Extremely rude and very arrogant when I came in to request information from the detectives on duty despite proper authorised documentation given to me from the NSW police force and I was treated like a second grade citizen. These policemen are forgetting that they are public servants and therefore must serve the public but instead acted all mighty and high. As of writing, still waiting on correspondence after been given broken promises that a Det. Maiava will contact me for what I've requested. Still no word. That was 2 months ago. Jan 14th 2021.
Recently, I had to call on the Kings Cross police for assistance. Initial contact via the portal was followed up within 12 hours. Officers attended my home and took my statement the next day. Officers were respectful, professional, smart and efficient. Don't hesitate to call on the KingsX police if you need them. They will help you. Many thanks to the attending officers who were so kind and gave me peace of mind even if the problem can not be resolved because of a lack of direct evidence..
Sometimes overworked and a little slow to respond but generally good guys to work with. These guys really see the worst Sydney has to offer on a good night, so their work is always appreciated.

Such nice officers and always helpful. They must have a hard job responding to all of the Potts Point residents who are hard to please. I commend them.
One star for the police to turn up but poor service arriving 5 hours after calling for neighborhood noise complaint. What a joke!
