I've been to other pet shops, but always come back to The Vet Shop in Kenilworth. Great, friendly customer service and a knowledgeable owner/manager that provides honest advice on products for your pet. If I call them to custom order some cat food, they always call me back in a timely fashion once it arrives at the store - and their prices are the best I've found for IAMS cat food so far! They also close a bit later in the evenings so it's a convenient stop after work. They don't necessarily have everything you may look for (like pet allergy products, for example) but they're also not a huge shop so manage your expectations in that regard. Other than that, I have a great experience everytime!

Came home from church and found the youngest member of the family in pain and in a pool of blood. Called and then rushed him to The Animal Hospital and Vet shop. Receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. DR Kaitlyn Reabow sorted our little hero out. An angel Sent from above. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need to give them a call before going anywhere else. Thank you to these beautiful people and may you always be blessed

The staff at the Kenilworth centre branch is amazing. It's really hard today to find someone that assists you without making you feel like they doing you a favor. They are so helpful and take a real interest in helping you with your pet needs and advice. Well done. The lady at the access park store is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wish they could have a point system for every purchase like Absolute Pets and Petworld. Also I think pet stores should come up with account system too. People would then purchase more often and more sales for the company..
