I recently celebrated my daughter's birthday here with 50 guest. We liked ambiance and food. But service was very bad. Here is the details of the issue we faced. 1. Initially when we went for discussion, we discussed with one person about menu and rate. Approx 1-1.5 hr we discussed and finalised the menu and rate. We agreed on that. But after couple of days when we called them to pay advance then the other person spoke with me and he was saying,that guy left and he told you wrong price. In that price we can't do. We were surprised. We discussed this and said how you can increase price like that. Then they started saying this menu will not come below this price and also we are providing AC hall and bla bla. They started giving reason that was baseless, because I have already finalized the rate and menu. 2. So after above discussion finally we agreed on their rate and they didn't agreed on the price that we initially discussed. Now during events buffet was there and my few guests coming to me and saying they are taking more that 15 min to bring one item then I personally went to check and found there 3 4 items was not filled, container was empty. It was so embarassing for me in that situation. I mean my guest are there and they started buffet but they are keeping my guest waiting and giving excuses that we are reheating the food. On the buffet counter already they have mechanism to reheat the food then why they are taking time? Actually I observed that instead of buffet they were serving a-la-karte. They were making food for 10 people and serving on counter that I was always against this. And we already asked them to serve buffet only to avoid waiting time. Also they have taken money for 4 extra guest. PS.: They didn't serve welcome drink as agreed and when asked they served few when the dinner started after starters. If they are not able to handle 50 guests then you can imagine with more guests. Very disappointed with their service. Don't go by just the ambience. Hope it helps you.

EDIT 6th Aug 23: Visited 2nd tine, this time on a weekend so faced the rude and real behavior of the management. Hence am reducing my review because this time it was real bad. At time of ordering, manager said two bills will be presented for taking happy hour drinks which is out of dineout. We ordered the drinks after their confirmation. We had our lunch, food was good like last time. We ordered sizzling brownie for dessert towards the end of our meal and after waiting for 20 minutes they tell us they are our of the dish. Okay, that was not a problem, we asked for the bill. When presented with the bill we realized it was one bill so we cannot pay with dineout and already half of the payment is made while booking the table in Dineout so we ask for rectification and the manager outrightly says we are lying. Well not at all acceptable. They did not adjust the prepaid amount also. It was settled however but I don't think we gonna visit again with the attitude of their billing folks and management. Food is however really good and waiters are also very polite. ***** We visited for dinner as family. We sat on first floor, ambience is good. We ordered soup, chicken nachos, squid rings, prawn tempura, crispy corn, onion rings, chicken steamed momos/dimsums. Food was good, specially the squid rings, nachos and momos. We had also ordered Red Sangria pitcher and it was equally good. There were options for juices and fresh lime soda for our kids too. We were full with starters so we didn't go for maincourse and ordered cheesecake in dessert, that was also okay. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

Edit: changing my rating after a very unpleasant experience with the food. The chicken I ordered had an off-putting smell. When I brought it to the attention of the waiter, the initial response was quite unapologetic, insisting that everything was fine. This significantly dampened our mood, but after providing more evidence, they finally agreed to replace the dish. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the overall experience has left me hesitant to make this place my first choice in the near future. Hoping for improvements in food quality and customer service. ------- They've got sufficient parking, a spacious restobar, and they offer a nice open area with a rooftop, which was really peaceful. What I liked most was that there wasn't any loud music on the rooftop, making it a nice, quiet spot. The food was alright, nothing to complain about, but it wasn't anything mind-blowing. The only downside was their limited beer selection, with many options on the menu being out of stock, despite having retail beer sales at the entrance. Plus, they didn't offer any draft beer, which was a bit disappointing.Their liquor menu was extensive, and it gave the impression that they might be focusing more on liquor offerings rather than beer. This could be a great choice for those who appreciate a wide range of spirits. For residents of Sarjapura, this place is a good choice. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and is worth a visit.

Food is very good at most times but the service has degraded over the period of time. Very few properly trained waiters to take orders and serve. We ordered and waited 30 mins to realize our order was not on system. When you visit in a smaller group of upto 4 during non-rush hours, and order limited stuff they are good. They struggle to serve larger group. For my very recent visit almost all orders fell apart due to a system upgrade to scanned menus, a very bad idea for a roll out over weekend when most guests visit. Rates are at par with any good restaurant and sometimes even more. Have been to this place 4 times, and don't plan on coming back anytime soon. Having said that, it can be a great place if they improvise on service.

