I have send a claim on Tuesday 28th February 2023, with all required documents and my policy number . I have send a follow up message on Thursday and they asked for my policy number again which I provided them, they never got back to me. On Friday a day before the funeral I called them again they said they have not received my claim. I send them the email I have send they said I didn’t put the policy number thats why they have not returned back to me. On the email I have put my policy number on the subject like. The lady said that she will send me the claim form to sign then they will make a payment. I signed it and send it back to her. It was Friday after 3pm. Monday morning on the 6th March I got a call from kingdom blue telling me that they have not received my claim form. Kingdom Blue is inconsiderate, we pay policy so that we can bury our loved ones . Today it’s the 8th of March am still waiting to hear from them. I have decided to take further steps and take them to on-batsman and hello- Peter.

This Funeral Parlor is a scam i will not recommend anyone to Join, they do not deliver .. I want actually sue them for advertising false information, i am not only disappointed at their services, but disgusted in the service they provide, they advertise things that they don't deliver. For those that want to join be warned …. Cebolethu Funerals service provides the best service ever and take pride in delivering all the service, their prices are more affordable than these scammers called kingdom blue . In fact they deserve a zero rating , its just the platform doesn't have a zero rating option. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company needs to improve in terms of their internal and external communication. I used them last week for the repatriation and burial of my niece and I was not impressed at all. Firstly to get information on the progress of the documentation process proved to be much of a mission as I had to constantly ask for feedback on calls and emails they don't even respond. My second issue was to do with after burial , they promised to comeback with 2 family members they had travelled with, instead their drivers left them stranded in Zim. Why promise services which you cant deliver? I am so disappointed

Their service is very poor,they failed to process the paperwork on time...imagine being told about all that during the memorial service.....The staff is not professional, they kept sending us from pillar to post with small things that we needed answers drom.....Overall, I wouldn't come back to spend my money there, The company is a disgrace and a joke ,the service is very poor

Their books are not up to standard, they want you to do your things with them personally. If you send them your details on WhatsApp or emails they sit on top of their hands while you keep paying your monthly instalments. You'll be surprised wen you want to claim, they will tell you that your details are incomplete and they start paying claims after three months

I have been trying to claim my 50% cash back since December 2022 and all i can say us that they are untrustworthy. You try calling them they promise to get back to you but they will never and each and everyday they have been coming up with different stories. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody please and if you want to join, DON'T DON'T take this as a warning

What a disgrace & disgusting service i still wonder how you qualified as a Financial Service Provider clearly you cut some corners ,Claims department what a bunch of dullards!2 days to approve a claim seriously whereas everything has been given to you in time,this is breach of breach of business values-you need to work UP.

We received excellent service especially from our driver Bonginkosi Dube. Great customer service and humble. We never felt like we were being driven by a funeral palour but as if we were one family. Keep up the great service and thank you. Wish I could give the driver 10stars but unfortunately Google has only 5stars.

Very slow when they have to pay a claim they wont call u to give u feedback instead you have to do a follow up yourself not happy at all
