Definitely surprised! This was my first time using this service. I took a gamble and got 2 key (house-k11) and they both worked great! I was skeptical because the key did not match the original. I used them upon arriving home and all was well! It would be neat if the machine had see through walls so you could watch the process!

My friend accidentally went home with my house key not long ago. Instead of sending it back, I received an awesome and very creative duplicate key made by KeyMe Locksmiths in the mail. It's more sturdy and easier to use than the original, and it was just as cheap and easier for him than to just mail me back my key!

Carlos was most of all friendly! He also arrived 20mins before the projected time and fielded an awkward call from me when I knew he was arriving… His service to unlock my door was efficient and jovial, while we problem solved the lock in my car…. Thank you, Carlos, for your time!

The key was made accurately and quickly enough. The 1 star rating is because I gave them my number for the receipt and now I'm bombarded every day with telemarketer phone calls. They wasted no time selling my info. Won't repeat that mistake again.

Fun keys. The girls squabbled over the high heel key, which was fun. They work. Really wish they were dispensed from the machine though. Really kinda sucked having to wait for keys I needed now.

Made three keys (buy two get one free, and all worked as promised. Went in skeptical as I have had keys made by hardware store employees as well as in other lower-tech DIY key copiers fail.

The kiosk was quick and convenient. A bit expensive ($10) vs $5 by someone in the store. So would only use if store option not available.
