The guys and lovely lady at Kennards have been absolutely brilliant! I am truly grateful for the kindness, understanding and compassion given to me during a difficult move. I really didn’t expect a business to actually care! staff took the time to thoroughly show me how the trailer hooks up without making me feel like an idiot which was awesome. I have since used the trailer about 4 times and it’s really empowering feeling capable to do things by myself. The facility is great, easy to access, clean with no bugs! And I know my stuff is safe as they have excellent security features which relieves a lot of stress. I was originally going to use a different storage facility but thought I best look at a second option before making decision. I’m so glad I did. It’s night and day the difference in cleanliness, security, ease of access and the way staff interact with clients. Can’t recommend this place highly enough .

Amazing staff! I've been having a bit of a hard time moving around a lot and difficulty with my financial situation and instead of throwing my things away and stressing me out which I have found other places to do, these guys are always understanding and amazing with their communication! I couldn't recommend them more. Fair prices for big units and when first organising my unti they were friendly and happy to take the time to explain everything to me.

Stored here for almost 3 years, never had issue that was not taken seriously or unresolved, Azam the manager is always helpful and goes above and beyond to look after the facility and all its occupants, I’ve stored in many other facilities but never had the 5 star treatment like at this one!

It was strange to see a retail staff so enthusiastic about his job in this day and age. It was a great help during our house move. The buyback offer for the moving boxes is nice as well, even though we didn't end up utilising it.
