I visited yesterday night for a health emergency and I had informed them I have a Insurance policy through my corporate office and I was so disappointed when they told me your policy is just newly you have received on 16th of march you would need to wait at least one month completion from the date of received policy. And after that one another person who were sitting inside the cabin in TPA ROOM. Told me I’ll send your file for an approval if they rejected your file for any reason we will not be responsible for any loss and that time you would need you pay your whole patient charges whatever it’s. That time I realised these people trying to denial to take Insurance patient they are money eaters. They had took 5000₹ Advance security for some purpose and I had to gave them at counter and they told me this will be refunded within one working day. So after that I decided not to take any treatment from them I asked that person who filled my file I had told him to cancel my file and initiate my refund of 5000₹.. Wow I was surprised to hear that what he told me I’ll deduct 200₹ of file from this amount and in next 24hours you will received your amount into your bank account and strange here is I still did not received my refund yet I followed up thrice on Their website number twice a time they hung up my phone without saying anything and after that one girl picked up and said call is tomorrow morning right we can’t help you in that case….!!! My only concern is that if hospital having that much issues while admitting insurance patient they should mentioned on their counter that we will not accept. Sounds like they trying me to pay my whole bills from my pocket after the patient check up. Why is my policy for which is worth 2Crore so dissatisfied and I will never recommend to anyone visit to this hospital. Better is to visit any Govt hospital way better at least they don’t treat you like a customer.

Recently i have been through an incident where i was really helpless at this hospital’s dispensary. My mother is an arthritis patient. At 2 am in the midnight she had a severe pain in all joints and she started shivering and crying due to unbearable pain. I went to the karuna hospital dispensary and asked for some medication help. That dispensary person said i can’t help without prescription. I told him that at 2 am how do i get medical prescription. I am not asking any kind of drug something, just asking any medicine that can reduce her pain or fever that’s it. He instantly denied. Just for a single painkiller and fever tablet i had suffered 1 hour. I called my friend late night and asked for immediate prescription. He texted me the medicines then that dispensary guy gave me the medicines and that was also without printed bill with rude behaviour. That dispensary guy knows everything but not serious and interested to help. Just watching movie in his phone. Such a pathetic person i had ever saw. I am sure many of the patients also suffered due to his lame and irresponsible behaviour.

They should provide the staff who know how to speak with the patients who are already in distress. The lady sitting at reception Gulafsha is not able to handle the customer queries and is very very arrogant. I went to get an ultrasound and have asked for upi payment which was totally denied upfront and I ve been asked for only cash since the machine is not working.. when been raised that such a hospital do not have any payment acceptance mode other than cash then the other lady came and switched on the machine and took the payment only in the matter of 5 mins.that lady Gulafsha speaks so rude should not be at from counter and do not wanted to do basic things like switching on the machine instaed on misbehaving with the clients...the image of the hospital is going down due to such arrogancy of staff.Better hospital should take the feedback and groom the staff otherwise it won't be Athere in upcoming years..see the reviews u have !!!

On 15th June 2019 I went to Karuna hospital for ultrasound. It was done by Dr. Mamta Kumari. she is the worst doctor i was ever came across. So damn rude behaviour and so arrogant. Dr. if you dont know how to behave with patients plz enroll yourself in any school where you can learn little bit of manner and politness. I request karuna hospital to maintain the reputation and take some action again such inhuman doctor. patients are coming for treatment and they are paying you guys so its not charity which you are doing so dont show such attitude to others.. Worst hospital, Untrained staff and pathetic service. I booked an appointment for covid vaccination and I was told to come early as my appointment was scheduled between 3 PM and 6 PM. After reaching to the hospital the lady at the covid vaccination center told me to make the payment and after making the payment they denied for the vaccination and started making an excuse that 'you are not registered'. I even showed them the appointment slip but they denied for the vaccination and they didn't even return the payment. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. Please read the above matter carefully. This is for the first vaccine. And I booked an appointment. I do have all the proof's available. They don't even has an email address. Uneducated Admin. Just looting the People in the name of hospital.

I'll give it zero star if there would be any option. I had gone there for my wife's check up. Firstly the lady Doctor Archana said that you should meet Dr. Rajeev then she said okay I'll write some tests to run. She wrote some some medicines also. Tests were done which cost Rs. 3000/- but there was no improvement in health after taking their medicines also. I have been trying to take appointment from Dr. Rajeev which seem to be impossible as they don't pick up the phone. Staff behavior is very Rude. They all are after money only. They do not care about the patients and people. Pathetic Services. I won't recommend this hospital to anyone. I would rather go to holy family. Which is far better hospital and staff behavior is also good.

Worst HOSPITAL Failed staff ,First the staff said that the doctor will come at 8 o'clock PMand then we asked after one hour they said that the doctor will come till 11 o'clock PM while the patient's condition is serious, I asked that should I give him some food to eat as , he is hungry from last 24 hours, then they said that wait for some time we are consulting , then one of the sister to check patient she said doctor will come late .Then the doctor arrived .See this Doctor didn't arrive when we needed him but we tell tto discharge then everyone should come to talk PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS HOSPITAL IN GOOD OMES THIS IS WORST.

