I called this Locksmith for assistance on June 10th (. After coming home from work, I found that the latch on the door to my garage had jammed open after I unlocked it. When I called them it was after hours, almost 7:00 in the evening. The service technician, Andres arrived 30 minutes after my call. Not only did he arrive in record time, but he was courteous, professional, and fast. While he was there, I asked him if he would check our front door as it had the same kind of lock and I didn’t want to have the same issue again. He was nice enough to change that lock for us as well.
