I got a swift response from KeyExpress Locksmiths, and their lock technician, Theodore, arrived that same afternoon, just as anticipated. He explained the issue in detail and offered a few solutions for repair (a cheaper one, but probably a temporary fix) or replacement. We opted for a replacement, and Theodore executed the task efficiently. The service was thoroughly professional and enjoyable!

Lovely customer service. Had what I thought was a awful battery needing a jump. Was kept up to date on my technician’s arrival and helped right away. good, contacted and he was able to make a key for my 06 Sarah c230k for less than half of what the dealer wanted, took about an hour, got key house and it worked like a charm! Will use over and over again, worth the drive from Mississippi. Got it done right the 1st time.
