't show up, which it did not. When it didn't show up at 4am we called back in only to receive a call from them that they couldn't find a driver who was willing to come out to Manotick area (Ottawa South) as they were concerned they wouldn't get paid. If we were willing to give a credit card then they could get someone. None of this was mentioned when we booked it the night before. When we asked why this wasn't mentioned when we called the night before to book the taxi the person told us they weren't working then so they couldn't answer that but gave no apologies. At this point we were late so we decided to take our car and park it at the airport for the week as we couldn't wait an additional 30-45 mins for someone to "possibly" show up. Thanks for leaving us in the lurch West Way, we will never use your services again (to be clear we've used them in the past for pre-booked trips to the airport and never had an issue like this). Terrible customer service experience that really didn't need to happen.

On Friday August 3, 2018, I was driving down Cummings Ave. There was a huge truck backing up blocking traffic on my side of the road. We had to wait for it. On the other side of the street, it was not possible to pass this truck as there was oncoming traffic. A West Way taxi driver was behind me. He became quite impatient and started to honk his horn at me. He suddenly attempted to pass me, which scared me as I had my daughter and 2 grandchildren in the car. As he aggressively stepped on the gas and attempted to pass me he realized that there was oncoming traffic and quickly stopped quite close to my back end. We were on our way to an outing with the family. Unbelievable, that this taxi driver behaved in such a irresponsible way. How many other times as he been driving in such a dangerous way. Even after he realized what he had done....he did not even show any signs of awareness that it was wrong....he kept close to my back end like he was intimidating me. I wanted to step out at the light and go let him know that I had children in the car but even my daughter felt that this kind of behavior on his part might indicate that he would respond to me in an aggressive manner. In order to post review, I must click on 1 star. However, this driver would definitely get no stars. I did call the company. They called back and assured me that they were going to have the driver come in and that they were going to address it with him.

West-Way how could you do the following to a 95-years-old handicapped woman? Have you no sense of decency? On Nov 4th 2017, 17:10. we call West-Way to reserve a pickup for 18:00. West-Way had mentioned that it would take 45-50 min for the taxi to arrive. At 18:00, I was waiting by the door with my 95-years handicapped mother for the taxi. At 18:15, still no sign of the taxi, so I called West-Way: the dispatcher assured me that transportation was on it’s way. At 18:30, still no sign of the taxi. I called back West-Way and was told that their supervisor had finally called Blue-Line to have one of their adapted taxis dispatched to come pick up our mom. The adaptive taxi finally arrived over 2 hours after the reservation. Why wasn’t West Way frank with me at 5pm when I first called them: they should have then told me that they didn't have the capacity to take our request. They had a second chance to be frank when I called them at 18:15 to inquire on the taxi whereabouts: they could have mentioned that no taxis had been dispatched. This lack of transparency doesn't deserve my business. Blue Line now is my go-to taxi for my mom. When you screw up, man up. That what infuriated us more than anything else. JUST MAN UP. We will not waste our time calling West-Way in the future: Blue Line will get our business.

Sure enough, our pick up time came and went and no one showed up. We called back, at which point a different dispatcher said "give it 15 min, if no one is there yet, call us back". We couldn't wait 15 more minutes as we were already late and didn't want to miss our flight. We called and woke up a family member to come pick us up and just made it to the airport. Someone from Westway called me 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to let me know that they still didn't have a van available, the only one was on the other side of town. I'm not sure why they bother to accept reservations that they are unable to keep or at least look over that days reservations and when they realize they're unable to fulfill them, give people the courtesy of letting them know. DO NOT rely on them for important or time sensitive travel.

worst experience ever!!!! My family & I booked a trip to Mexico & we were very excited. Unfortunately, this was the day of the huge snow storm in Ottawa where we got 30-40 cm is snow so there was no way we could drive our car to the airport & we couldn’t even leave the driveway it was so bad. So we called this company so we could get to the airport & we called at 5:30 am. We agreed for them to pick us up by a road by my street & my family waited over an hour in the freezing cold with all of our luggage. We called the company back THREE times & sounded like they did not understand what we were talking about but proceeded to say they were on their way. After waiting over an hour we decided to walk back home & at this point we were going to miss our flight. The horrible company called back TWO hours later at 8:15 am (my flight left at 8:00am) & said they were here to pick us up. The roads were for sure not two almost three hours bad & now we had to go thru the agonizing process of finding a new flight & everything. Horrible experience I do NOT recommend this service.

