Il posto molto bello e comodo perche si trova nel centro. Comunicazione scarsa non arriva nei standarti mondiali di Kempinsky e Forbes di colpa del personale non rispondo al telefono, non richiamano vedendo anche persa chiamata. Chiedendo un trattamento prima dicano che c’è disponibilità solo di 30 min chiaramente si capisce che non hanno voglia di lavorare perché passando delle cabine si vede che non c’è nessuno. Dispiace tantissimo hanno da imparare tanto manca gentilezza. Con clienti non devano mettersi di discutere basta solo di scusarsi.

Nuostabi patirtis, profesionalus personalas! Vasaros balansuojantis masažas su šaltais akmenimis buvo tiesiog ypatinga patirtis tokią karštą vasarą! Dovanų gavome šiek tiek laiko SPA zonoje, kurioje yra gultų, poilsio nišelių, burbulinė vonia, pirtis ir baseinas! Labai gaila, kad neturėjome maudimosi kostiumėlių.

Nice and relaxed place with a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna and Finnish sauna. Staff is providing slippers, towels and bath robes. Friendly for families and couples. Just floor is a little too slippery :)

The Best Spa in the city to my opinion. That You can visit without being a hotel customer. Price is really worth it. Very beautiful and clean. Very kind professional staff.

I love this place, it’s small but cozy. And you have all necessary here. I recommend to visit it during week days, so it will be less visitors and you can enjoy yourself.

Labai nusivyliau šio spa darbuotojais, ypač negražus bendravimas iš administratores Astos. Nemanau kad dar čia grįšiu. Gaila.
