This is our family hospital, we have been visiting this place for all medical emergencies ever since it was a nursing home. Doctors, Nursing Saff, and Wardboys all are very professional and caring. There is a familial air about this place and they truly live by where care is a culture. Dr. Anil Khetarpal is really concerned about his patients and this place is certainly not into money minting business unlike other hospitals in the vicinity. Presently, I am consulting Dr. Smita Khetarpal for my pregnancy. It has been a very good experience. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely soft spoken. She is truly concerned about the patients health and has a good memory as she remembers patient history. There is a personal touch in the way she interacts. I got severely ill during the pregnancy and had to take virtual consultations, all my calls were attended and questions were answered patiently. She is always there for you and not only this there were regular follow-ups by the staff inquiring about my well being while I was recovering and they made sure to explain the medication on phone. The waiting time during visit to the doctor is well-managed and appointments are kept unless there is an emergency.

1. nurses are incompetent. Injured my veins just to put a cannula, later the same nurse did injured an old man he scolded her.That nurse didn’t used a cannula fixator, what she did was she fixed the cannula with white tape. Then I asked the another nurse to put the fixator, I have no words for her, she used white cotton bandage and wrapped all over my hand. 2. In opd doctor voice is not audible and doctor makes you visit atleast twice after every 3 days, which is frustrating because first visit medicine never ever works and the second also not sure.And he just gives medicine without any test done which sometime leads to mistreatment. I’ve visited this hospital for two cases diarrhoea and fever and in this two I made 4 rounds. Fever is still on. I have requested doctor to let me do malaria/dengu/typhoid/blood test but he refused and gave me more paracetamol which is not working it’s been a week now. I am done with this hospitalnot gonna visit again. P.S. the doctor was polite.

Worst hospital anyone can come across. Our patient was admitted to this hospital and he is no more with us.. only because of the negligence and inappropriate treatment provided by the doctors. They ensured that our patient will recover soon but kept charging money and then bought him down to such a condition where he stoped responding even to medications. Their diagnosis was inaccurate and kept changing everyday. Dr. Anil Khetarpal has no knowledge regarding medicine. All the on-call doctors are only for the sake of charging money. Staff is extremely rude and insensitive towards the patient as well as the family. If you value the life of your loved ones..and want them to recover.. please avoid going here and also inform others. I request the doctors at Khetarpal hospital..please don't experiment with someones life kindly consider patients as your responsibilities and not burdens. Not everyone has insurances to bear such heavy bills.. still they deserve good care and treatment.

मेरे किसी रिश्तेदार को पित्ते में पथरी थी उसके इलाज के लिए हमने उसको खेतरपाल हॉसपीटल भर्ती करवाया पहले तो जो मैन डॉक्टर अनिल खेतरपाल है उसने हमसे अच्छे से बात की और गुरूद्वारा और मंदिर की बातों का उदाहरण देकर हमें इमोशनल कर दिया हमने पेशंट को भर्ती करवा दिया लेकिन कुछ ही घंटो में मैन डॉक्टर और स्टाफ के बुरे बर्ताव से हम हैरान हो गये पेशंट जो कि ऑटो से उतरकर खुद चल कर हॉस्पीटल तक गया लेकिन आईसीयू में एक रात भर्ती होने के बाद पेशंट की हालत खराब हो गई और हस्पताल का स्टाफ हमें बार बार पैसों के बारे में बोलता रहा कभी 20 हजार कभी 15 हजार कभी 10 हजार दो दिनों में ही हमसे 1 लाख 10 हजार रूपये ले चुके थे और पेशंट की हालत खराब हो रही थी हमने पेशंट को डिसचार्ज करने के लिए बोल कि हम पेशंट को आरएमएल में एडमिट करेंगे तो डॉक्टर नें 35 हजार को और बिल बना दिया पेशंट की हालत बहुत खराब कर दी इन लोगों ने जो पेशंट चल कर आया उस पेशंट को इन्होंने दो दिनों में व्हीलचेयर पर भेजा फिर हमने पेशंट को आरएमएल हॉस्पीटल में भर्ती करवाया भगवान किसी दुश्मन को भी खेतरपाल हॉस्पीटल में ना भर्ती करवाये

They are totally money minded.. 1. I have paramount corporate policy and while submitting the documents for Pre-approval for surgery they charging 1700 rupees as TPA processing fee and that is not refundable .. before this i already used my policy so many times with other hospitals like Maggo Roop Rani, Tarak Hospital, BLK, Max, Ayushman dwarka, Rockland, etc.. they never charged any amount as TPA processing fee but here Khetarpal Hospital charging. 2. For Pre-approval cases advance deposit amount not required and no need to pay by the patient or attendant but here they told me to deposit 10k as advance.. what rubbish...... when i denied to pay 10k as advance , they rejected my case so after that i went to Mata roop rani maggo hosipital for my surgery and at there i paid nothing because hospital got the pre-approaval from my TPA.. @Mr. Khetarpal - Same on you..... just money minded...