I called to order a cargo van to go down the street- only a few blocks from the store to my house. I called twice- once to make sure they had cargo vans, and was assured there would be no issues. I then called a half hour ahead of my pick up time to be sure we wouldn't have to wait too long. I let them know I would be bringing a t.v. with me. We waited for 20 minutes for the van to show up, so I called to see where it was. The woman told me that they could not send any vehicles to get us because we had a large t.v. I asked why no one called me to let me know no one was coming, and she responded that they are not allowed to call customers. At this point, we were stranded in front of best buy, 15 minutes before they close with a large t.v. and other items. Called Uber XL- a small SUV showed up- not even as large as a van, and the t.v. fit just fine. The least they could have done was send a driver to try to make it fit. But nope- leave people stranded and waiting outside without letting them know. Bad customer service!! This is why everyone loves uber!

0 stars. Took a cab from fairfield hotel to canadian tire center.. driver picked us up and didn't have the meter on.. I questioned him and he said on nights of sens games it's a flat rate.. $25!! Are you kidding me? The arena was 1km down the road! ( i wish i just walked) I told the driver I wouldn't pay $25 and he said $20 is fine. So this makes me believe the driver is making rates up on the fly and ripping people off. Not only this but he was driving crazy. I did not feel safe. I will never get into a cab with westway again. I really hope the manager of this company sees this review. I will tell anyone I know who is coming to Ottawa to call any other cab company or Uber. What a rip off. Who runs a cab company where the drivers don't use their meter.. what a fly by night operation. Never again!

Extremely rude and poor drivers, as well obnoxious management and administration. One of them hit and damaged my parked car (my neighbour saw), got out of his cab, looked at it, said "it doesn't matter because it was damaged before" (it wasn't), and drove off. Even worse, there was a passenger in the cab at the time he hit our car (said passenger took down the cab number - 4036). On calling the company about it the manager was extremely rude and refused to help or pay for the damage. We were basically told to "deal with it." He then hung up on me. I would never trust a company whose drivers hit-and-run - and whose management condones it - with a disabled relative. They clearly have a total disregard for the law, for the property of others, and the safety of their passengers. Avoid.

I scheduled a West Way Taxi pick-up to take me to the Ottawa airport. I booked on-line and followed up with a phone call to confirm. I was told they have my pick=up scheduled and no problem. I received the confirmation email the day before my pick-up. Given I had a flight to catch, the pick-up time was very important. They did not show up at the scheduled time. I called, and was told it was on the way about 15 - 20 mins. Although I didn't have this time, I waited 15 mins, while starting to panic. I called again. Was told there was no driver available. I almost missed my flight and vacation (non refundable) because of this company and its terrible false and lying service. Thankfully, I was able to get a taxi from another company at 3:30 am and got to the airport on time!!

Repeated unacceptable service from the call center as they do not know any of the major landmarks or common pickup locations in the city(ie: malls, bus/LRT stations, movie theaters etc). Drivers have often been sent to a completely different location as a result. On several occasions drivers have kept the meter going when loading/unloading a wheelchair. Wheelchairs are often not secured safely or at all. Vans and cars are usually filthy. Drivers are often on their phone or distracted with messages on their bookings screen and usually take the long way to milk a few extra bucks. I've tried to be sympathetic and support the taxi industry in the days of Uber but these conditions are horrendous and would not be accepted in any other side of the transportation industry.