First of its kind in this side of Bangalore and definitely a welcome addition. The food was really good, definitely the best in the area. We had tried few different items in the family restaurant section. The ambience was alright, again there are no establishments of the sort nearby improving it's appeal. They do have multiple seating sections and we had only been to the indoor restuarant. Service is an area where these guys have a scope to improve. On a weekday the staff didn't seem short compared to the crowd but they did lack the etiquettes you tend to associate with an establishment of this sort. It also seemed economical when compared with similar outlets further in the city side. Overall it was a good experience, I do hope more such outlets come about in Sarjapur. Definitely a must visit if you are from around here!

They have good amount of parking space, and the eye catcher is the entry point which is the snap point for every group entering the restaurant. I had pathetic experience. They did not take a note of the order correctly. He bought wrong items and was hesitant to take them back. When pushed a bit he took them back and took revenge by not accepting the payment options like zomato and magicpin where I had option of 15-20% discount. I discussed the same with manager and he was also reluctant. I told him last time i visited the place and they (magicpin rep) made me install the app and make the bill payment. He only told cash or cards. No payment through apps. Very strange behaviour. I even told him that i am not happy and this will have an impact on my experience about the restaurant and he is like I don't care. So, overall a bad experience and an expensive place and I will not visit it again.

Foods were uncooked. We came with family including a baby. We had to search for another restaurant just to eat. It was horrible. Manager attended on complaining but seemed of no help. Didn’t offer to rectify any flaw in their service. Tried to push us through the bad food served, trying to justify saying that we had half of the dish served already. I have celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday yesterday at this place. And I really regret my decision. I had much better experience at another place already but just for the ambience, thought of giving it a try and you know the outcome! No corrdination for food at all. Like who serves welcome drink after starter that too we had to ask them! My guests had to wait for food for a quite long time though we had booked buffet. It was so embarassing that after paying such hefty amount per head we had to see this. And the manager was such a stubborn and fool person like I am controlling myself...he deserves worse than this! His name is D.roy. He is the manager but have zero managerial skill.

The amount of time that was put in to create this reply. If even half of that would have been put in arrangement of the party, the story would have been different. The fault was from our side as well that we choose Kharva for arrangement. Anyway some fights are not worth fighting. Awful food and service. The staff was very rude, especially the manager. He was even not ready to hear the feedback. According to him he is doing a big favour to customers by serving food. The service was very slow and when we mentioned the same to the manager he was not even accepting that and was behaving rudely. And after that he even refused to take online payment and asked us to pay by cash. So we had to search for atm late night and pay him. Don’t ever waste your money and time at such a horrible place

Whoever has built this place has done an awesome job. They have gone all in. No compromises on scale/staffing/infra. Brilliant. Now on ambience.. This is a place to go and have gud fun ala early2000s.. There ls a dj whose spinning good music.. (good job by her btw) and then you have closed door ambience, open ambience and roof top ambience with plenty of Instagrammable spots to get ur mandatory clicks. Food. Now food.. Range is awesome. Plating is OK. Taste is OK. All in all if you are a food connoisseur.. Not the place. But if you want a place to hangout, chill or have a general good time.. This is the spot! Well done team Kharva

Loved this place! While the food was just about near perfect, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the efforts of the Waiters... Many are in a learning process, but the smile while at the table is quite contagious! There's been good effort to keep the ambience neat and clean and definitely engaging.... while we walked in, there were hardly any guests, but once full, the place can become a little noisy...maybe the other guests who walk in should realize that there are others in the restaurant and keep their volume low :)(

Place is good. Ambience is good. The service is damn slow. You have to remind the people working there multiple times that how long it will take. The main course menu is very limited especially the veg one. Edit 2 : Take away : Be careful while you order something. If you order something and want to change it within next 2-3 minutes, they will not change the order. I ordered parathas and asked for a bill. As soon as Bill came (within 5 minutes) , i had a change of mind and i asked if i can change my order. But got to know that "cook has already prepared your order" and it cant be changed now.