I had chickenpox a few days back. It was very evitable with blisters coming up at many places and some of them big enough that a 5 year old could tell. The doctor in emergency started throwing medical jargons and said it may be chickenpox but it is for sure dengue. At first, I was surprised but then I didn't know what to do. They started feeding me glucose and paracetamol and wrote a few tests. After laying on bed for half an hour, I asked can we meanwhile get chickenpox checked too? They kept dodging and then said skin specialist would come in evening. Now, I was sure something's wrong. I went to Fortis. The doctor there at first look said it's chickenpox adn asked me to remove the needles which Khetarpal hospital had plugged into me. Their misact would have caused pneumonia. Please consult others too before relying on them. Many have shared similar experiences.

Pathetic hospital, untrained doctors and other staff members. Do not ever visit or you will get robbed. Billing staff and mediclaim team are hopeless and illiterate, doesnt know how to talk.. All these people talks about admission and making bills. Please Never ever visit specially for pregancy and delivery cases, you will suffer like hell. All I am talking about is from my personal experience. Here doctor's are not even ready to see the patient after delivery. Even after spending more than 1Lac I had to search another doctor for my wife. They all talk about surgery after surgery. GOD IS WATCHING YOU khetrapal!! !!! Do not take your loved one's in this hospital. I took my father here while he was in severe chest pain. Dr Rajesh when came to know we have mediclaim started to take incharge and said it is just a muscle pain. But i was sure it was something else Still they admitted him for 3 days and it was horrible experience.. Staff is good. But doctors are rude and inexperienced. They did lots of test and said there is nothing to worry about but the pain was still there so i decided to take him to BLK and found he had heart attack during those three days.. I will never go back to that hospital. I had such a bad experience.

Please don't get admitted here. Please. One of the worst place to be admitted at. Our patient died here because of their highly negligient behaviour ( you'll be shocked, they'll seem nice at first ). Negligient doctors and staff run by a highly negligient doctor himself - Anil Khetarpal. No care for patients, no empathy, sympathy. Just a money minting machine, they will mint money till it's possible ( or till your insurance allows ) and then leave you hanging. One of the worst hospital I've ever seen, all they care about is to get money out of your wallet, They make you do pointless tests and check-up and charge alot for medicine, more than you can even imagine.. A simple case of dehydration will cost more than you think. Those 5 star reviews are completely fake and please look for more 1 star ratings and read them, they are telling the facts about that horrible place, please don't take your loved ones there, if you actually love them...

He is very helpful and motivational I feel very nervous before my surgery but once surgery started I don't know where all my nervous was gone as Dr Ayush and His team treated me so well. Such a polite place and helpful staff. And dr. Smita khetarpal she is lady who's talking with patient cures 50% disease. And their staff is so helpful. And I specifically admire hers staff nurse upasna she is such helpful and care for us.and their housekeeping staff rani aunty had taken care so seriously. My Experience is bad with this hospital. They charge too much and even for those things which never used by you or availed by you. Kindly check your invoice in detail because they charge even for those medicines which is not used for you. Billing department staff is so rude. Nurse staff are nice. But doctors are money minded. In 1 day, I have seen 3 -4 cases of their careless and fraud. One lady even called police for the help.

The treatment was fine. ICU services aren't good, since no bath/ personal care was given to the patient for 02 days, leading to bed sores. IV drip injection wasn't inserted properly, leading to severe swelling. The patient is old and is not in a state to express the experience, hence would request the concerned authorities to please monitor the quality of medical assistance provided to the suffering customers.

My Experience for this Hospital was really good.. All the staff was very helpful and Doctor is so humble and they Listen all your Problems and give solution to your Queries. Very bad experiences. my mother is admited on ICU. Nursing Staff is sleeping at night. not caring pataient. charges is to high like medicine only 2 days medcine with normal disease around 14000 and total ICU Charges around 50 to 60 thousands. so aware for these hospital and cheaters.