Very unreliable and unprofessional company. Booked a cab at 7 in the evening for. 3am pickup on December 23rd to go to the airport. There was snow on the ground so when the cab wasn’t there I called. Was told he was 16 minutes away, I said ok. When he was a no show at 3:30 and 3:45 I called again. Told due to the weather they had no time frame for when a cab would show. I said “I had a reservation “ I was told that doesn’t mean I would get a taxi. Seems they can take the reservations but they can’t keep the reservations. At this point I had no choice to drive myself if I wanted to make my flight. I had no trouble with the roads getting there so not sure what their issues were. NEVER again will I book with this company. If I could give no stars I would!!

Westway cab #92. I take a cab fairly often at the same time of day everyday. And you expect some cabs to have quirks that you don't agree with, but at least they get you to your destination safely. Today was the exception. My cab this morning not only rolled through a 'no right on red' signed red light, nor wore their seatbelt, but they were watching a show on their phone! I'm not normally one to complain but I could tell that they were semi actively watching the video that was preloaded onto their cellphone, which was perched on their center console by the cup holder. It was not an amusing sight and was paired directly with the first two more minor issues. Like really? I could've put up with the first two, but come on!?!?

Worst Taxi Experience of my life!!! I ordered a taxi at 654 it arrived at 7:30 when I was told I would only have to wait 15min. Driver was reckless to the point that I was unable to put my son's seatbelt on. When arrived at the address he tried to overcharge me I refused to pay and asked he put the correct amount as I was looking at the metter that's when he took my card out of my hand and paid himself with my interact tap. When I contacted the company I was given a number that doesn't even work to file my complaint. I've never been so disrespected in my life I don't recommend this taxi company I rather walk then be put in a position like this again and I will definitely be taking legal action

I live in the country but within 30 min of ottawa airport. Called to arrange for a taxi to come for a pickup at 0530 in the morning. At 0540 I called and was told that there was no reservation on file. Now late for my flight. Funny that the computerized system associated my number with address so something must have been recorded when I reserved the night before. My first try with company and the last. Post log, one month later to the hour, I get a call and text at 0520 Sunday morning from their automated system saying that their car has just arrived, please proceed out. No car out there but great wake up when I didn't need to and can't get back to sleep.

Gave them a call and was told that the taxi would be coming, wait 40 min and no taxi. Give them a call back after 40 min and they said they will send someone immediately. Wait 30 min again and no one showed up. Just goes to show that they really don't care about the customer. If no one could have showed up they could have just told me instead of making me wait and miss the meeting I had. Really disappointed in this taxi brand and next time won't even bother giving them another chance and will not recommend them to friends and family. At the end I had to call blue line and they actually did show up unlike west way.

Drivers can't drive. 120km/h in a 70km/h zone, swerving through traffic without signalling, riding the white line between lanes and almost caused multiple accidents. Luckily I caught it on dash cam and will be reporting the driver to the OPP and MTO to have his license revoked. Such a terrible display of road rage too when we both got stuck at a light and I tried to tell him to stay in his own lane, he gunned it and cut me off when the light turned green. Disgusting business practice, I'll be making sure to never let anyone use your services again as well as get this bad driver of yours off the road permanently

The car never show up, even I had called at 10:00 am ordering it for 3:30pm, once we We're 5 people. To make sure I called again at 2:30 pm, once we we're going to the airport. I called again at 3:40pm saying the taxi was not there, they said for me to be patient because they we're searching for someone available in the area. Really, terrible, never call them again. Thanks God a friend was available to give us a ride. Worst experience I ever had. I got a call at 5:00pm from them asking me if I still need a cab! I was at the airport at this point. So disappointed.

Wow, what lousy customer service. I was due for a physio appointment this afternoon. This morning, I made a time call for 1:45 pm. By 2:00 pm, still no taxi. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that I was a no show, which was impossible because I had my front door open to indicate that someone was home. I was then told that West Way would send another taxi within five minutes, and again nothing. At least I had the decency to call to cancel the taxi. BTW, I did not make it to my physio appointment. And the taxi industry complains about Uber?

