I was not staying at the hotel but had gone in to ask if I could book a treatment for my husband and I on the following day. The young woman on reception advised that she did not have access to the spa schedule but took my number and assured me that someone would contact me the following morning (at 9am). While I appreciate that there may have been no availability, having the courtesy to let me know one way or another would have been appreciated. Not the standard of service I would expect from an establishment purporting to be 5* Most disappointing!

Likome labai patenkinti viesbuciu, kambariais apsistoje Naujuju 2020 Metu nakti, ko negaletume pasakyti apie SPA darbuotoja. SPA centre nebuvo vandens, paprasius, buvo pasakyta ne daugiau 2 buteliuku, nors musu buvome 5 suauge ir 2 vaikai. Prisijungus dar 3 zmonems ir vel paprasius vandens, buvo atnestas stiklinis grafinas su 3 plono stiklo stiklinemis (pasake, kad vanduo labai saltas ir vaikams neduoti). Labai nesaugu gerti is tokiu stikliniu ir paduoti vaikui, kai grindys slapios ir slidzios, o kitiems neteko nei laso vandens.

Pretty swanky hotel overall, good location, the breakfast is great. The restaurant is closed sun and Mon which was a shame and the spa would benefit from a steam room instead of 2 dry rooms. They charge €85 to park in the courtyard and I didn’t spot any handicap parking
