BEWARE - DO NOT PARK HERE My husband is a FIFO worker & spends 3/4 of the year in WA. Therefore, he requires long term parking for his 4x4 ute for the majority of the year. My husband, Mat, had only recently started parking with Kingsford Smith Parking & on the last visit had only booked his car in for 15 days. Of course, extra cover was purchased to ensure ute was protected & undercover. My husband flew in from WA at 7pm at night, collected his ute & began driving out of the carpark. He turned & looked out back passenger window & noticed what seemed to be a large smear on the window. He immediately stopped car, got out & had a look. He realised there was egg all over the window & down the side of the back passenger door. Mat immediately went back in & showed a worker who took photos & promised Mat someone would be in touch. Mat, of course, had to spend the next morning washing the egg off his car. No one phoned... A week later, Mat started phoning KSP as he was almost due to return to work & wanted this issue dealt with before he booked with them again. Every time he spoke to someone on the phone they said they'd get someone to phone him yet no one would phone back. He finally got in touch with the manager who immediately said they had reviewed all CCTV footage & no one had been near his car. I HIGHLY doubt they spent approximately 360 hrs reviewing CCTV footage! Mat was told it was not their fault & that it must have happened when the car was parked outside, ready for pick up & someone on the street must have thrown the egg. FYI - when Mat collected his car it was parked inside! ALSO, if the egg was freshly thrown then I doubt it would have eaten through the sun shade that was covering the window & left permanent streaks on the white paint of the door! Mat told them their response was not good enough & was told gruffly that they could throw in a free car wash "out of good faith". Tone, obviously condescending! He/we will never park with this company again. We are reasonable people & understand things can happen, but what we don't understand is how a business can blatantly disregards customer issues & not take responsibility for things that happen under THEIR care. We are paying good money for our cars to be safe. I would expect to get just that from an undercover, "SECURE", car parking company! The interesting thing is - if they had been polite, apologised (& possibly offered a free car wash to be kind) we would have admired their values & customer service & returned to park again - believing it was probably just a one-off. They have lost an extremely regular & good customer all because of their terrible customer service. What a shame!

I would NEVER recommend Kingsford Smith Parking! They have the worst customer service and are down right rude! We landed in Brisbane at 1:00am after a 36 hour journey from Rome. I switched on my phone at the airport and did not receive a text, so i checked my emails and NOTHING! We had 2 choices, wait in the airport until they open at 4:30am or get a hotel but have to pay for that. We chose to wait at the airport and got there at 4:30am on the dot. The young girl that was there had only just started so we didn't want to yell at her, we told her what happened and told her we were not happy and she said she would get the manager to call us asap. When we got our car, it was not washed, which we paid for and wasn't even put out for us to collect! We waited a day and still hadn't heard from the manager so my husband called. The Manager said there is nothing she can do but give us the money back for the wash that we did not get and that the owner will call us when he gets back from holidays. 3 days later i got a call from another apparent "Manager" If this lady was a manager then she should be fired, i guess she has never heard of the word customer service! She called me to say she has spoken to the lady who we booked with and the lady said my husband and i were too giggly to make sense of when we were paying and that she has worked there for many years so she believes her! I was outraged! 1 to be told i was giggle but also to be told it was my fault that their employees cannot do their job properly! I explained to her that the lady who booked us in was the only one in the office and she answered the phone at least 5 times whilst taking our booking. I had all the flight details printed off and showed her so i do not understand how there could be a mistake even if i was giggly (which i have NEVER been giggly in my life) I asked her why she was calling me when i was told the OWNER not another MANAGER would call me. She said the owner would call when he returns. It has now been over a week and i have still not heard from the owner! I have given up, i do not expect anything from a company that has such rude and unprofessional employees. I want to let everyone know mine and my husbands experience and i hope before you go and book parking with them you read this and do not go ahead with it!

customer server is really bad. started off with impatient receptionist providing infos before I even purchased parking online - still went for it because it was the cheapest (big mistake!). online payment and drop off went all fine, no problems. on my way back I called in 24h before arrival that my travel plans had changed - I prebooked 10 days but came back after already 4 and was promised car will be ready. After touchdown I called again to arrange pick-up, that didn't occur so after 45 min waiting I called again to find out that apparently the driver was at the spot, waited for 10 min didn't find me and left again. not sure what really happened, but a courtesy call would have been nice. Called again, got picked up and on the way back I overheard the via radio the receptionist saying that I would have to wait a bit on my arrival at the base because my car was parked in the back corner and jammed in. while waiting at the base I asked the person at the desk to please refund the remaining days that I haven't used and according to the lady initially that is possible if I give 24h notice. He would not give me a refund only credit which I didn't want to take up because of my bad experience and after him asking whether I would not fly again and have to park my car again I replied yes, but certainly not with them. he then dropped the f-bomb several times which is something I have never ever experienced in customer service anywhere in the world! I stopped talking to him, sat down and waited for my car to be ready and left... surely never to return!

