Absolutely fantastic service from this Pharmacy team. Ran out of a repeat prescription for both of my antidepressants (that I can not manage without) several days ago and wasn’t able to contact my GP or usual pharmacy due to the Jubilee bank holiday. Used the NHS app to order but the prescription hadn’t been signed off yet still so I completed a 111 online consultation that advised me to contact a pharmacy for an emergency prescription. Rang up the team in advance to query this and to ask if they had stock of my medication. On arrival, after an ID check and presenting past prescription evidence (prescription reorder form and original medication boxes with dispensary label intact), they were able to sort me a 7 day supply until I can collect my full prescription. Fantastic 7-day-a-week opening hours saved me! All the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. Service was nothing short of professionally outstanding. I feel confident in saying you can count on this team to help with your needs. Great job!

I had an incredibly distressing experience at this pharmacy and reading some other reviews I don't seem to be alone. I had run out of my prescription for my antidepressant and whilst I had ordered them, the GP practice had closed before it was signed off. I went to this pharmacy, using NHS information asking for an emergency supply to last me 2 days until my prescription came. The pharmacist, who apparently only works there on weekends spoke over me, denied I needed the medication and eventually called me a liar as the system said I had a supply at home. The only thing they left me to do was call 111 so 111 could then tell them I needed it. Don't go here if you're a vulnerable person, they do not care about the unwell or distressed. All of society talking about mental health awareness and you're treated like this on the frontline of healthcare. It's disgusting.

Normally like this pharmacy however today left feeling incredibly embarrassed and upset, I had a sensitive query for a common product they sell (not a prescription). It wasn’t understood even after explaining clearly multiple times and with a picture of the exact thing I was after. If that already wasn’t embarrassing enough, was then brought up loudly with another pharmacist in front of everyone waiting. Not professional and left me feeling completely violated and mortified with the whole waiting area now knowing my business. Didn’t even give me what I asked for, and overcharged me by £3, but was too embarrassed to say anything else as had everyone waiting watching me. If you have any questions about health and want it kept private I wouldn’t recommend here. Don’t normally write reviews but this really upset me.

Really rude staff and very unprofessional. I have a small baby who has a regular milk prescription on demand yet anytime I go to order milk and then see if they have it they don’t. I sometimes wait a whole month for the to order it either because they keep on forgetting or they don’t know what to order despite it being highlighted. They also try and tell me how much milk my baby should drink when the doctor agreed he can drink however much he wants as the milk is on demand so whenever I need it but they say it’s a monthly prescription so same day every month and even then it is not ready, this is the 6th time this has happened and my baby has been left without milk.

My partner visited today to pick up a prescription, on a previous visit she was told to bring back the box of the tablets that the head pharmacist had signed so she could get her next lot of tablets. When asking for the next lot the head pharmacist shouted across the shop that they don’t do that and that’s not what she said, she was shouting calling my partner a liar. One of the other customers had to ask if my partner was ok and even commented how disgusting her attitude was. Absolute disgusting behaviour. My partner suffers with anxiety and depression and left the place crying. Won’t be going here again.

I hav used kensington pharmacy a number of times.my issue is this..The counter service.i find that you are judged if u want ie night nurse for cold and flu symptoms.or sominex.which are ovr the counter medicine.i myself was advised by my nurse to buy night nurse yet I was refused on the grounds of it's a licensed drug.i feel that I was judged and if a old person wants to buy same item there's no issues they just get served.Drugies or kempt looking people are the same as everyone else just because we take methdome we should not be judged.

I visited this Pharmacy and I was served by a young man named Sam. The professionalism and knowledge that Sam displayed was second to none. He made me feel completely safe and confident to discuss all matters. The pharmacy itself was also very clean, with an abundance of over the counter products. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of pharmacy related services, with Sam being the perfect server.

Absolutely amazing experience i had at the pharmacy today that i knew i had to come here and post this review. Extremely beautiful and clean establishment with superb management that helped me with all of my needs and far surpassed my expectations. Thank you again to all the workers working during this difficult time and I would would highly recommend Kensington Pharmacy for all your pharmaceutical needs.

I rung up the pharmacy up and got told the had Co-codamole 30/500 dissolvable tablets and I went to the pharmacy I asked them them for the tablets the staff member went at the back to get them and she was stopped by here manger or boss and took the full box of 30/500 Co-codamole dissolvable tablets back and told me to buy the 8/500 when iv got a prescription by a doctor in the Royal hospital

Wonderful pharmacy apart from the odd hiccup on the rare occasion! This is my go to pharmacy and any prescriptions get sent straight to them. They are helpful and friendly. Good amount of stock in the shop part aswell as cold drinks. Plenty of parking both on edge lane as you can pull into a waiting area or you have the carpark on the opposite side.

I visited the dentist this morning and got a prescription from this pharmacy. I’d just like to say how lovely the female staff are who looked after me. They were kind polite courteous and informative. Everything a good pharmacy should be. Thank you ladies you’re doing a great job for the local and in my case further afield community …

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude and incompatant.The amount of errors and mistakes made on a monthly basis is unacceptable and in certain cases a danger to patients that are not fully aware of all there requirements.Id like to add that the pharmacy supervisor over rools a request when speaking to a pharmacists and is so rude to people

Don't even follow their own opening. I traveled 2 miles as their website (and the sign outside) both said they were open. Only to find the place locked and shuttered. It wasn't by a few minutes, it's a full half hour.

Dissapointed by service. Was told that babies are not accepted in the consultation room. Was sold a medicine which wasn't consistent with the symptoms. At the end the pharmacy is just a shop that sell medicine.

Terrific pharmacy. They always answer their phone calls and are very helpful and understanding. Everytime l pickup my prescription they are busy, but the wait is never long. I would reccomend:)

Just had my Covid booster and Flu jab here today. Staff were very friendly didn't have to wait long to be seen. Parking was good as well.

Their services are very excellent. I really enjoy how consistent they have been since they started operations about 10 years ago
