Nice friendly staff, usually always pleasant and helpful to me. They can get a bit shirty on the phone when I get the pharmacists mixed up cause my brain fog with my illness I get confused a lot but I think that's cause they must get sick and tired of people doing that for years! Haha.

Prices on a lot of things are extortionate. Generic co-codamol was around £4, in Tesco about £2, in the small independent pharmacy near me in Garston £1.90. Had to buy things there several times and prices seem to be double most other pharmacies. Just greed in my opinion.

Collected a prescription from here and it was utterly shambolic. Was double-charged, despite being assured this wouldn't happen. Then there was an error in the prescription, which I had to raise - which is apparently my responsibility. No

On more than one occasion they have told me to ‘come back another day’ to get my prescription only to the tell me when I return that the prescription is not available and that I have to confer with my GP again… WHY they could not say that

Shocking service, been using them for a year now, as they are at the bottom of the street, but going back to Boots, they are much more professional. MaCanns I'm sorry but poorly managed, gave me the wrong meds once did not notice

I visited the Pharmacy in January to get my Covid booster and was administered the jab by Asha. She did an incredible job, made me feel very at ease and administered the jab with a laugh and a smile. Fantastic medical service!

Could be a better pharmacy, if waiting times were better and repeat prescriptions were ready.. Expensive over the counter medications ..staff a little stuffy and self important.

Quick and easy vaccination spot. Asha was fabulous at what she does and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole booster process took less than 10 minutes.