Our vehicle was stolen on the 02/05/14 from this place and the manager Russell notified us via a text message!!! It was terrible customer service!! No sorry, no nothing... just that we had to contact police for more information and our insurance company. Russell said for us not to come back and they will send us the keys via post. We didn't bother. VERY shady place. It almost seemed set up because where the car was parked there was NO security cameras. We paid for undercover parking but our car was put outside and stolen through the gates. It is a VERY unsecured place. DO NOT park here at all costs!!!! Just to respond to the comment about us never parking here, it was under my husbands name Tim Rice. We have the police report so that is absolute rubbish that you say this wasn't true. We went through a lot of heartache with this case and we have decided to let it go because at the end of the day, there is a fine print that say they are not responsible for damage or theft to the vehicle. Check the fine print everyone before you park at a place like this or any parking place for that matter. I thought we paid for secure parking but that wasn't the case, very sad indeed.

Had chosen to use kingsford smith parking during our Easter holiday. When we arrived at airport using the shuttle bus and our airticket got over sold by airline company so we have been pushed to the next flight which was six hours later. So had to ring back to the the shuttle bus service to go back to my car and got notified the free shuttle bus only can be used for 1 time. So we have been left with no other options to pay additional shuttle bus service to went back to my car. On the way back from our trip, the fight got delayed until really late. Then received an phone call from kingsfold smith receptionist and got informed they could not offer late shuttle bus service so I need to pay taxis to pick up my car! So again I have been left with no option to pay taxis fare for picking up my car! Then entire experience was pretty bad. We ended up paying a lot more than our car parking fee over that place even it not entirely their fault. Will not use this place again for sure.

Don't leave your car here if you value it! After paying for undercover parking we returned from our flight to find our vehicle parked so close to another the mirrors were touching - it appeared that no attempt had been made to even fold them back before positioning the vehicles like this. Needless to say, it had caused a scratch in the paint of the side mirror approx 3mm long and down to the plastic. What was most frustrating was the dismissive staff response to the effect of "that's not a big enough scratch to bother about" and turning away and walking off when trying to discuss the matter! When I asked the on-site manager (Bruce) if they accept scratching the cars parked here he replied YES! There was no apology and we were treated very rudely for raising the issue. AVOID.

Have used the outdoor parking facility a number of times when going on both business and personal trips. Never had a problem getting to the airport in time in their shuttle bus and the wait when being picked up has always been less than 20mins. My car has always been returned in good condition and left in an easily accessible location at the parking. The staff, while not super friendly, are polite and efficient. The only complaint i would have is that they always turn my air con right up and the radio right down - and they didn't reply to my emailed query as to why this was necessary when they should only be spending a very short time actually IN my car, therefore no need to fiddle with the settings.

BECARFULL DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS Worst Customer care just called to complain about a pick up and got hang up on and will not pick up again left us at the airport and did not pick us up, we had to catch a Taxi to get our car at midnight, we were waiting for over 40 min When I called to complain the lady on the other ends says they were not there that is BULL!!! If you read all the complains they never admit that they are wrong always the customer fault, I bet the will do they same to me I have booked quit a few Times with them but never again I want my money back and will take it further if they refused to refund my taxi fare

Avoid this place if you want service. I landed on Thursday afternoon, about 10 to four. It took 52 minutes to get to my car, and they were not busy. They probably forgot or whatever, no apology no acknowledgement, nothing. The two guys played dumb, gave me my keys and walked away. If I get get bad service I will give the benefit of doubt and try again, but to get a cold non apologetic response is unforgivable for a supposedly professional company. They are not the cheapest in town as they claim. Andrews dented our car and these turkeys don't give a f$$k. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Thanks for reading. Joel B.

I have been a very regular FIFO user of Kingsford Smith parking for about three years and I've never had any problems. They still have a service person behind a counter, and they're one of the cheapest for undercover parking. In busy times, their response time to get you from the airport is sometimes slower than others, but if they had more buses they wouldn't be so cheap! Their undercover parking is actually in a shed. You will find that many others park your car under some netting or shade cloth and call it undercover, but it won't protect your car in a storm.