Called for a taxi, got an estimated time of 15-20 minutes. After 35 minutes, I called to see if everything was okay. They assured me that someone is on their way. 30 minutes after that, the actual cab driver called back to say he just accepted the call. So we got an estimated time of 20 minutes and an hour and 15 minutes later the cab is still not here. Unreliable service and customer service is bad.. No wonder taxis are almost out of business, I usually always take an uber but had to take a taxi because I was in Gatineau. Never again.

Same issue lots of people have had. I scheduled a pick up a morning flight. I called 5 minutes after my pick up time has passed and they said it’s difficult to find a van early in the morning, but one will be there ASAP. I called again 5 minutes later and they said they were still looking for a van to pick me up. I downloaded Uber, was picked up immediately and made it just in time for my flight. Truly terrible service for a reservation to not mean anything at all, and then to lie and a say I would be picked up ASAP.

We did not use this company because they did not show up….and we booked them to take us to the airport. Take my advice…do NOT rely on this company. West Way used to be the best and more reliable than Uber, but not anymore. Don’t trust this company to get you anywhere where time is of the essence. We pre-booked the day before and they only put us in their system when we phoned to find out where they were…how unreliable is that? So disappointed and we are out of pocket for parking. Don’t use them…tell everyone.

Was driving in Nepean on Riverside Rd with my partner and one of their drivers on the road was unable to stay in his lane and almost hit our vehicle twice from swerving into our lane. Called to inform the company they may have a drunk driver on the road and informed them I’d called police. West-Way Dispatch on the phone was courteous but overall seemed unbothered by the situation. Called for a cab to Jack Astor's. Got a call saying it arrived. Could not find it. Turns out they sent it to the one in Kanata not downtown. My bad, I'm visiting and didn't realize there were multiple. Call back and cancel. Give them the address twice and tell them two near by places. Get a call saying my cab arrived again. It was in Kanata, again. I called an Uber, within 30 seconds I was on my way home. I've had ok experiences with West Way before but I should have just ubered in the first place.

Driver took the longest route. Missed the exit and still kept the meter running. Did not apologize. Became agressive and swore in Arabic almost causing a crash by making a U turn. Westway had great cab drivers 6 years ago. Now most are agressive and rude like they are doing you a favour without collecting money. UBER will always win because they know the value of their customers. Not different from some Blue Line drivers. 1090 cab number to be avoided. Amar learn customer service. It is important .

Laughable. I called today for pickup and the call centre staff are so rude and unprofessional. Quick greeting- barely understandable/mumble the whole time. Tone of voice also indicates no care whatsoever. Drivers are brutal too. So so so happy that Uber and Lyft are now available and we aren’t forced to deal with their horrible service anymore!! I once complained about an unprofessional driver and wrote the city three times with no response. You guys should just dissolve your company, honestly.

We are leaving on our family vacation. We pre-booked a taxi for 5am. It’s 5:10am and the taxi is 9 minutes away. We all know about the Ubers taking over so we wanted to help the taxi industry. I used to take taxis every Monday and Thursday when I travelled for work… just called the operator and they said that nobody was available. So what is the point of calling the night before? Unacceptable. We had better not miss our flight! Still waiting and it’s 5:15. 15 minutes late… unbelievable.

While I like Westway for picking me up from the Civic.. because of their cheap rates. I called for westway to get me from my own home to go to a medical appointment that i needed to be there today - and no one showed up after i pressed 1 for urgency - i was lucky someone else who drove - took me...i give you a 3 because i still like you for your rates and how the taxi cab drivers treat customers. I am just not impressed with waiting system for a cab to show up at your own home however.

Awful customer service. After using uber many times I decided to call a cab to give them some of my business. The driver was so rude when I told him I needed to use a credit card. Said "You don't have ANY cash?? You know I don't get paid if you use a credit card!". I was stunned! Didn't say anything the entire rest of the ride. Also didnt know where my destination was and expectes me (not frok ottawa) to direct him). Called to compain and got a bunch of voicemail. Horrible service.

