This company and it's employees are the biggest liars. They made us make full payment for the for the services they DIDN'T provide. We were informed that they would cover repatriation including staying for the burial, providing transport to the cemetery and returning transportation back to South Africa which would take them 4 days to provide all these services and this is all clearly stated on the invoice. As soon as they offloaded their quantum and the cart, they changed their story stating that they would not stay for the 4 days, as they are not allowed to drive around Zim, and went to lie claiming that they were not allowed to take the body or people to the cemetery. Efforts to contact their offices were unsuccessful, as they insisted to make the phone calls themselves and would not let the grieving and stressed family talk to the office personal. They reported back the same pathetic that their office confirmed that they wouldn't stay for the agreed period and there was a miscommunication. They continued to lie stating and claiming that their offices tell people/clients the wrong things that are different from what actually happens on the ground. I personally have attempted to contact their offices without success. I have sent an email requesting for an explanation without any response. These guys are cone men, it's either they work together with their authorities or they spent the 4 days working side jobs at the clients' expenses making money before they head off. I find it disgusting that they have no respect or sympathy for the poor grieving families that they dump, following full payment for the services they portray to provide and leaving the burden of running around to find transportation for the body and people to the cemetery. So I would like to pass the message to anyone who might be involved in this sort of scandal with this company, as they are very misleading! I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this joke of a company to anyone. BIGGEST LIARS and cold hearted in such a sensitive situation. I wonder how they live with themselves. They are very disrespectful and pathetic for their company to be running a scandal like that to poor vulnerable people who are desperate and in devastating situations. DISAPPOINTED MUCH!!!

Buried my mother with dignity, thanks to you guys. They were patient, tolerant, kind and professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants to but their loved one with ease and dignity. They helped me to get the death certificate same day and 2 days later we buried my mum Elizabeth Manguba. Thank you so much.

I am not happy with the treatment of my loved one ,the trailer they used was just terrible full of rust and dirt , the driver was speeding to much we couldn't convey cars to send off our person we had drive in front of him to slower his speed, not happy with company at all.

Their services as a funeral company are gud they help the nation to bury their beloved ones with dignity i even like their burial shemes they are affordably from as little as r50 per month me and my family we are coverd.

R50 monthly payment covers husband and wife +their children. For that option you will be provided with a 15 sitter and food for the 15 people who are going with. And the coffin, the cheapest.

They helped me and my family send our Dad home,thank you for the special care. We travelled peacefully all the way with no problems along the way or at the boarder.