I would like to have a big shout out to the Brisbane Airport to acknowledge the remarkable help I received from one of the cleaners who was working the night I misplaced my car. His name is Adrian and he could not have been more helpful. By process of elimination he helped me find my car in that huge car park and I was so grateful! After my flight from Sydney was delayed 2hours it was the last thing I needed. But Adrian's assistance was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Adrian, from one very grateful Brisbane Airport traveller.

Nice people, friendly and genuine. I liked the drivers they were kind and helped my wife on and off the bus. They offered a much cheaper service than the Airport and they drop you off close to the terminal. The buses comes and drop you off every 10 or 20 minutes. My car was ready when we got back. I will use them again for sure. They are good people and our car wash washed for free when we stayed 24 days. Very Professional

Wow, reading all these terrible reviews and I can't say I experienced the same thing! Originally booked with BAP, but accidentally went to the wrong place. Was running super late, but these guys just took me straight to the airport! Super friendly staff, who really understood how desperate I was. I am so thankful for their sense of urgency, otherwise I would've missed my flight! Will definitely recommend!

Wonderful quick and efficient service. We parked here while on a cruise and found the service very good. They have a shuttle so once you have parked your car in their large x-airline hanger they will drop you down to the port with your luggage. On arriving back after your journey, a simple phone call will have a driver picking you up in a few minutes to return you back to your car.

Had a great holiday until I had to deal with these people. Left us waiting in the hot sun for 80 long minutes with children and elderly for pick up. Each time we called said they'd be there in 5 minutes. No apology. No explanation. Found out they only had one old van to do pick ups. Incredibly disorganised. Do not use them unless you are prepared to wait a long time.

On dropping the car off we had to wait for other passengers, nearly missed our flight. On return we found our clean car covered in dust, the manager explained they had a storm, we asked "inside the building?" Of course not he said, apparently it was our fault for not getting back in the morning. Guys it's not the problem, its the way you deal with it. Wont be back

After 2 calls to Kingsford Smith Parking our family waited 45 minutes in the cold to be picked up at Brisbane International Airport and when we arrived at Kingsford Smith Parking they couldn't find the keys to our cars, their excuse was they were expecting us the next day but I said if that was the case why weren't we charge an extra day???

Reasonable price, friendly drivers and the receptionists:-).As a frequent flyer, I've been with them for couple of months, never got wrong with pick ups nor drop offs. Only several delays on shuttles in peak hours & I got noticed from their staff when I call for a pick up. Will not go anywhere else, familiar and happy all the time :-)

Large parking - good if you flying somewhere or going to a cruise. Walking distance to the cruise terminal (you could catch free minibus if you want, but walking faster unless you have heavy luggage). For airport you can catch free minibus - 10 or so minutes ride. Price cheaper than official parking at cruise or airport terminals.

Our first time using an airport parking service, a friend and I arrived to drop off our car around 4:30am (earlier than scheduled) for a weekend away. However, the staffs was helpful, it was great to see some smiles to start the day. The pickup on our return was pretty quick too. Definitely park here again for my next trip!

Last Saturday the 4th April, we dropped our car and then got a shuttle bus to the airport, the service from start to finish was excellent, when we arrived back the directions to catch shuttle bus was very clear, and they were prompt in collecting us from the terminial. We would certainly use and reccomend them to anyone.

I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Kingsford Smith in Brisbane while I was off to the airport. The garage is very clean and orderly, and I was not surprised when I went back to my car and found that it was in exactly the shape that I left it in.

I just got back from a short cruise and parked my car undercover here. Was very happy with their friendly customer service, fast pickup times and great value prices. Only waited 5-10mins for the shuttle bus which was great. Overall would recommend.

Their opening hours say 7am to 1159pm. Well, no one answered the phone at 11pm and I tried calling and calling them when getting off flight as they said they would send a pin code through so I could pick up my car... no pin and no answer. SLACK!

We have been using Kingsford Smith airport parking for years. We travel from the Sunshine Coast. We have never had any problems. Friendly. Never waited more than ten mins for the shuttle bus. Usually no wait at all. And the parking is so cheap.

It was all just the way they described on their website and as first time users of a long term airport car park in Brisbane, found it easier than parking at the actual terminal where you have to walk so far, and fight the traffic.

Affordable parking. Free shuttle service to ferry terminal and to both domestic and international airport terminals. Opens at 4am and closes at 11pm. Hope they would do 24 hour service in near future.