Drivers are great, if they show up. Twice in the last three weeks I used the app to pre-book. The app sends you a confirmation message, leading you to think you are booked. You are not booked. You will miss your train or plane or whatever you had planned. Don't trust them. On the second time I phoned to confirm about an hour in advance. Got lied to - "Yep I see your cab, all is good." When I am sure they don't bill my card, I am dumping the app. Don't even download it.

Pre - ordered wheelchair accessible transportation for an appointment at the hospital TWO days in advance. Was assured it would be there on time. Van never showed. When I called they said they would see of they could source one for us. Source one? This was at 10 minutes before the actual appointment!! They ended up calling Blue Line but they arrived 40 minutes after the appointment started - took us a year to get that appointment!! NEVER will trust this company again.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Called the day before taxis were required. Booked 2 at 4am to take 4 people to the airport. Received 2 texts from each taxi stating cab was on the way. The first arrived, but the second one didn't. After waiting 10 minutes, I called to find out where the taxi was and was told there wasn't one because it was too early in the morning and nobody else was working. The dispatcher also hung up on me. WORSE COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE THEM.

I called West-Way Taxi from the Ottawa General Hospital to get a ride to the airport. The dispatcher told me it would take 5-10 minutes for my taxi to arrive. 25 minutes later the taxi pulls up. The car was filthy and the trunk was filled with random items (gym bag, large battery, boots, etc.). The cab driver was also playing talk radio quite loudly, and almost hit a car in a roundabout. I would recommend calling any other company, and I will be doing so from now on.

Horrible customer service, avoid like the plague! My mom was getting a ride with them on her way back from the Ottawa Hospital and the driver decided to abandon her halfway because he didn't want to deal with the traffic (due to the storm). I explained to him that my mother was unwell and physically unable to stand for long periods of time and he just wouldn't accommodate her and dropped her at a random Costco and told her to figure out her way home from there.

I used to take Blue Line because it never occurred to me to try a different one until I saw a West Way pass me one day. I've rarely had a good experience with the other company. So I now only take West Way! They are so nice. Every time I have heavy bags with me the gentleman loads the vehicle for me and then brings them up to the lobby door of my building. Blueline drivers never even open the door for me when my hands are full. Love West Way! True gentlemen.

I set up a pickup for 0415 this morning. 0415 comes around, no taxi. I call. NO ONE ACCEPTED THE FARE, even though it was booked the night before. From now on I UBER, because they WILL accept the fare. Next time a cabbie tells you they're in dire straits because of UBER, look them in the eye and tell then it's their own fault. I'll use a taxi ONLY if it's more convenient for me to do so. No longer do they have my direct support. They should feel ashamed.

Called a day in advance to book a passenger van + a cargo van. They called me 2 hours prior to the appointment, telling me they will be sending a passenger van + a sedan instead. I agreed. Then 5 minutes before the appointment, they called me and told me that the van is going to another city, and offered me 2 sedan instead. Of course, I canceled everything and got 2 vans from Capital instead. Capital had the vans available immediately. Lesson learned.

My father's glasses fell out of his jacket pocket in one of your cars . My father called and you said the driver will drop them off no problem. Your driver had the nerves to run the meter and charge my father $28 just to bring back his glasses ? Your driver went to the wrong address at first and still charge him full price for his mistake. You told him there would not be a charge but but your driver insisted that that service is not free!

Cabs were booked in advance to take students on a planned trip for their possible future carriers. Cabs didn't arrive, and solution by dispatch was to wait another 40min. Students lost out on an opportunity that could have shaped their lives. I would not recommend this company. 15 students extremely disappointed, 1 teacher, and one community volunteer just in shock that a company with other competition could be ran so poorly.

