There were two employees in the store. One helped clients and the other checked out. I wanted to buy a necklace but the checkout line had 6 people waiting and each person took about 15 minutes. The necklace wasn’t worth the wait. The person who was helping clients should have offered to help check out as well. Yet, she didn’t.

Kendra Scott doesn't like black people in their stores. Especially if you are a black man. I went to purchase a jewelry set for my wife and before I got to the counter you could feel that they didn't want you in the store. This location was at the City Centre Store in Houston.

always love my shopping experience, especially when Mimosas are being served. Great service is hit or miss at this location, depending on the sales associate, but overall Kendra sells herself. Will be back again!

I love Kendra Scott but HATE the sales team at this location. They are so rude and judgy. I’d rather buy elsewhere or online than at this particular location.

The store is well stocked and staff are very knowledgeable about products, stock and specials.