Best DJ music , choice is really good , in 2.5 hrs he played lively songs to setup the mood. Overall, Good food , great atmosphere. Refreshing change . Mocktails were amazing. A big place in sarjapur rural vicinity, and it surely packs a punch. Nice ambience, with inside seating, garden area seating, and rooftop seating as well. Choose according to your liking. Very courteous staff, delicious mocktails, and food. Quantity and quality of the food prepared is totally worth it! The taste is also good. I have been here first time yesterday (13th Aug).. The place is good and spacious, But The food was extreamly bad.. no taste at all. Only making atmosphere good does not make any sense if the food is not tasty.. Pathetic food and service. We have booked the buffet menu for around 20 people and when we went there it was not buffet anymore. They were serving at table and the food was coming in random order. Most importantly we had to wait for the food a lot . Food taste was so bad that not a single person liked the food out of 21 people. Manager was very rude when we gave the feedback. He was not listening at all. Management team please work on it.

Forcing to buy bottled water is not correct, some of us don’t buy it due to ethical reason related to “Plastic waste”. One waiter served us RO water then another waiter came and told us that this is Tap water and insisted us to buy bottled water. He said that RO is not functional. Apart from this experience everything is top notch and food quantity and Quality is also good. Some improvements in service can make this restaurant one of the best. Hope management will take my review positively.

Ambience is good. They have a closed area, semi-closed and open air area for dining. The open air area looks good with lots of colorful fishes in a small pond. Some tables are kept above the pond on the glass floor. Food is good and tasty. Service needs minor improvement but overall good.

I am in the restaurant right now.. no other restaurants are serving liquor in the vicinity, that's why they are cashing in. Otherwise i wouldn't stay in the place for 15 min due to the speed of service. Deserves a 0 rating for service. This restaurant is under staffed by atleast 70% going by the seating capacity that they have. Saving cost on the most essential thing in the hospitality industry. Shame.

Hello friends , I initially, visited the place when it was inaugurated, the food quality and the quantity was below average. I again visited the place today with a friend of mine the quality and quantity was average and then we were trying to pay via magicpin. They outright rejected it and were not ready to listen though it was listed in magicpin . We were ok if they have un subscribed from it . But the way the manager, Nasir behaved with us was un acceptable. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Recommending not to visit.

New kid on the block! Chanced upon this place during a drive to Sarjapur. The place is spacious, and loved the artwork and design. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The service was also quite good. It was quite empty when I reached but by the time I could leave, the place was packed. The highlight for me was that they have four different sections/seating arrangements to choose from.

Best one was japanese chicken Yokitori blacky blacky chicken wings…presentation of food wasn’t that great or tempting, not sure it was due to rush or over crowd. Decent ambience and food. The service on the other is absolutely pathetic! We waited for almost two hours for 4 items of food. Silly excuses like too much service shows how unprofessional and inconsiderate they are of their customers. Complete lack of oversight of their floor manager! Food is good. Indoor Ambiance is good, but garden area is not maintained well. There were many mosquitos near tables in garden area. Also these Tables don't have table-top lights. We had to use mobile flash to read the menu. They also have fishes in the small pond which is not maintained at all.

Food was not up to mark, it was too salty - not 1 dish, out of 4 dishes, 3 were too salty. After serving to our plates, we cannot ask them to change it. Quite a place in this vicinity must agree! Great music, good food, heavily crowded on the weekends do reserve the table and then hop. Tried ghee roast chicken, drunken chicken and kalmi out of which I loved the ghee roast chicken. Cocktail was good but they need to specify in their menu which alcohol goes into the cocoktail. Service is not so excellent. I told the waiter to bring finger bowl to wash hand. He said that that is for only cabin people. On request, he provided only one bowl for me and rest of my friend went to washroom for washing hand. I do not understand the logic.

We ordered for Sushi today, and what we got was a few balls of rice with some prawns and Mayo. It wasn't even shaped like sushi. And along with it, they sent Mayo. No horse radish or wasabi! What a disappointment. They should take it off their menu, because their chef has no idea what sushi is and they imagine people don't know either.

A good place here in Sarjapur road. The ambience is great, the food is good too. The service was great and the DJ was awesome!!