Wow what a scam they hang up on me once they figured I need a long ride. Very rude dispatcher no greetings at all, and insist me on spelling out the road number by single digit and the abbreviation of the company, it’s literally a 3-letter abbreviation what’s there to spell out?!? They should not be in business if that’s how they treat their customers. At least I will make sure people I know won’t be their customer anymore.

Rapid city and Para Transpo both contract out to them. Frequently, indoor handles to open the doors and to help yourself in and out of the vehicles are filthy. You can see build up of fingerprints. Not very reassuring when they were supposed to be cleaning in between each ride until recently. Should at least be wiping down inner handles with cleaner once per day. Pay your staff for an extra 5 minutes per day to do this.

I've taken taxi rides with friends and family before, but none by myself, and I must say not a bad ride at all! the taxi was clean, the driver was friendly. Said he had 32 years of experience driving a cab, so he knew the quickest (cheapest) way there to where I wanted to go which was really nice on my part. Chatted the whole way to my destination which made it a more comfortable ride. :) - thank-you.

They took my order to the Ottawa Airport, assured me even five minutes after the deadline I will be picked up in maximum 5 minutes, i called back after 15 minutes, still saying somebody is on the route. After 5 more minutes they called me back saying that if I want to not loose the flight I should cancel de booking and look for another meaning of transportation. Shameless ...

West-Way, Blue Line and Capital are all the same company. West-Way used to be great for my mom who has a wheelchair, now they are late and accepted my request but had not dispatched a cab to pick her up, I didn't find that out until I called back. They do not have a good reputation, enough cabs for wheelchairs or good service any more. Does anyone in Ottawa have good service for wheelchairs?

Ordered a cargo van for 5 adults + luggage to get us to the train station. Our requirements were explicitly stated. Instead, received a wheelchair van with no room for us. Had to make an emergency call to Blue Line for two cabs, just barely made it. The ability to order cabs in advance is one of the last advantages of using a traditional cab service. Westway fails at even that.

Called the day before for a ride to airport. 10 min past my pickup time I had to call them to see if someone was still coming. Was told they were still waiting for a driver to accept my fare. What the hell, never called me to tell me they were late. Almost missed my flight. Never using you clowns again! There is a reason taxi industry is dying... Good riddance!

I am really impressed with the service, called for a cab and one was picking me up almost immediately. The driver made me feel really comfortable, and got me back to my hotel quickly. I didn't get the drivers name but the car # was 1067 on July 25 between 6:40-6:50. I will definitely be using you guys again thanks to this lovely young man! Thanks!

Really disappointed. Used this company before and service was great. This time the car wreaked of smoke. I can still smell it on my clothes and the driver had the back windows open so seats were wet. I had to give him directions to get too main street. Left his seatbelt off for 30 minutes so the bell was dinging the whole time. Not acceptable

Pre-arranged a taxi to go to the airport and it never showed up. Only after I reached out about the status of my ride then 10 minutes later I get notification a car is on the way and a phone call after I texted not to bother. Horrible and unreliable. Don’t use West-Way Taxi Ottawa if you need to be somewhere at a certain time.

My daughter waited an hour and a half fir taxi to pick her up at school, they ended up giving the fare to Capital taxi, and today, I waited for more than 40 minutes in the scorching heat with my groceries, but said it would only take 5 to 8 minutes.

I booked my taxi well in advance. We live 40 min from downtown. 30 min from pickup time started to track driver and none assigned. I called and was told one would be assigned. I had to insist that one be assigned immediately. Pick up is now to be 25 min later than requested so we will be late. Unacceptable .

I booked at taxi at 11am on a weekday for a 3:15pm pick up going to the airport. by 3:20 no taxi. When I phoned I was told "we are trying to find you a taxi". Why do they even accept early bookings? I ended up missing my flight. I won't be using West-Way Taxi going forward and wouldn't recommend.

I'd caution folks from using Westway based in a recent trip. Our driver purposely took a longer route than necessary, in spite of having GPS, that added time and cost to our drive. Had we not inquired or known the area I wonder how big of a detour we would be charged for.
