Only reason for 4 stars is that it’s expensive $8.50-$10 per key. I didn’t want to drive somewhere else so I did it anyway. It’s a kiosk inside Ralph’s in case anyone else was confused like me. Each key takes about 2 minutes to cut. Some standard ones at the kiosk, other keys with designs on them they’ll ship to you apparently.

I got two of my keys with a few minutes and the others were at my home within a week. They all work perfectly, and I love the design of the spongebob one! I didn't except the key to be so large, but it makes sense to fit the design on it. I

Didn’t complete the process of copying a fob. Refunds you but..”will take 10 business days”. I went to 4 different locations trying and all of them had some sort of failure in the process. Most machines don’t even do fobs you have to look

Fast service, accurate creation of my keys that are made with high quality and are very light. I took advantage of the "Pay 2 keys and get 3" offer and I am now completely satisfied.

One of the keys was made wrong and does not work. You are also very expensive. I should never have trusted a machine to make my keys without a human being assisting.

Quick and easy to use the kiosk. Also, the ability to save a key to your profile is nifty in case you lose a key and don't have a backup.

Dialed the number and the service was terrible, Didnt understand and then hung up on me, This is a service centre with terrible training