Excellent Experience at Hospital, well taken care by everyone. My wife underwent with Cesarean Delivery. OT staff and services were very hygenic and modern. Dr. Archana Gupta is Simply Excellent Gynae Doctor. She explained everything in details and always remember the history of the patient. My wife and new born baby is very well. Pediatrician (Dr. Gaurav Bhardwaj) is also very kind and caring. Shobha madam helped alot. Nurshing and housekeeping staffs are also very supportive and caring. Dietician is also very helpful. One of the Worst managed Hospital. I have visited many hospitals but this one is the worst in terms of management. I was there for my mother’s check up. Ended up waiting 3 hrs for the appointment and moreover at the dispensary had to wait for an hour. ill managed hospital with not proper sitting facilities. Even worse than Govt. Hospitals I would Say. The staff is not trained and don’t know how to talk to patients. They are just sitting there to extort money from the innocent people. Zero Star from my side. Doctors are sitting in AC chambers and patient had to sit in cooler. Never going to this pathetic place again.

Booking an appointment specially with Dr. Rajiv Gupta is like whole day task for you. Theydont give you appointment earlier or later after 7 o clock in the morning. Even in this covid situation Rajeev Gupta not given online appointment. From last 3 days I calling regularly for appointment and every time I am late. Dr. Rajeev Gupta OPD timing is 12 to 5 so why I woke 7o clock for booking appointment plz Change time 2 hour prior of the OPD. Doctor Rajiv gupta and LK Sinha is best doctor ever. We are treated like family. one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He is even helped assist me with others in the family. expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man. My brother daughter got admitted on dated 06/07/22 Baby Nitya 2.2yrs under Dr. Anil Kumar Drollia. No one to see the baby at the time of admission no proper diet for kid, no cleaning at hall toilets was so badly smelling like we got stuck in forest of waste......Very bad services.. discharged by the Dr saying go to higher center why they charge us about 20k to 25K if they don't take proper care of pt why they admitted my kid because money....Very rude behavior too Strongly not to suggest to any of the relative of friends to go in this place........

Dr.Rajiv Gupta is not well mannered and do not having good behaviour with patients while paying 500/- appointment fee and I will suggest to people please don't go to Karuna hospital Dilshad garden Delhi. because they have earned lot of money so they don't give the value to new comer patients. Note-My mother has gone for thyroid treatment and doctor Rajiv Gupta forgot thyroid medicine which was for one month dosage while thyroid parameters was high in test report. So I will say this is a big mistake of the doctors. Which should not be bearable.

Hospital staff behavior are very nice ,they treat patient as a family member ,specially sister Shobha and hospital , doctor Archna gupta ,she is very knowledgeable and experience Dr. After my ectopic pregnancy I conceive baby with in 3 months and now I born baby boy with her support and guidance. but if I said about management it should be improved , less facility in private room like fridge , shower in bathroom, normal drinking water is not there, only child water available.

I admitted my 16 month old son in Karuna Hospital on 23-09-2021, we took twin sharing room there where we got a bed without grill and the same was not changed after requesting several times, we had to use a common bathroom which is located in gallary and not attached with the room and that was also using by ICU, NICU attendents. Masquitos was flying in the room, Hospital's food quantity and quality was also not good. overall the experience was bad for us.

It was really great experience of mine, there I blessed with a baby boy , although my husband wanted a girl , apart from that hospital experience is excellent and Dr. Archana Gupta is really humble and experienced and always she guided for best and treated like family. Stay away from these frauds. They will squeeze every last penny from your pocket. But will not not diagnose the root cause properly. Later you will get to know about it later, when it's too late. My Mom is in severe condition just because of negligence of So called Bloody Dr.Sinha (Bihari) and Rajiv Kutta. Highly not recommended if you love your family members. Stay away from these frauds. The hospital says aiming health through love & care. The doctora are highly egoistic and careless. The staff are Rude (specially female staff) they stay in their beauty ego. The emergency ward says the doctor will be in 15 minutes but comes after 1 hour. And if we ask they say to stay back. Only muslim patients are taken good care because most of the staff are muslims. Very bed facility for attendant near bed. Only a chair was available for attendant for rest in general ward. They not provide private or semiprivate room for policy holder/cashless or panel customers thus rooms are available for cash customers. Hospital staff denied for room and told that room not available. But they provide private or semiprivate room to cash customers.

Absolutely poor services. The doctors gave me expired medicine which could have worsened my situation. We were made to wait for more than an hour despite the fact that we had an appointment. I was falsely diagnosed after all the hassle. The doctors were arrogant and don't seem to know what they are doing. They are businessmen and not doctors at all. I am disgusted.
