I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery was told 25 minutes after an hour I called up and asked what was goi g on got the owner of the place on the phone who had assured me the delivery was on the way and was the only delivery going out so I waited a further 20 minutes called up again and got a lovely lady who told after waiting and was told my delivery was being delivered by the owner and I was last on a delivery run of 3 when the owner came to my door 2 hours after I ordered the pizzas he was rude and refused to answer my questions as to why it was so late I went to rosco pizza down the rd much better quality pizza and service was impeccable

Ordered through menu-log and the 4 pizzas turned up raw and uncooked in the middle. Cheap ingredients and sloppy pizzas. Phoned the and spoke to the manager who was exceptionally rude. We ended up throwing out the equivalent if 3 and a half family sized pizzas and went to Gradi at Eastland. So if you're a fan of bad food, cheap ingredients and people with no pride in their work or sense of customer service then give these hacks a try. 1 star given as zero was not an option. Buy local but not from this soon to be out of business dump.

I ordered through Menulog, a Pizza, hot chips and a salad, from placing the order to receiving it, it took 2+ hours, when it finally did arrive after I called after it being 1 hour past the time given, the food finally arrived stone cold but the kicker is the salad was warmer than the hot chips and pizza. Wouldn't waste my money there again, $40 wasted, mind you I only did order take out due to having loss of power, but next time I want a nice hot meal I'll go to another restaurant.

Ordered a HSP; 90% chips which were tasty. 10% meat like some past used by date canned spam or something. Felt sick later that night. Put the good name of HSP to shame. Woman serving was nice. Place was ok. Bit beat up. But I should have just read the reviews. I’m really looking forward to my next HSP to restore the faith.

Oh no... in 2021 it seems like Kilsyth Pizzeria has changed owners. Well a different cook at least. Sadly as a result the pizza's aren't as delicious as they ones were. Customer service is also not as great... the second pizza I order was incorrectly made (extra toppings that I didn't want were still added) However the price is still very reasonable.

The only reason the new owners are doing it tough is because they have zero idea how to run the shop and refused to pay their staff proper rates so everybody left. Don't feel sorry for them, just simply don't buy from them and support their shady practices and someone will buy them out and hopefully restore this place to what it once was pre-2020

Bought family aussie pizzas on two occasions. Pizzas large and plenty of toppings. The young lad serving on the weekend is great and a bit nervous. Ps: and a large one other time, pic is of a large.

Ordered a pizza which I believed had a specific topping,(the whole point I chose this place to eat) had a look at pizza I received and it was missing. Told staff which they assured me it was correct. Looked online and confirmed I was correct. Pretty disappointed. Please train your staff to make the pizzas correctly.

The food tasted fine but the portions were usually small. Ordered a meatlovers parma, plenty of chips but the parma was way too small. The lasagne container was half empty. We Ordered mars and oreo milkshakes but they were both plain chocolate. Quite disappointing

We have used this pizza place for a long time, ordered seafood Marinara to night and it was terrible no prawns or anything just capsicum, also vegetarian only had pineapple and cheese, not what's advertised on the website, won't be using this place again.

Paid $31 for a chicken Parma and chicken schnitzel burger. The Parma was really small and not value for money. Chicken schnitzel burger was not even worth the money it was so oily and had very little Mayo and lettuce in the burger. Won’t be going back.

Dog****. I ordered a few “HSP’s” where they used some sort of recycled groundup bits of dog food in place of Halal lamb and chicken. Chips tasted raw like they only stuck their toes in the oven for a second. They quoted me 20 minutes wait

The worst Parma I’ve ever had. It was tiny. I didn’t even need a knife and fork because it was the size of a small slice of pizza. It was seriously a small schnitzel with pizza sauce and shredded ham. Chips were undercooked and cold.

Still serving up those pizzas from the early 2000’s remember $5 each at johnny boys or big daddys, generic rubbish. This day and age when every other shop is trying something new. Avoid unless you’re drunk and live across the road

Came in tonight for some dinner advertised to close at 9:30 and at 8 I was told they were closing, not the staffs fault but the boss needs to sort it out and stop wasting peoples time, drove all this way for nothing!

Mediocre pizza. They stuffed up the order which was disappointing. Customer service a bit lame. Do yourself a favour and go to 2 mins down the road to hidden pizzeria for quality food and service every time.

Very tasty and fresh food, this business has been going through tough time i spoke to the owner and they are going through very hard time shortage of staff etc, i hope we as locals have their back.

Very disappointed! We have been going to this shop for years but the last 2 times have been a disaster. Wrong pizzas delivered and then over charged last night. Sorry, strike 3 and your out!
